In this paper, we propose a new multiplication algorithm for primitive polynomial with all 1 of coefficient in case that m is odd and even on finite fields
, and design the multiplier with parallel input-output module structure using the presented multiplication algorithm. The proposed multiplier is designed
same basic cells. Since the basic cells have no a latch circuit, the multiplicative circuit is very simple and is short the delay time
per cell unit. The proposed multiplier is easy to extend the circuit with large m having regularity and modularity by cell array, and is suitable to the implementation of VLSI circuit.
Context-Aware App-Store System based on Collective Intelligence

In this paper, we propose a context awareness system to transfer accurate information of the app store based on collective intelligence. By using collective intelligence the system minimizes the errors that could occur when an individual process the problems, recommends APIs for developers and builds the app store for not only customers but also developers. In addition, this system applies the ontology technique to aware the context of consumers, recommends the app suitable for the consumer and provides the information for app developers. By utilizing the deduction technique of the Jena, the context awareness system infers the context of a consumer and constructs the app store system which improves the existing app stores. In the point of service transfer and accuracy, the proposed app store system module show better performance than the existing app store.
Prototype based Classification by Generating Multidimensional Spheres per Class Area

In this paper, we propose a prototype-based classification learning by using the nearest-neighbor rule. The nearest-neighbor is applied to segment the class area of all the training data into spheres within which the data exist from the same class. Prototypes are the center of spheres and their radii are computed by the mid-point of the two distances to the farthest same class point and the nearest another class point. And we transform the prototype selection problem into a set covering problem in order to determine the smallest set of prototypes that include all the training data. The proposed prototype selection method is based on a greedy algorithm that is applicable to the training data per class. The complexity of the proposed method is not complicated and the possibility of its parallel implementation is high. The prototype-based classification learning takes up the set of prototypes and predicts the class of test data by the nearest neighbor rule. In experiments, the generalization performance of our prototype classifier is superior to those of the nearest neighbor, Bayes classifier, and another prototype classifier.
A Case Study of a Text Mining Method for Discovering Evolutionary Patterns of Mobile Phone in Korea

Systematic theory, concepts, and methodology for the biological evolution have been developed while patterns and principles of the evolution have been actively studied in the past 200 years. Furthermore, they are applied to various fields such as evolutionary economics, evolutionary psychology, evolutionary linguistics, making significant progress in research. In addition, existing studies have applied main biological evolutionary models to artifacts although such methods do not fit to them. These models are also limited to generalize evolutionary patterns of artifacts because they are designed in terms of a subjective point of view of experts who know well about the artifacts. Unlike biological organisms, because artifacts are likely to reflect the imagination of the human will, it is known that the theory of biological evolution cannot be directly applied to artifacts. In this paper, beyond the individual's subjective, the aim of our research is to present evolutionary patterns of a given artifact based on peeping the idea of the public. For this, we propose a text mining approach that presents a systematic framework that can find out the evolutionary patterns of a given artifact and then visualize effectively. In particular, based on our proposal, we focus mainly on a case study of mobile phone that has emerged as an icon of innovation in recent years. We collect and analyze review posts on mobile phone available in the domestic market over the past decade, and discuss the detailed results about evolutionary patterns of the mobile phone. Moreover, this kind of task is a tedious work over a long period of time because a small number of experts carry out an extensive literature survey and summarize a huge number of materials to finally draw a diagram of evolutionary patterns of the mobile phone. However, in this work, to minimize the human efforts, we present a semi-automatic mining algorithm, and through this research we can understand how human creativity and imagination are implemented. In addition, it is a big help to predict the future trend of mobile phone in business and industries.
A System for Extraction of Audience Reaction Based on Neural Network

Emotional reaction of audience can be decided by observing reaction of audience for content. We can use a method to analyze visual data from video camera to detect reaction of audience fast and economically. This paper proposes the method and system to observe audience reaction from visual data of audience and define via neural network. Also we propose a new method to detect automatically an area for audience reaction with face detection to improve a fixed area assignment method which has a limitation not to adapt depending on audiences. Additionally, the evaluation is implemented to show that the proposed method and system is effective. The proposed method showed the performance elevation of 10.5 % (7.75 hit ration) compared to a fixed area assignment method.
Implementation of Real-time Dangerous Driving Behavior Analysis Utilizing the Digital Tachograph

