Emotion recognition and regular controls are concentrated interest in computer studies to emotional changes. Thus, the quantified by objective assessment methods are essential for application of color sensibility computing situations. In this paper, it is applied to a digital color image emotion emotional computing calculations numbered recognized as one representation. Emotional computing research approach consists of a color attribute to the image recognition focused sensibility and emotional attributes of color is the color, brightness and saturation separated by. Computes the sensitivity weighted according to the score and the percentage increase or decrease in the sensitivity property tone applied to emotional expression. Sensitivity calculation is free-degree (X), and calculates the tension (Y-axis). And free-level (X-axis) coordinate of emotion, which is located the intersection of the tension (Y-axis) as a sensitivity point. The emotional effect of the Russell coordinates are utilizing the core (Core Affect). Tue numbers represent the size and sensitivity in the emotional relationship between emotional point location and quantified by computing the color sensibility.

Emotional computer that you want to study in a regular number change is the continuing sensitivity. Emotional Computing manner the sensibilities numbered and emotions were running through the trees. Emotional assessment of emotional sensibility computing was used as the coordinates of the key effects of the James A. Russell (Core Affect). Emotional tree runs purpose was to verify the correlation of sensitivity and emotion computing tree. Emotional tree attributes experiment color, brightness, saturation was configured with. When 50% brightness increase, about pleasure (X-axis) has increased by 10.49 points. Brightness 50%, GREEN 50% increase in the degree of pleasure (X-axis) of 10.49 points, tone (Y axis) has increased by 15.85 points. Brightness 50%, GREEN 50% increase in the degree of pleasure (X-axis) of 10.49 points, tone (Y axis) has increased by 15.85 points. Brightness 50% of the free-extent (X-axis), BLUE 50% when the tone (Y axis), pleasure extent (X-axis) of 10.49 points, tone (Y axis) as much as 14.65 points sensibilities have changed. When representatives emotions size changes have increased 50% brightness, color RED 50%, increased 5.4% Emotional excitement, emotion depressed declined -4.2%. 50% brightness, color GREEN 50% increase in emotional excitement had increased to 8.6%, declined by -5.5% this melancholy sensibility. Representative emotion and emotional changes increase or decrease the size of the emotional attributes were analyzed by quantitative methods. DOI : 10.5392/JKCA.2015.15.11.018
Geometric distortion and shadow effect due to capturing angle could be included in document copy images that are captured by a camera in stead of a scanner. In this paper, a clean black and white document image generation algorithm by distortion correction and shadow elimination based on a camera, is proposed. In order to correct geometric distortion such as straightening un-straight boundary lines occurred by camera lens radial distortion and eliminating outlying area included by camera direction, second derivative filter based document boundary detection method is developed. Black and white images have been generated by adaptive binarization method by eliminating shadow effect. Experimental results of the black and white document image generation algorithm by recovering geometrical distortion and eliminating shadow effect for the document images captured by smart phone camera, shows very good processing results.

Baik, Youngju ;
The Journal of the Korea Contents Association, volume 15, issue 11, 2015, Pages 27~40
DOI : 10.5392/JKCA.2015.15.11.027
Live cinema theatre is the latest installment of multimedia show where the filming of the performance of dramatic texts becomes the live stage event. Here, the actors perform before the camera and all the audio-visual effects are produced and constructed live. Mediated through the camera and projection screen, the stage image becomes a real-time production situation where all the scenes are put together right in front of a live audience. The very concept of live cinema as dramatic theatre has been developed by English stage director Katie Mitchell who attempts to present the stage as a cohesive representation system; this is more than a provisional experimentation where the ever-changing notion of in-betweenness is constantly tested. It is rather a predetermined operational system where the relationship between cinema and theatre is governed by the logic of synchrony, therefore maintain their own individual institutional reality. Here, the presence of camera has an effect not only on the organization of stage but also an affect on how human body exists within the situation.

