 Abstract
Purpose: In this study, the relationship between the interpersonal relationships, clinical stress and satisfaction of clinical practice among nursing was examined. Method: The participants were 261. Data collected from 7 September to 18 September 2015 were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression.