In this paper, we proposed the method that enabling warning through real-time analysis of dangerous driving behavior, improving driving habits and safe driving using the digital tachograph. Most of traffic accidents and green drive are closely related of driving habits. These wrong driving habits need to be improved by the real-time analysis, warning and automated method of driving habits. We confirmed the proposed that the method will help support eco-driving, safe driving through real-time analysis of driving behavior and warning through the method implementation and experiment.

Data Acquisition and Monitoring Technique based on Dynamic Application Framework

This paper suggested dynamic application framework based data collecting and monitoring technique using wireless sensor network. The development of application for wireless measurement node firmware program integrates with various sensors and performs control. Collecting data of the user application is downloaded from the node onboard process wirelessly. In addition, the user application can change the temperature initial value of the nodes, which enables dynamic sampling of the measurement nodes. Therefore, dynamic sampling control of the nodes can reduce the power consumptions of sensors compared to existing wired data monitoring.

This paper introduces surveillance equipment "ADS-B", the core subject of traffic control system and study of ADS-B 1090ES ground receiver. The standard is set not only for functional but also its reliability by analyzing international standard documents and existing products. The Bias circuit is designed for less power consumption, low noise and high gain for RF module. The signal processing is capable of overcoming its bad conditions. MCU part is configured with the latest CPU for high speed communication with external parts and SNMP is selected for remote control communication. The performance of developed receiver satisfies national and international standards and its functions are more advanced compared to foreign receivers.
Handoff Method Supporting LBS Information in Mobile Clouding Computing

In this paper, we propose a handoff method supporting LBS (Location Based Services) Information in mobile clouding environment. In mobile clouding computing, handoff delay and re-authentication is occurred. A mobile node needs re-authentication procedure from cloud server whenever it arrives new AP. But Using of location information of node enables to reduce delay time due to re-authentication. To reduce re-authentication delay time, proposed method stores location information of APs on WiFi based location server to complement. GPS-based technology which can't receive satellite signal in indoor and then node collects location information of AP at handoff time. And also enables to process LBS without increasing handoff delay by splitting the process of handoff from process of requesting location information. For analysis of proposed method, We analyze handoff delay and location information process time and have compared previous handoff method in cloud environment. We confirmed that proposed method shows lower delay time without increasing LBS process time than previous method because node receives location information from location information server when handoff is occurred.
A Implementation of Electronic Measurement Datum Point Monitoring S/W based on Object-Oriented Modeling for Multi Purpose and High Availability

Datum point for displaying location and altitude of point has being advantage usefully in various measurement parts. However, datum point has been increasing loss cases owing to weather changes and stratum changes and neglecting meaninglessly. In this paper, we design and implement a multi electronic measurement system monitoring software with functions such as include maximize utilization of existing measurement datum system as well as collected various environment data and detection stratum changes of surround area. Proposed software is implemented to support that reusability and extensibility of software using object oriented modeling method. Our software supports a GUI for electronic measurement datum point administrator as well as for web user and mobile user. Our system can support a graph GUI for various data analysis and reposition in realtime to database that measured location information and various sensing information to prevent loss of electronic measurement datum point and to detected stratum changes. In addition, we include a QR code and RFID recognition function. Finally, we suggest performance evaluation result to confirm stratum changes detection and GPS location error rate.
A Technology Analysis Model using Dynamic Time Warping

Technology analysis is to analyze technological data such as patent and paper for a given technology field. From the results of technology analysis, we can get novel knowledge for R&D planing and management. For the technology analysis, we can use diverse methods of statistics. Time series analysis is one of efficient approaches for technology analysis, because most technologies have researched and developed depended on time. So many technological data are time series. Time series data are occurred through time. In this paper, we propose a methodology of technology forecasting using the dynamic time warping (DTW) of time series analysis. To illustrate how to apply our methodology to real problem, we perform a case study of patent documents in target technology field. This research will contribute to R&D planning and technology management.
Study on Extraction of Keywords Using TF-IDF and Text Structure of Novels

