As local government is of great importance for the sake of advancement of the political system based on national participation in politics and recognition for autonomy, it is proper to appreciate the need and come up with strategies so that the local government can be successfully established and developed. Therefore, a survey was conducted among residents, civil officials, and local councils, who are the main bodies of local government. As a Jesuit, it turned out that there were problems in terms of specialty and integrity, that there are potential risks of local or group egoism, and that political indifference is getting intensified among some residents, and even they tend to avoid participation. This result indicates that there are needs for the establishment of the recognition and efforts for consistent reconsideration among participants.
Policy Networks Approach of Disaster Relief Welfare

The aim of this study is to analyze the causes of the network system of the public and private sections that cannot be cooperated in implementation process of disaster relief. For this objective, this study selects the concepts of policy actors, their relationships, and their interactions which are useful in analyzing policy networks. It focuses on the interaction among concerned actors of disaster relief policy. This study suggests how to improve policy networks of disaster relief focusing on the interaction among policy actors. For more effective implementation to disaster relief, however, it is necessary to strengthen public-private partnership rather than central management system. Therefore, future research on disaster relief needs to focus in network management for leading cooperation between public and private sections.
Necessity of Community-Based Rehabilitation System after Stroke

Despite intensive therapy, a large proportion of stroke survivors are left with significant disabilities. To improve the disable condition, a major component of stroke management is aimed at facilitating functional independence and community reintegration. There are many evidences that community-based rehabilitation after stroke is most effective when provided by a well-organized multidisciplinary team. Key to the implementation of community-based rehabilitation(CBR) is that the disabled person, their family and their community decide on what the priorities of the service should be. The stroke patients in the community need a wide range of services, including the traditional rehabilitation services of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social workers, orthotists, nurses and so on. The purpose of this research was to investigate necessity and methods of community-based rehabilitation system in Korea.
The Impact of Continued Behavior on Real Usage: Focusing on Mobile Web

Since the current mobile web market is already in its maturity, a research concerning the continued behavior of mobile Internet users should be carried out. The purpose of this research is to understand user`s continued behaviors by theoretically constructing and empirically testing a continued model using real usage data. The model consists of four post-expectation factors (usefulness, ease of use, enjoyment, and perceived value) as well as user satisfaction, continuance intention, and the actual usage amount. To test the model, an on-line survey had been conducted, and we collected the actual usage data of survey respondents via the support of telecommunication companies. The study results indicate that post expectation variables were found to influence satisfaction, continuance intention, and actual usage amount of mobile web users. This paper ends with study limitations and implications on mobile web industry.
Liability of Tort Related to Private Security in America

These days American private security industries has rapidly grown, and its scales(employment, expenditures) exceed the public police. American private security are based on the theories such as privatization, co-production, and build more developmental framework. But the behind of private security, its civil and criminal liabilities are more issued. In this, among the civil liabilities focused on the tort liability. In civil liabilities, contract liability is specially raised by between contractors, on the other hand tort liability is raised in general without special relationship in civil law relations. In this study, I would observe the types, conditions, protest reasons and the cases in tort generated by private security officials.
A Study on the Image Positioning of Internet Shopping Mall

This study intends to figure out the image evaluation properties of internet shopping malls and suggest a strategic direction for positioning through establishing a perceptual map on how the actual customers remember them and which image expression would make the most effective marketing. According to the result of analysis, the images of internet shopping malls were drawn as elements such as product information service, customer service after purchase, atmosphere, convenience, safety, and fame. And according to the result of making a perceptual map, it showed that there was a meaningful difference in the customers` perception on competitive shopping malls. The most discriminative property among the images of shopping malls was product information service, and the least discriminative property was convenience. In addition, there showed a meaningful difference in the customers` preference and ideal point on internet shopping malls between the subdivided groups of customers. It was verified that in this internet shopping mall market where competition is getting severe, the result of this study can be a useful foundational data in establishing a marketing strategy of market segmentation.
The Victimization of Stalking among University Students in Korea

