
Aims & Scope
Korean Journal for Food Science of Animal Resources is an international peer-
reviewed bimonthly journal publishing original research and reviews on basic
and applied aspects of the use of animal resources including the meat, egg,
and
dairy product. The journal aims to foster communication among individuals and
organization who are interested in cutting edge technologies on food quality
improvement and innovation. Manuscripts have four types; articles, notes,
short
communications, and mini-reviews.
