사료 내 감초, 구기자 복합제 급여가 육계의 생산성, 혈액성상, 면역성상 및 장내 미생물 균총에 미치는 영향

초록

본 실험은 감초와 구기자 복합제 수준별 급여가 육계의 생산성, 혈액성상, 면역성상 및 장내 미생물 균총에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 실시하였다. 육계(ROSS 308) 750수를 공시하여 3처리 5반복으로 반복당 50수씩 완전 임의 배치하여 자유 섭식하게 하였으며, 35일간 전기(0~21일), 후기(22~35일)로 나누어 실시하였다. 처리구는 HM 0.0, 0.5 및 1.0% 첨가구 총 3처리구로 구성하였다. 35일 시험결과, Stater 급여기간(0 to 21d) 동안에는 증체량은 사료 내 LF and GU mixture 수준이 증가할수록 유의하게 증가하였으며(quadratic, P<0.05), 사료 요구율 역시 유의하게 감소하였다(quadratic, P<0.05). 전 기간(0 to 35 d)에서는 증체량은 사료 내 HM 수준이 증가할수록 유의하게 증가하였으며(linear and quadraric, P<0.05), 사료 섭취량과 사료 요구율은 처리 간에 유의적인 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 반면, 혈액 성상 중 leukocytes 함량들은 모든 항목에서 유의적인 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 혈장 IgG 함량은 사료 내 LF and GU mixture 수준이 증가함에 따라(quadratic, P<0.05) 증가하였다. 또한 유익균인 Lactobacillus 함량은 사료 내 LF and GU mixture 수준이 증가함에 따라(linear, P<0.05) 증가하였으며, 유해균인 Escherichia coli 함량은 감소하였다(quadratic, P<0.01). 결론적으로 LF and GU mixture은 육계의 성장 개선에 효과적이었으며, 면역성상 중 IgG를 향상시키는 효과와 장내 미생물 균총 환경 개선이 효과적이었다.
