Purpose: This study was designed to assess the degree of Yangsaeng (oriental health care regimen) and happiness of nurses who work in small and medium-sized of hospitals and to identify correlations of between variables in Korea. Methods: Participants were 131 nurses in hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggido. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson`s correlation coefficients, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe`s test, multiple regression and Cronbach`s .
