The purpose of this study was to verify whether there are any differences in the level of exercise self-efficacy and perceived health status according to the stage of change for exercise behaviors in older adults. The subjects consisted of 231 older adults (91 male, 140 female) by convenience sampling residing in city D. The collected dates were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, Tukey HSD, and simple regression analysis by SPSS WIN 21.0 program. Moreover, all statistical significance level was set at a