Stalking is defined as an abnormal or long term pattern of threat of harassment directed toward a specific individual and obsessional following. This study use empirical method based on the self administrated questionnaire of 325 male and female university students in Korea, for understanding the actual conditions of stalking. The findings are as follows. First, 18(5.5%) students experienced the victimization of stalking. Female students were more likely to be victims of stalking than male. 4(1.3%) of students were stalkers. Second, Female students were more likely to be stalkers than male. The age of most stalkers were younger than 27 yrs.. And most stalking victims knew their stalker. Third, the most cause of stalking was revenge for denial of courtship. The most methods of stalking were making approaches and the communications via letter, telephone, and giving presents. And the most period of Stalking was in 6 months.

Application areas of Knowledge Discovery in Database(KDD) have been expanded to many R&D management processes including technology trends analysis, forecasting and evaluation etc. Established research field such as informetrics (or scientometrics) has utilized techniques or methods of KDD. Various systems have been developed to support works of analyzing large-scale R&D related databases such as patent DB or bibliographic DB by a few researchers or institutions. But extant systems have some problems for korean users to use. Their prices is not moderate, korean language processing is impossible, and user`s demands not reflected. To solve these problems, Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information(KISTI) developed stand-alone type information analysis system named as KnowledgeMatrix. KnowledgeMatrix system offer various functions to analyze retrieved data set from databases. KnowledgeMatrix`s main operation unit is composed of user-defined lists and matrix generation, cluster analysis, visualization, data pre-processing. Matrix generation unit help extract information items which will be analyzed, and calculate occurrence, co-occurrence, proximity of the items. Cluster analysis unit enable matrix data to be clustered by hierarchical or non-hierarchical clustering methods and present tree-type structure of clustered data. Visualization unit offer various methods such as chart, FDP, strategic diagram and PFNet. Data pre-processing unit consists of data import editor, string editor, thesaurus editor, grouping method, field-refining methods and sub-dataset generation methods. KnowledgeMatrix show better performances and offer more various functions than extant systems.
Effects of the Corporate Image on Customer Value and Loyalty

The corporate image in the modern competitive industry is one of the most important factors that invites customer`s desire of purchase. The purpose of this study is to find out how the corporate image influences to the customer value and loyalty deciding customer`s desire of repurchase and is to know the important factors of corporate image. The results of this study is that corporate image has an effect on customer value and satisfaction. Also customer value influences on customer satisfaction. Customer value and satisfaction have an effect on customer loyalty as the important factors. Through the results, customer`s high recognition of the corporate has an influence on customer value.

With the improvement in digital and Internet, the market is changing from a supplier-centered form to consumer-centered one. It is important for companies to accurately understand and offer customer value to cope with such environment. Since customer value exerts great effects on an increase in performance, many companies are doing various marketing activities to create customer value. To create customer value, it is most of all necessary to monitor changes in market environment and customer needs on a continuous basis. The attitude of community member plays a key role for sponsorship response. Theory of identification is very important to understand the attitude of community members. community identification can effect to behavior and attitude to sponsors of community members. This study examines antecedents of community identification and relations between community identification and sponsorship response. I found that sense of community effect to community identification and community loyalty. Satisfaction of need, membership, and emotional ties effect to community identification and community loyalty. But influence effect only to community loyalty. community identification effect to community loyalty. And community loyalty effect to sponsorship response.
Burnout and Coping Strategies among Tourism Service Employees

The purpose of this paper is that investigates a model of burnout and coping strategy employees in out-bound travel agency. So, we investigated the relationship between burnout variables(emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduces personal accomplishment) and employee`s job satisfaction, intentions to resign. And we suggest that coping strategies will control the relationship between burnout and job attitude. We used social support, self esteem, and leisure involvement as a coping method. Data obtained from survey of frontline employees working in the several outbound travel agencies in Seoul, Korea. In the result, it has strong relationships between burnout and job-relative components. Perceived burnout phenomenon has negatively effect on job satisfaction and positively effect on resign intention. Coping variables controled in the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction. In the practical implications, managers can take an action as like a social support to reduce employee`s burnout. And employee has activity hobby for reducing the burnout.
Computer Programming Curriculum and Teaching Method in Connection with Mathematics Education System in the Elementary and Secondary Schools

