대학생의 긍정심리자본 향상 프로그램 개발 및 효과 분석

Development of Program to improve the Positive Psychology Capital of University Student' and its Effects

초록

본 연구는 대학생 긍정심리자본 향상 프로그램을 개발하고 실시하여 그 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 선행연구를 통해 대학생의 긍정심리자본의 중요성을 확립하고 긍정심리자본 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 확인하였다. 이러한 필요성을 바탕으로 구조화된 집단상담 프로그램 모델을 기초로 개발하였다. 긍정심리자본 향상 프로그램은 프로그램 기획, 프로그램 요구분석, 프로그램의 이론적 배경 검토, 프로그램 목적 및 목표설정, 기존 프로그램 분석, 평가도구 선정, 프로그램 내용 구성, 프로그램 예비 실시 및 보완, 프로그램 실시 및 효과검증, 프로그램의 평가 10단계의 과정을 거쳐서 개발하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 강원도에 위치한 C대학교의 24명의 대학생을 대상으로 2개 그룹으로 나누어 주1회 90분씩 6회기로 긍정심리자본 향상 프로그램을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 자료는 사전, 사후검사으로 수집되었고 자료 분석은 spss 20.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과는 본 연구에서 개발한 긍정심리자본 향상 프로그램이 대학생의 긍정심리자본을 향상시킨 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 개발한 긍정심리자본 향상 프로그램의 연구의 의의와 시사점, 제한점, 후속연구에 대하여 논의하였다.
