THE CONVERGENCE BALL OF INEXACT NEWTON-LIKE METHOD IN BANACH SPACE UNDER WEAK LIPSHITZ CONDITION

Abstract
We present a local convergence analysis for inexact Newton-like method in a Banach space under weaker Lipschitz condition. The convergence ball is enlarged and the estimates on the error distances are more precise under the same computational cost as in earlier studies such as [6, 7, 11, 18]. Some special cases are considered and applications for solving nonlinear systems using the Newton-arithmetic mean method are improved with the new convergence technique.

Abstract
In this paper, we use two mappings satisfying certain expansive conditions to construct convergent sequences in complex valued metric spaces, and then we prove that the limits of the convergent sequences are the points of coincidence or common fixed points for the two mappings. The main theorems in this paper are the generalizations and improvements of the corresponding results in real metric spaces, cone metric spaces and topological vector space-valued cone metric spaces.

Abstract
We consider the relative entropy for two R-CGMY processes, which are CGMY processes with Y equal to 1, to choose an equivalent martingale measure (EMM) when the underlying asset of a derivative follows a R-CGMY process in the financial market. Since the R-CGMY process leads to an incomplete market, we have to use a proper technique to choose an EMM among a variety of EMMs. In this paper, we derive the closed form expression of the relative entropy for R-CGMY processes.

Aussel et al. [1] introduced the notion of inverse quasi-variational inequalities (IQVI) by combining quasi-variational inequalities and inverse variational inequalities. Discussions are made in a finite dimensional Euclidean space. In this note, we develop an infinite dimensional version of IQVI by investigating some basic properties of the regularized gap function of IQVI in a Banach space.