education curriculum, computer education curriculum in the elementary and secondary schools is composited into the contents for the use of computers so that there are some limitations in teaching students the abilities for solving various problems of several areas using computers. Recently, the research has done to change the computer education curriculum for enhancing creativity and problem solving ability required by the future education. The contents of the main subject for enhancing them is of computer programming, however, there was not enough research on systematic programming education curriculum for leading to motivating learners and enhanced knowledge transfer to those learners. In this paper, we analysis the contents mathematics education curriculum with consecutive contents and in tight connection with computer education and then extract its programming related elements. Based on those, we propose a programming education curriculum with which we can teach systematically computer programing according to continual and systematic guidance in the elementary and secondary schools. And we develop a teaching model and learning guidance for teaching students programming methods with the computer programming education curriculum proposed in this paper.
Learning System for Writing of Chinese Character based on WEB

As Chinese characters occupies more than 70% of words we currently use, the education of Chinese characters is becoming important day by day to accurately deliver the meaning of words in our language life. In recent, there are increasing concerns on writing Chinese characters correctly, especially the order of stroke, as well as memorizing the meaning and the sound of a character. Books and Internet contents on Chinese character writing is emerging. However, currently available Internet media on the Chinese characters education only illuminates recitation and interpretation. Even though some books contain the chapter concerning the order of stroke of a character, those only force simple repetitions. In this paper, we propose a design and implementation of teaming system for writing of Chinese character based on web which enables the user-directed teaming. Using the system, a user can manage the status of learning by oneself. Additionally, we can enhance the efficiency of learning by making users understood the correct reading and writing in Chinese character education.
TIGRIS Grid MPI Service based on WSRF

In this paper, we describe TIGRIS Grid MPI Service, which is 4he WS-Resource Framework (WSRF) based services to enable an MPI job to be executed on Grid environments. It covers heterogeneous compute resources and diverse MPI libraries. The main functionalities are as follows. First, it allows an MPI user to seamlessly launch a job without knowing how to use the specific MPI library. Secondly, it executes an MPI job on the cross-site resources by supporting the Grid-enabled MPI library such as MPICH-G2. Thirdly, it enables the user to launch a job using the source code without compiling. The service is implemented on top of the services of Globus Toolkit. We provide the user interface as a web portal and CLI(Command Line Interface).
Design and Implementation of a Ubiquitous Health Care System based on Sensor Network

In this paper, we have implemented a ubiquitous healthcare system that can measure and check human`s health in anytime and anywhere. The implemented prototype are composed of both front-end and back-end. The front-end have several groups: environment sensor group such as temperature, humidity, photo, voice sensor, health sensor group such as blood pressure, heart beat, electrocardiogram, spo2 sensor, gateway for wired/wireless communication, and RFID reader to identify personal. The back-end has a serial forwarder to propagate measurment results, monitor program, and medical information server The implemented sensor node constructs a sensor network using the Zigbee protocol and is ported the tinyOS. The data gathering base node is linux-based terminal that can transfer a sensed medial data through wireless LAN. And, the medical information server stores the processed medical data and can promptly notify the urgent status to the connected medical team. Through our experiments, we`ve confirmed the possibility of ubiquitous healthcare system based on sensor network using the Zigbee.
An Efficient Processing of Multimedia Message in SIP-Based Instant Messaging Service

In this paper, we have studied a new method in which multimedia message can be processed effectively in SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)-based Instant Messaging service. Total system is composed of multimedia message server, presence server and user system. To provide effectively message informations such as number of messages stored in the multimedia message server, waiting status and message types to users, we have proposed a new method which can be a substitute for message waiting indication event package. In our proposed method, when changes of messages status informations occur, these informations are sent to the presence server, and can be transferred as a separate tag within notification message. The presence server processes subscription requests and notifications, and efficiency can be improved as it provides both message status informations and several communication status informations such as on-line status to service users. Partial publication is used in our system to improve data transfer efficiency more between user system and the presence server. The performance of our proposed model is evaluated by experiments measuring multimedia message transfer speed and server processing time.
MDP-Based Stepwise Network Reconfiguration Scheme for Dynamic WDM Network

