The Korean Journal of Food and Nutrition (Korea J. Food & Nutr.) is the official journal published quarterly in March, June, September, and December each year. Contributions written in English and Korean are welcomed in the form of review articles, research papers, and research notes. This journal aims to promote and encourage the advancement of the field of food science with nutrition.
