 Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation among professional self-concept, self-efficacy and job satisfaction and to identify the effect of professional self-concept and self-efficacy on job satisfaction in general hospital nurses. Questionnaires were completed by 156 nurses who were working for one general hospital in Busan. The mean score of professional self-concept and self-efficacy were and respectively.