We completed a new cluster system based on WDM by proposing virtual topology reconfiguration schemes. The key idea of the proposed scheme Is to construct a set with the longest chains of requests of connecting nodes which need to be assigned a wavelength. All the sets have no common factor, that is, there is no duplicated link among the requests of connecting. After making the set satisfying this condition, we could assign a wavelength to per corresponding set. We could reconfigure a virtual topology with this scheme collectively. we compared our scheme to existing approaches by the OWns simulation tool. As the results, we gained improved performances, reducing 10% of blocking rate and improving 30% of ADM utilization in terms of the blocking probability and the ADM utilization.
Radio Resource Management Modeling in IEEE 802.16e Networks

In this paper, we develop radio resource management queueing model in IEEE 802.IS networks considering both connection and packet level. In the upper level connection, we model connection admission control depending on availability of bandwidth and priority queue in each service class. In the lower level packet, we model dynamic bandwidth allocation considering threshold and availability of bandwidth in each service class simultaneously. Hierarchical model is built using an extended Petri Nets, SRN (Stochastic Reward Nets). Bandwidth utilization and normal throughput as performance index for all service classes of traffic are calculated and numerical results are obtained.
Energy-Conserving MAC Protocol in Ubiquitous Sensor Networks

Research on media access control (MAC) scheme for Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) has been mainly focused on energy efficiency improvement, while interest on latency is relatively weak. However, end-to-end latency could be a critical limitation specifically in the multi-hop network such as wireless multimedia sensor networks. In this paper we propose a media access control scheme with distributed transmission power control to Improve end-to-end transmission latency as well as reduce power consumption in multi-hop wireless sensor networks. According to the simulation results, the proposed scheme is turned out to be an energy efficient scheme with improved end-to-end transmission latency.
Design and Implementation of an Electrocardiogram Measurement System Using Sensor Network

This paper has implemented a ubiquitous healthcare system that can measure and check the electrocardiogram of a human body in anytime and anywhere. The implemented node constructs a sensor network using the Zigbee protocol and the TinyOS is installed on each node. And, the medical information server stores the processed medical data and can promptly notify the urgent status to the connected medical team. Through experiment, we confirmed the possibility of ubiquitous healthcare system based on sensor network using the Zigbee.
A Study on the Establishment of Reference Linking System for National R&D Information

Reference linking based on a identification system is being widely used both domestically and overseas. National R&D information contains all information related to the R&D programs such as the output and equipment information resulting from the participant and project information. The reference linking service enables the user to freely look up output of a certain program, participant of a project, equipment information from the project or participant and all other information that originates from a R&D project without having to search for it. The reference linking service in the area of national R&D will enable the linking of heterogeneous information produced at different sources.
SCORM based Reusability Strategy on Moving Picture Contents

Due to the advent of presumer and digital production of moving picture, a lot of UCC has been generated by editing the previous moving pictures in various way. It causes a lot of problems on copyright, duplication, and content. In reorganizing the contents, it is necessary to increase productivity and reusability by managing production pipeline systematically through the standardization of moving picture content. For this purpose, we try to develop the moving picture content management system that can manage all kinds of information on the production pipeline, based on SCORM of e-learning by considering production, publication and re-editing. Using the meta-data of content object, user and producer can easily search and reuse the contents. Hence, they can choose the contents object according to their preference and reproduce their own creative UCC by reorganizing and packaging the selected objects. The management of copyright by the unit of scene would solve the problem of copyright. The sequencing technique of SCORM as an interactive storytelling method makes it possible to produce individual contents by user`s preference.
3D Face Modeling based on 3D Morphable Shape Model

