간호대학생의 긍정심리자본에 대한 융합적 영향요인

Convergence study of the factors affecting positive psychology capital among nursing students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 긍정심리자본, 사회적 지지 및 정서조절능력 간의 관련성을 파악하고 사회적 지지 및 정서 조절능력이 긍정심리자본에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구방법은 간호대학생 157명을 대상으로 조사연구를 실시하였다. 구조화된 설문지로 자료 수집하였고, SPSS/Win 21.0 program으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 긍정 심리자본은 중간이상(3.68점/5점 만점)의 수준이었고, 긍정심리자본과 사회적 지지, 정서조절능력 간에는 유의한 정적 상관 관계가 있었다. 분석결과 긍정심리자본에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성별(${\beta}=-.11$), 교수관계(${\beta}=.16$), 평가적 지지(${\beta}=.40$), 자기정서조절(${\beta}=.39$)이었다. 모델의 전체 설명력은 68%였으며, 정서조절능력 중 자기정서조절이 긍정심리자본을 9%설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 긍정심리자본 증진을 위해 정서조절 프로그램을 개발하고 제공하는 것이 효과적인 전략이 될 수 있다.