DOI : 10.5392/JKCA.2015.15.11.083
This study identifies problems of the administrative legislation (or the delegated legislation) by analyzing articles of laws, orders, and ordinances regarding the sinking of Sewol. According to the result, both of Rescue and Aid at Sea and in the River Act and Marine Transportation Act require to be complemented by additional administration legislations. Therefore bureaucrats enacted defective orders and ordinances, which became an institutional background of the sinking of Sewol. In other words, excessive administrative legislations enabled the Marine Rescue and Savage Association to exert exclusive authorities and caused insufficiencies of supervision over the Association and management for safe navigations. They resulted in corrupt relationships between bureaucrats and businesses and eventually brought citizens' lifes in mortal danger. Consequently, specialty of congressmen should be improved to avoid these excessive administration legislations. At the same time, autonomous control of the administration itself should get enhanced to regulate them. The theoretical implication of this study is that problems of the administrative legislation and necessity of the control by the National Assembly, which have been discussed abstractly and normatively, are clarified empirically, and the practical implication is that the institutional background of the sinking of Sewol is clarified and solutions to improve the institutions are proposed.
Comparative Review on the Introduction and Operation of Salary Peak System -Focusing on Korea and Japan-
Noh, Jae-Chul ;
The Journal of the Korea Contents Association, volume 15, issue 11, 2015, Pages 93~103
DOI : 10.5392/JKCA.2015.15.11.093
In this study, it has an intention of arranging an implication based on an effective introduction of a wage peak system in Japan to settle a mandatory retirement at sixty according to a legalization of retirement age at sixty smoothly. Institutionally, retirement age guaranteed type that reduces wage from certain period before retirement is of great importance. In Japan, mainly features the extension of retirement age that focus on keeping aged employment after retirement. In the introduction of the wage peak system, Korea attaches importance to the wage cost savings, but Japan puts emphasis on using aging workforce. Korea wants to promote the aged employment for retirement age at 60, whereas Japan actively push ahead with retirement age 65 and after that time. South Korea needs to reinforce the pensionable age and the connection though the extension of retirement age via the manpower utilization, employment promotion and the stability. It is necessary to prepare a institutional plan to try not to make a gap of the pensions by guaranteeing or extending the retirement age connect to the age of pensioners though the wage peak system. To activate the wage peak system, it is necessary to acknowledge a legal improvement that concedes rational changes such as the rule of employment. An active interpretation is needed currently though, it is more necessary to review the stipulation and the rational changes of the rule of employment that is established by a precedent like the Japanese legislation case. When a disadvantageous change of works rules is made, it is able to consider establishing the provision in the Act on age Discrimination Prohibition in Employment and Aged Employment Promotion, therefore it won't be able to apply the regulation in the rational criterion that satisfies the standards, rather than amending a Article 94 of the Labor Standards Act that makes accepting the approval of the majority of workers.

The Journal of the Korea Contents Association, volume 15, issue 11, 2015, Pages 104~114
DOI : 10.5392/JKCA.2015.15.11.104
Seomin has been used frequently in mass media and political discussion. However, who is Seomin, how to define Seomin, and whether Seomin and middle class are different has been rarely discussed. This study conducted both national level of survey and in-depth interviews and explored how to define Seomin and who respondents think as Seomin. The majority of respondents consider themselves as Seomin and that monthly income is the most important criteria to define Seomin. Seomin was considered as those who have high school education and 200~300(million won) monthly income, live in a rented house, and work as a small-scale self-employer, skilled laborer, and low level of white collar workers. Also, Seomin is a precarious group which can achieve upward or downward mobility and is located between low and middle class. Those who have Seomin identity tend to have pride in their social status and hope for upward mobility rather than depreciate their social status or envy the middle class. In order for Seomin to be able to achieve upward mobility and to maintain pride in current status, diverse social policies are needed. Further analyses on examining characteristics and policy needs of Seomin are needed.

DOI : 10.5392/JKCA.2015.15.11.397
The Global Financial Crisis and introduction of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) urged the banks to strengthen their asset qualities. The banks dispose their non performing loans(NPLs) consistently to maintain a sufficient BIS capital adequacy ratio. Accordingly, the interests in auctions, as a disposal method, of real estates that secured for NPLs are on the increasing. This study suggest an alternative for fairness consolidation of real estate auctions which secured for NPLs. First, the impartial entry barriers for NPL sales markets need to be eliminated for fair bidding competition in auctions for real estate that secured for NPLs. In addition, the portion of NPL disposal by real estate auctions need to be expanded. Second, the asymmetry of trade information in the retail markets of NPLs and the abuse of offset by NPL owners' also should be restricted. The Fairness improvement of NPL trading process and real estate auction process that secured for them would of great use in the protection of bidders. Futhermore, it would also contribute to the revitalization of real estate auction markets and the resolution of NPLs of banks through fair disposal of distressed assets.

The purpose of this study is to review the contents of the legislation(2015.5.12.) for shop key money concretely and to find an effective way in making an improvement of practical protection in the process of tenant's shop key money collection. From this point of view, this study tries to make some legislative suggestions as follows. First of all, the code of conflicting definition between 'shop key money' and 'shop key money contract' in the amended Commercial Building Lease Protection Act need to be harmonized with each other because they are likely to face potential problems in the protection of tenant's shop key money collction as well as risks for confusion. In the second place, it requires to strengthen the protection of tenant's shop key money collection by approval of direct opposing power of shop key money itself on condition that it satisfies a certain prerequisites. In addition, the ambiguous codes related to the landlord's disturbance should be distinctly arranged and the distribution principle of demonstration about landlord's disturbance on tenant's shop key money collection also should be made clear. Finally, the standard level of shop key money by region, business district, and category of business should be set and announced by Ministry of Land and Transport.