Since 3D face can be rotated freely in 3D space and illumination effects can be modeled properly, 3D face modeling Is more precise and realistic in face pose, illumination, and expression than 2D face modeling. Thus, 3D modeling is necessitated much in face recognition, game, avatar, and etc. In this paper, we propose a 3D face modeling method based on 3D morphable shape modeling. The proposed 3D modeling method first constructs a 3D morphable shape model out of 3D face scan data obtained using a 3D scanner Next, the proposed method extracts and matches feature points of the face from 2D image sequence containing a face to be modeled, and then estimates 3D vertex coordinates of the feature points using a factorization based SfM technique. Then, the proposed method obtains a 3D shape model of the face to be modeled by fitting the 3D vertices to the constructed 3D morphable shape model. Also, the proposed method makes a cylindrical texture map using 2D face image sequence. Finally, the proposed method builds a 3D face model by rendering the 3D face shape model with the cylindrical texture map. Through building processes of 3D face model by the proposed method, it is shown that the proposed method is relatively easy, fast and precise than the previous 3D face model methods.
Automatic Generation Method of Proxy Client Code to Autonomic Quality Information

This paper proposes automatic generation method of proxy client code to automation of web service selection process through a monitoring agent. The technique of this paper help service consumer to provide source code of proxy client as it bring an attribute value of specific element of WSDL document using template rule. Namely, a XSLT script file provide code frame of dynamic invocation interface model. The automatic code generation technique need to solving starvation status of selection architecture. It is required to creating request HTTP message for every service on the result of search. The created proxy client program code generate dummy message about services. The proposed client code generation method show us a possibility of application in the automatic generation programming domain.
An Efficient Illumination Preprocessing Algorithm based on Anisotropic Smoothing for Face Recognition

Robust face recognition under various illumination environments is very difficult and needs to be accomplished for successful commercialization. In this paper, we propose an efficient illumination preprocessing method for face recognition. illumination preprocessing algorithm based on anisotropic smoothing is well known to be effective among illumination normalization methods but deteriorates the intensity contrast of the original image, and incurs less sharp edges. The proposed method in this paper improves the previous anisotropic smoothing based illumination normalization method so that it increases the intensity contrast and enhances the edges while diminishing effects of illumination. Due to the result of these improvements, face images preprocessed by the proposed illumination preprocessing method becomes to have more distinctive feature vectors(Gabor feature vectors). Through experiments of face recognition using Gabor jet similarity, the effectiveness of the proposed illumination preprocessing method is verified.

The software industry is so important to the 21C information society Not only the digital content control but the technology of software source code for the intellectual property is so much mean to international competition. On occurring disputation property of software source code, we have to prove the fact, there is a problem to discriminate the original software source code. In this paper, we make a study of the digital licence prototype for discriminate the original source code. Reserved words of software source code by parsing express to XML file that have hierarchical structure. Then, we can express node pattern and architecture pattern of software source code by tree structure form instead of complex software source code. And we make a simulation of discrimination possibility of digital license and propose CRYPTEX model.
Protein Function Finding Systems through Domain Analysis on Protein Hub Network

We propose a protein function finding algorithm that is able to predict specific molecular function for unannotated proteins through domain analysis from protein-protein network. To do this, we first construct protein-protein interaction(PPI) network in Saccharomyces cerevisiae from MIPS databases. The PPI network(proteins; 3,637, interactions; 10,391) shows the characteristics of a scale-free network and a hierarchical network that proteins with a number of interactions occur in small and the inherent modularity of protein clusters. Protein-protein interaction databases obtained from a Y2H(Yeast Two Hybrid) screen or a composite data set include random false positives. To filter the database, we reconstruct the PPI networks based on the cellular localization. And then we analyze Hub proteins and the network structure in the reconstructed network and define structural modules from the network. We analyze protein domains from the structural modules and derive functional modules from them. From the derived functional modules with high certainty, we find tentative functions for unannotated proteins.
Processing Techniques of Layer Channel Image for 3D Image Effects

