선로변 시설물의 지능적 제어를 위한 차상중심 열차제어시스템 시뮬레이션 기반 성능 평가

초록

열차운행의 효율성 및 안전성 향상을 위해, 철도 제어시스템은 연동장치 등의 지상설비를 기반으로 한 지상중심의 제어시스템에서 ICT기술이 접목되어 지능적인 제어가 가능한 차상중심 제어시스템으로 진화하고 있다. 이러한 ICT기반 차상중심 열차제어시스템의 도입으로 선로변에 위치한 시설물들이 간소화되어 효율적이고 경제적인 제어시스템의 구현이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 차상중심 열차제어시스템의 적용가능성을 평가하기 위해 차상 및 지상 제어장치의 시제품을 제작하고 선로전환기, 건널목 차단기 등 기존 선로변 시설물들을 이용하여 테스트 베드를 구축하였다. 또한, 열차운영 시나리오를 작성하여 통합 운영 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 열차 운행 시 요구되는 차상중심 제어시스템의 시험 항목들을 모두 만족시켰으며, 이를 통하여 제안된 ICT기반 차상중심 열차제어시스템의 유효성이 검증되었다.
