The purpose of "Journal of the Korean Society of Costume", the Academic Journal of the Korean Society of Costume, is to contribute to the development in the diverse studies related to costume by becoming a means to scholarly exchanges. In other words, the goal is to contribute to the development of the fashion industry, and to give practical help to various design-related researches by quickly publishing information from each major field of costume-related studies costume. "JKSC" contains research results from scholars of various costume-related fields, from history of costume, costume aesthetics, fashion design, fashion marketing, psychology, sewing techniques, textiles, to general costumes.