A layer channel, which can express effects on 3D image, is inserted to use it on application rendering effectively. The current method of effect rendering requires individual sources in storage and image processing, because it uses individual and mixed management of images and effects. However, we can save costs and improve results in images processing by processing both image and layer channels together. By changing image format to insert a layer channel in image and adding a hide function to conceal the layer channel and control to make it possible to approach image and layer channels simultaneously during loading image and techniques hiding the layer channel by changing image format with simple techniques, like alpha blending, etc., it is developed to improve reusability and be able to be used in all programs by combining the layer channel and image together, so that images in changed format can be viewed in general image viewers. With the configuration, we can improve processing speed by introducing image and layer channels simultaneously during loading images, and reduce the size of source storage space for layer channel images by inserting a layer channel in 3D images. Also, it allows managing images in 3D image and layer channels simultaneously, enabling effective expressions, and we can expect to use it effectively in multimedia image used in practical applications.
Recommendation System using Associative Web Document Classification by Word Frequency and α-Cut

Although there were some technological developments in improving the collaborative filtering, they have yet to fully reflect the actual relation of the items. In this paper, we propose the recommendation system using associative web document classification by word frequency and
-cut to address the short comings of the collaborative filtering. The proposed method extracts words from web documents through the morpheme analysis and accumulates the weight of term frequency. It makes associative rules and applies the weight of term frequency to its confidence by using Apriori algorithm. And it calculates the similarity among the words using the hypergraph partition. Lastly, it classifies related web document by using
-cut and calculates similarity by using adjusted cosine similarity. The results show that the proposed method significantly outperforms the existing methods.
Query Optimization Scheme using Query Classification in Hybrid Spatial DBMS

We propose the query optimization technique using query classification in hybrid spatial DBMS. In our approach, user queries should to be classified into three types: memory query, disk query, and hybrid query. Specialty, In the hybrid query processing, the query predicate is divided by comparison between materialized view creating conditions and user query conditions. Then, the deductions of the classified queries` cost formula are used for the query optimization. The optimization is mainly done by the selection algorithm of the smallest cost data access path. Power management (PM) depends on the power state transition and system workload. The system model is composed of corresponding stochastic models of the power state and system queue. In this paper, stochastic models which can handle various PM techniques are developed. SRN (Stochastic Reward Nets), an extended Petri-Net, has facilities that represent system queue and various modelling functions. The SRN is employed for developing PM models. An adaptive timeout PM model is also introduced and the power consumption and performance of this model are compared with other existing PM techniques models such as greedy and N-Policy techniques.

The objects real time rendered in the 3D cyber space can interact with each others according to the events which are happened when satisfying some conditions. But to representing the behaviors with these interactions, too many event conditions are considered because each behavior pattern and event must be corresponded in a one-to-one ratio. It leads to problems which increase the system complexity. So, in this paper, we try to physical method based on elasticity force for representing more realistic behaviors of AI fish and apply to the deformable multi-detection sensor, so we suggest the new method which can create the various behavior patterns responding to one evasion event.

With the advance of information technologies and the spread of Internet use, the volume of usable information is increasing explosively. A content recommendation system provides the services of filtering out information that users do not want and recommending useful information. Existing recommendation systems analyze the records and patterns of Web connection and information demanded by users through data mining techniques and provide contents from the service provider`s viewpoint. Because it is hard to express information on the users` side such as users` preference and lifestyle, only limited services can be provided. The semantic Web technology can define meaningful relations among data so that information can be collected, processed and applied according to purpose for all objects including images and documents. The present study proposes a content recommendation search system that can update and reflect personalized profiles dynamically in semantic Web environment. A personalized profile is composed of Collector that contains the characteristics of the profile, Aggregator that collects profile data from various collectors, and Resolver that interprets profile collectors specific to profile characteristic. The personalized module helps the content recommendation server make regular synchronization with the personalized profile. Choosing music as a recommended content, we conduct an experience on whether the personalized profile delivers the content to the content recommendation server according to a service scenario and the server provides a recommendation list reflecting the user`s preference and lifestyle.
Development of Speech Recognition System based on User Context Information in Smart Home Environment

