
Aims & Scope
Korean Journal of Food Science and Technology is devoted to the advancement and dissemination of scientific knowledge concerning food science, biotechnology, and related academic disciplines. The journal, published bimonthly by the Korean Society of Food Science and Technology (KoSFoST), covers all the original research outputs on chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, processing, engineering, safety, packaging, microbiology, enzymology, enzyme engineering, fermentation technology, bioprocess engineering, and health aspects of food science and technology. Manuscripts include original research articles, notes, and reviews.
