 Abstract
This study was performed to identify the discrimination experience, and life satisfaction of international marriage women as well as the correlation between the two variables. A total of 108 international marriage women from multicultural family support centers in A city agreed to participate in the survey. The results of study were as follows. The average point of discrimination experience of international marriage women was 2.15 and the life satisfaction was 3.93. Discrimination experience correlated negatively with the life satisfaction (r=-.289, p<.001). Discrimination experience (, p=.030) of international marriage women was identified as a significant predictor of life satisfaction, i.e., discrimination experience affects the life satisfaction. Therefore, this study recommends programs can regulate the discrimination experience to improve life satisfaction.