Most speech recognition systems that have a large capacity and high recognition rates are isolated word speech recognition systems. In order to extend the scope of recognition, it is necessary to increase the number of words that are to be searched. However, it shows a problem that exhibits a decrease in the system performance according to the increase in the number of words. This paper defines the context information that affects speech recognition in a ubiquitous environment to solve such a problem and develops user localization method using inertial sensor and RFID. Also, we develop a new speech recognition system that demonstrates better performances than the existing system by establishing a word model domain of a speech recognition system by context information. This system shows operation without decrease of recognition rate in smart home environment.
An Efficient Algorithm for Character Adjustments in Game Balancing

A balanced game is one where the main determining factor for the success of the player is the skill level of that player Random events can occur, but a better player should be more successful than a poor one unless the player has an unusually long run of bad luck. Balancing a game is a very difficult to define a purpose, and to implement process. The possible ways are somewhat subjective and depend on the nature of the game. This paper provides new algorithm for character adjustment using log function with some nature-based Ideas. The algorithm shows not only how we decide the exact point of character adjustment but also how much we have to modify the parameters for changing abilities of the character. This paper shows the experimental results of the algorithm and shows differences between normal game playing and playing with character adjustment.

With recent development of internet, a lot of people use online games through internet networks. Since people that utilize the online games increase, a special company and an advertisement company adopt the PPL(Product in Placement) on online game instead of the advertisement through TV or radio. This paper persents applications of the PPL on online games and problems which was occurred by them. We propose an advertisement system architecture which processes it efficiently. To prove that our proposed PPL system on online game is efficient, we process various questionnaires on PPL efficacy in online game and analyze them.

In the past, design used to be known as graphic design for printing medium. However, these days, through video media or multimedia, it has expanded to convey information thanks to the innovative development of the computer, which is digital civilization. Now design, through elaborate plans and projects, is acknowledged as creative work for communications appealing to emotion comprehensively and to transmit information effectively. This thesis presented a new methodology of mess communication using various elements such as video typography. Furthermore, reflecting feedback from hearing-unpaired people, theological background well grounded and the way to proceed in the future were also addressed.

The purpose of this essay is to check what are the problems of the current Korean independent films and to find the solutions for effective circulation of the Korean independent films in terms of its intimacy to public. For this, I would like to define `independent film` and `its ambiguous distinction`, and then I presented the current issues of the Korean independent films and suggested the alternatives of the effective circulation of its production and distribution. Independent films can be defined through our understanding and identification, and it is significant of mutual communication with the audience, so that I will classify the cases of box office of the independent films. The effectiveness of production can be suggested by lower budget and many financial supports, and the effectiveness of distribution is to have many occasions to release, to benefit with them and to release in many festivals. The effort of independent filmmakers, mutual communication between filmmakers and the audience, and the official supporting system will make it possible for effective production and distribution. With this possibility, the future of Korean independent film will be bright.
Research of Functional Milk by Segmentation Strategy

Nowadays, the demand of functional white milk has been augmented because of the widespread well-being popularity. Especially, in case of white milk, there are brisk efforts In segmentation of the functional product, in an effort to break through the limitation of creating new demands out of fixed demands and school meal service. The companies are also looking for the solution in the development of functional white milk in that they have no other way to increase the customers` demand, but the differentiation of the product, since the companies consider that content of white milks are exactly the same that there is no need to compete. Following this, the package design availed of the development of functional milk and took important charge of conveying and emphasizing the product`s functional special quality and information to customers. Consequently, in this research, we will going to look at more desirable design differentiation strategy of functional milk by examining the basics of functional milk and by analysing the functional characteristic of current products and the expression strategy of package design.
Analysis of the Distinction of the Korean Movies in the Japanese Market

The purpose of the study is to identify the characteristics of films to be exported into a larger market abroad, especially the Japanese film market which occupies more than a half of the export costs of the Korean movies. Our analysis shows that the factors such as the reputation of a director and actors in Japan, the box-office record in Korea and genres have influence upon the export to the Japanese market. Among genres, comedy movies were less exported, while melodramas was more. We expect that this result will be helpful when film producers plan movies for export from the stage of pre-production.