DOI : 10.5392/JKCA.2015.15.11.467
The market share of private brand(PB) is growing at a rapid pace. Based on the previous studies, consumers pay more attention to the extrinsic cues when they buy the PB products. This paper proposes an integrated model to examine how the retailer credibility which is one of the important extrinsic cues affects perceived quality variation, value consciousness, attitude to PB, and PB product purchase intention. Also, familiarity with PB is regarded as a moderating variable that can interact with retailer credibility. An analysis of 199 useable questionnaires found that retailer credibility has a significant impact on the attitude to PB, directly and indirectly. Further, the moderating effect of familiarity with PB was significant. For this, we interpret that when consumers are more familiar with the private brand, they tend to have few bias toward the quality of PB. These findings provide several effective strategies for the development of PB, such that retailers must improve consumer's familiarity with PB via various promotions like free samples or testing events. Academic and practical implications of the study findings and future research directions are also discussed.

The Journal of the Korea Contents Association, volume 15, issue 11, 2015, Pages 486~500
DOI : 10.5392/JKCA.2015.15.11.486
This study focuses on customer loyalty that explains how firms can maintain long-term relationship with customers, in the internet shopping and mobile shopping contexts. Specifically, this study examines the key determinants of customer loyalty from two perspectives: service quality and shopping value. Concerning service quality, previous studies have long argued that it is a starting point of building customer loyalty. Shopping value is a key variable in capturing consumers' shopping motives. In this study, we consider two types of shopping value: usefulness as utilitarian value and enjoyment as hedonic value. Moreover, this study examines whether the effects of service quality and shopping value on customer loyalty differ depending on internet and mobile shopping groups. To test the proposed hypotheses, we conducted multiple linear regression analysis and chow test with a total of 199 data collected on users who have experience in internet shopping and mobile shopping. The key findings are as follows: First, in the internet shopping group, customer loyalty depends on service quality (responsiveness and empathy) and usefulness, whereas in the mobile shopping, it only depends on enjoyment. Second, the impacts of service quality and shopping value on customer loyalty are different depending on internet shopping and mobile shopping. The results imply that e-tailors should develop differential methods suitable for internet shopping or mobile shopping to enhance customer loyalty.

The Journal of the Korea Contents Association, volume 15, issue 11, 2015, Pages 501~508
DOI : 10.5392/JKCA.2015.15.11.501
Most web sites, information systems use the ID/Password technique to identify and authenticate users. But ID/Password technique is vulnerable to security. The user must remember the ID/Password and, the password should include alphabets, numbers, and special characters, not to be predicted easily. User also needs to change your password periodically. In this paper, we propose the user authentication method that the user authentication information stored in the external storage to authenticate a user. If another person knows the ID/Password, he can't log in a system without the external storage. Whenever a user logs in a system, authentication information is generated, and is stored in the external storage. Therefore, the proposed user authentication method is the traditional ID/Password security technique, but it enhances security and, increases user convenience.

As national R&D is increased in scale, technology transfer has garnered more attention in terms of utilizing R&D outcomes. In this study, we analyzed influencing factors to technology transfer, as a way of utilizing R&D results, using data on national R&D. The analyses was performed with 3 subjects: university, government research institute and industry. When royalty is used as a dependent variable to measure the performance outcomes of technology transfers, the analysis showed that R&D funds have positive influence on all three subjects. In terms of government research institute, the influence was significant whether the location is the capital area or Daejeon city. With regards to industry, factors such as whether the project is a cooperative research, applied research, and the research to technology transfer period were found to have remarkable influence. On the other hand, when the number of cases of technology transfer was used as a dependent variable, the analysis indicated that R&D funds have significant impact on university, while for government research institute, the significant influencing factors include both R&D funds and the research to technology transfer period, and for industry have positive influence on applied research. It is therefore necessary to make differentiated policies considering the R&D organizations in order to improve the efficiency of technology transfer performance.

In the field of Korean medicine (KM), KM terms has been mixed used for a long period. After the Society of KM had systematically organized the KM terms used in our country, the book for the Korean medical standard terminologies was published. In this study, we developed an online service based on the book. The online service provides various useful functions for searching the terms and their commentary and collecting users' opinions. Users can also compare the standard terms with their semantic search results and naver's knowledge search results within our system. By analyzing logs of our system, we suggested several directions for future development, including the improvement of search functions, advertisements, and the provision of open APIs. In the future, our online service might provide the important information on clinics, academic researches, and international standards.

