Acoustic Signal Processing & Analysis for Blocking Internet Harmful Phonographic Sites

This paper proposes on the acoustic signal processing blocking method of Internet pornographicl sites by calculating correlation values between prototype acoustic signals and input acoustic signals. Pre-existing blocking methods mainly focused on directory-based bled(fin and pornographic related words-based blocking. But these methods are not completely blocked the Internet harmful pornographicl sites by several situations. For this, this paper proposes the content-based blocking method which composes of the image-based blocking and the acoustic-based blocking. This paper, mainly, deals with the acoustic -based blocking method. Finally, the effectiveness of this system is demonstrated by several experiments.
A Study on the Application Technology of Three-dimensional Urban Geo-spatial Simulation using Digital Satellite Image

The technique of birdeye image generation of terrain through the use of satellite digital images and digital maps are very important elements and have applications in fanning establishment as well as the actual design of several construction works in complex fields. This paper studies stereo perspective image generation as a possibility through 3-dimensional analysis combined with digital elevation data and remotely sensed images. For this, first of all, ortho-images generated by very accurate GCP and DEM from contour file makes 3-dimensional terrain analysis possible and allows stereoviewing at the highway construction planning sites. So, we developed the technical methods for the 3-dimensional approach on the planning sites of highways by use of perspective orthoimages. From this research, diverse terrain analysis is possible through stereo perspective image generation, and can leads to various application in road construction through gain study results from access to realtime virtual spatial on the objects area in korea.
A Study on the Operational Plan of Information Security Department in Colleges for Educating Information Security Personnel

The purpose of this study is to suggest an operational plan for the information security department of colleges. First, the necessity for educating information security personnel was examined. Second, the institutes for educating information security personnel were investigated and the curriculum for information security of the college in Korea were examined. Finally, the challenges were examined and the solutions were suggested.
A Study on the Cell Planning Simulation of Mobile Radio Communication Networks Using a Propagation Prediction Model

In an urban area telecommunication using wireless system, the accurate prediction and analysis of wave propagation characteristics are very important to determine the service area optimized selection of base station, and eel design, etc. In the stage of these analyses, we have to present the propagation prediction mood which is varied with the type of antenna, directional angle, and configuration of the ground in our urban area in addition we need to perform an analysis of the conventional mode which is similar to ours and dig out the parameters to evaluate the wave environment before the cell design for the selected area. In this paper, we propose a wave propagation prediction model concerning the topography and obstacles in our urban area. We extract the parameters and apply them to the proposed wave environment for the simulation analyzing the propagation characteristics. Throughout these analyzing procedure, we extracted the essential parameters such as the position of the base station, the height of topography, and adequate type and height of the antenna with our preferable cuteness.
Near-field Measurement of Antenna using Circular Cylindrical Scanning

The improvement of a near-field measurement for an antenna is investigated. We propose the formula of a circular cylindrical scanning based on the Cartesian coordinate. Proposed algorithm for the circular cylindrical Scanning is compared with the exact solution for a Hertzian dipole antenna, thus confirming that our approach is useful for most practice measurements.
Korean Question-Answering System using Syntactic-Relation Information

This paper describes the Korean Question answering system using the syntactic-relation information d verbs to overcome lack of reliable knowledge and linguistic resources. The syntactic-relation information consists d the original form d a verb, usual usage pattern, semantic category of each dependent noun, synonym verbs and passive verbs. We use the syntactic-relation information to parse sentences or phrases with usual usage pattern of the verb and semantic conditions of dependent components on the verb. We also use that information to parse answer candidate sentences, and find an answer from questioned case slot. Our experiments that usage of the syntactic-relation information of verbs to mm lack of reliable knowledge and linguistic resources can be utilized efficiently for the Korean question answering system.
Implementation of SIP-based Extended Caller Preference in VoIP System

SIP Caller Preference is an useful function that allows a caller to express preferences about request handling in servers. It can also feat appropriate call processing according to the callee capabilities. However, only the category of the media is considered as a criteria for target selection in the caller preference. In this case, if the callee's media information such as codec is different from the caller, an additional renegotiation occurs for SIP call setup. Therefore, in this paper, we have suggested an extended caller preference to solve this problem. In our SIP based VoIP system, a network sewer uses detailed media informations for media stream in the session to select the target for SIP call setup. The sewer gives higher priority to the candidate which do not require re-negotiation for call setup, so that an effective call setup can be achieved in our system.
Rate-Monotonic Scheduler with Extended Schedulability Inspection for Hard Real-Time Tesk

Recently, most of the embedded system is required not only many functions but also real-time characteristics in purpose. In the hard real-time system, especially, strict deadline of periodic task can affect the performance of the system. In this paper, we design and implement the scheduler based on RM(Rate-Monotonic) rule. This scheduler makes feasible patterns based on EDF(Earliest deadline first) rule with extended schedulability inspection before execution, for periodic task-set that has high CPU utilization and then, execute periodic task-set depended on feasible patterns. The feasible pattern formed into EDF rule is capable of the efficiency of CPU up to 100 percentage and by the referenced execution of the feasible pattern is possible of removing the red-time scheduling overhead that is the defect of the order of dynamic assignment rule.
A Study on the Testing System for Network Equipments

This paper describes the importance of the network equipment markets and the necessity of the testing and the verification for the network equipments and the effective system for network equipment test. With the rapid internet service development, the demands of the network equipments(for example, router, switching equipment etc.) are expanded. The network equipments request the high love technologies, so the foreign network equipments are prevailed in the domestic market. But the development of the network equipments in korea is in the beginning stage. To deploy the network equipments into the real network the network equipments should be tested and verified by the certified test labs. To get the verification from the foreign test lab, it takes a lot of expenses and times. For the competitiveness of our products in the international markets, the technique of the test and verification on the network equipments should be level-up. This paper investigates the network equipments market condition and the network equipments test condition in Korea. For the competitiveness of our commodities in the international markets, this paper proposes the testing strategy for network equipments.
A Distributed Lightpath Establishment Scheme Considering User Traffic Characteristics in WDM/TDM Networks

In this paper, n study a distributed establishment scheme to setup lightpath in WDM/TDM Network considering user traffic characteristics. We propose a GBTA(guaranteed-bandwidth time-slot allocation) algorithm which assigns time-slots according to the requred traffic so that it can utilize given network resources efficiently in RWTA(routing and wavelength time-slot assignment) schemes. We consider traffic specification on the basis of ATM traffic classes. Also, in order to increase link utilization and minimize blocking probability, we extend distributed lightpath establishment protocol based on GBTA algorithm. In order to establish lightpath in distributed WDM/IDM network, we use backward resonation protocol that resewes resource with recent information. We use DOWTns(Distributed Optical WDM/TDM ns) that is extended from NS(Network Simulator), in order to verify proposed GBTA-based optical wavelength routed network.

The thermal neutron capture cross-section (at 2,200 m/s value) of the
Pr reaction was measured by an activation method by using the heavy water (
O) thermal neutron facility at the KUR(Kyoto University Reactor). The thermal neutron fiux used in this experiment was monitored with the
Au standard cross-section. The previous results and the evaluated data of JENDL-3.2, ENDF/B-VI, and JEF-2.2 were in good agreement with the current result.
