The main topics The Journal of FOOD HYGIENE AND SAFETY would welcome are: 1) monitoring and/or epidemiological survey for food hazardous factors (micro-organisms, chemicals and/or natural toxicants), 2) detection technology for food hazardous factors (micro-organisms, chemicals and/or natural toxicants), 3) controlling technique for food hazardous factors (micro-organisms, chemicals and/or natural toxicants), 4) study for food quality and safety retain (agricultural products, animal products and/or fishery products), 5) study for HACCP, GAP and/or harm evaluation, 6) study for food safety and efficacy, and 7) others (food safety-related issues).