The history of Bibimbap, Korea representative traditional foods, was distorted by some humanities scholars as follows : First literature on Bibimbap is Siujonseo(是議全書) in 1890 and origin word of Bibimbap is Koldongban(骨董飯). Such discussions are totally non-scientific and not true. Bibimbap was recorded as Hondonban(混沌飯) in Kijaejapki 500 years ago and Koldongban(骨董飯) in Sunghojeonjip(星湖全集) and Bubuiban, which mean the people in Korea had the Bibimbap often thousands years ago, i.e. around 500 years before literature. Hangul name of Bibimbap as '브뷔움' was written firstly in Mongyupyun(夢喩篇) in 1810, not Siujonseo(是議全書). Hangul names of Bibimbap were written as '부뷔음, 부빔밥, 부?밥, 부뷘밥, 부뷔엄밥, 부뷔음밥'. Koldongban is only the chinese character which write the real existent Bibimbap real name of Bibimbap is just bibimbap. People in 500 years called Bibimbap as Bibimbap, but wrote it as Koldongban, Hondonban and Bubiban because they had to write the things in Chinese character.

The Journal of the Korea Contents Association, volume 15, issue 11, 2015, Pages 626~634
DOI : 10.5392/JKCA.2015.15.11.626
The purpose of this study was to analyze the cliche for English-Korean interpretation and translation training with special reference to the cliche based on Shakespeare's works texts. The term of 'idioms' are generally used as figurative expressions instead of the term of 'cliche'. Thus, cliches must be reinterpreted in the lexicon that are used in useful expressions. Cliches are often idioms. Idioms are figurative phrases with an implied meaning; the phrase is not to be taken literally. This causes difficulty when translating to another language because the meaning may not be understood by people within that culture. Cliches are figurative or literal expressions and are overused expressions. Consequently, the cliches are distinguished from the idioms by the transparent meanings. This study was examined based on the cliches shown in Shakespeare's works texts. After all, anyone who wants to become an efficient English learners, interpretor and translator should be familiar with cliches. They had better use the cliche in English learning site. I hope this study will be helpful even a bit to his attempt.

The Journal of the Korea Contents Association, volume 15, issue 11, 2015, Pages 658~671
DOI : 10.5392/JKCA.2015.15.11.658
The present study explores the effect of blended action learning program on the improvement of the self-directed learning skills of university students. For this, students in the college of education at D University located in the capital area were selected to form 30 students of the experimental group and 30 of the control group. The average age of the subjects is 22.3. They are students in the
year of university and the demographic background is relatively homogeneous. The experiment was conducted in the Sociology of Education class (a teacher training course). The self-directed learning skills were pre-tested at the beginning of the term. After that, the experimental group had the class with blended action learning program, and the control group had the class with action learning program. The post-test was carried out at the end of the term. For data analysis, ANCOVA was carried out to compare the scores on post-test of the two groups in consideration of the scores on the pre-test. The results show that first, for the improvement of self-directed learning skills of university students, blended action learning program is more effective than action learning program. Second, in the class for learners with lower degree of cognition and experience, blended action learning program was more effective than action learning program. Third, in terms of management of learning resources and utilization of learning strategies, both action learning program and blended action learning program were not effective. In summary, for improvement of the self-directed learning skills of university students, action learning program, which is a learning method focused on learner's participation and practice, is more effective than the traditional collective lecture among diverse teaching methods. Yet in consideration of the elementary level of university students in terms of intelligence and experience, active use of blended action learning program is required.

DOI : 10.5392/JKCA.2015.15.11.672
The early stage of Korean language education was to understand grammar. However, recent Korean language education aims to improve expressive ability for smooth communication. Hence, educational drama for education has gained attention as one of the effective ways of improving communication skills. Educational drama provides an actual conversational situation in which one can use appropriate words and grammar depending on the situation. Non-verbal expression such as body language and facial expression could be picked up so one also improves one's communicative abilities naturally. This means that educational drama shares Korean language education's goal of improving communicative ability. Moreover, the student becomes the core of the activity and finds solutions through cooperation with others, and this also helps improve social skills and self-esteem. This thesis covers methods of having interviews, re-writing texts to scripts, writing up post-script by imagining the following text, role-playing, and improving expressive ability by debating educational theatrical techniques. To make these activities successful, good quality VOD and learning materials shall be developed and used. Also, efficient training programs shall be created so that teachers make use of what they learn and improve their teaching skills.
