Experiences of Volunteer Group Activity among Nursing Students

This study is a qualitative research with phenomenological approach to investigate the meaning of the volunteer experience through group activities in nursing college students. From May 1 to June 12 2015, we collected data from 19 university students who participated nursing group activities at 3 universities and 30-40 minuties 1-3 times depth-interviews were conducted. Research question was, "Did you have any experience as a volunteer through club activities as nursing college students?" Results were obtained for seven central theme; `Hard to put in unfamiliar situations`, `Crash to limit`, `Pride encroaching in rest of college life`, `To become mature human relationships`, `Found changed myself`, `Access to the majors`, `Pride for the future`. Based on the these results, in order to continous volunteer activities it is necessary to maintain introduce the program that establish commom goals and can solve out of the university and community.
