 Abstract
Purpose: This study examined image of nurses in relation to their job satisfaction perceived by hospital nurses. Methods: The subjects were 352 registered nurses working in two university hospitals and one general hospital. The data were collected from October 1 to October 30, 2012 using self-report questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program.