With the explosive growth of information about books, there is a growing number of customers who find it difficult to pick a book. Against the backdrop, the importance of a book recommendation system becomes greater, through which appropriate information about books could be offered then to encourage customers to buy a book in the end. However, existing recommendation systems based on the bibliographical information or user data reveal the reliability issue found in their recommendation results. This is why it is necessary to reflect semantic information extracted from the texts of a book's main body in a recommendation system. Accordingly, this paper suggests a method for extracting keywords from the main body of novels, as a preceding research, by using TF-IDF method as well as the text structure. To this end, the texts of 100 novels have been collected then to divide them into four structural elements of preface, dialogue, non-dialogue and closing. Then, the TF-IDF weight of each keyword has been calculated. The calculation results show that the extraction accuracy of keywords improves by 42.1% in performance when more weight is given to dialogue while including preface and closing instead of using just the main body.
Minimum Margin Tank Loading Algorithm for Chemical Tank Loading Problem

The chemical tank loading problem has been classified as nondeterministic polynomial time (NP)-complete problem because of the polynomial-time algorithm to find the solution has been unknown yet. Gu

On the other hand, this paper suggests the rule of loading chemical into minimum margin tank algorithm with O(m) time complexity. The proposed algorithm stores the chemical in the tank that has partial residual of the same kind chemical firstly. Then, we load the remaining chemical to the minimum marginal tanks. As a result of experiments, this algorithm reduces the
of linear programming to O(m) time complexity for NP-complete chemical tank loading problem.
Identification of prognosis-specific network and prediction for estrogen receptor-negative breast cancer using microarray data and PPI data

This study proposes an algorithm for predicting breast cancer prognosis based on genetic network. We identify prognosis-specific network using gene expression data and PPI(protein-protein interaction) data. To acquire the network, we calculate Pearson's correlation coefficient(PCC) between genes in all PPI pairs using gene expression data. We develop a prediction model for breast cancer patients with estrogen-receptor-negative using the network as a classifier. We compare classification performance of our algorithm with existing algorithms on independent data and shows our algorithm is improved. In addition, we make an functionality analysis on the genes in the prognosis-specific network using GO(Gene Ontology) enrichment validation.
Korean Sentence Symbol Preprocess System for the Improvement of Speech Synthesis Quality

In this paper, we propose a Korean sentence symbol preprocessor for a SSML (speech synthesis markup language) supported speech synthesis system in order to improve the quality of the synthesized result. After the analysis of Korean Wikipedia documents, we propose 8 categories for the meaning of sentence symbols and 11 regular expression for the classification of each category. After the development of a Korean sentence symbol preprocess system we archived 56% of precision and 71.45% of recall ratio for 63,000 sentences.
A Study on the Relationship between Cultural Intervention and Alcoholism in Mongolia

There is literature addressing to cultural aspects of alcohol and alcoholism. However, scholars have paid little attention to study what will happen to alcohol consumption behavior and alcoholism if there is a national government cultural intervention, so that the alcohol drinking culture would change in association with the change of internal institution in a society. This work attempted to study this research question. For this purpose, I selected Mongolia as a research case and examined survey data, statistical data, and data from research-based resources, referring to the last 70 years profile of Mongolian alcohol per capital consumption and alcoholism as well as studying Mongolian historical sources for measuring Mongolian traditional alcohol drinking customs. The data I gathered and observed during this research proved that there is a huge difference between the current drinking culture among younger generation and Mongolian traditional cultural context that was respected and strictly followed by their ancestors. Findings suggest that there has been a parallel increase between the change of alcohol drinking culture and alcohol consumption in connection with the modernization.
Effects of Introduction of Knowledge Management System in Relation to Organizational Performance - focused on management factors and information technology factors

This study looked into these companies and organizations that were working with the knowledge management system in order to verify how practically such introduction of the knowledge management system would affect the organizational performances. The purpose of this study is to present the strategic guidelines should to consider the introduction of the knowledge management system operated by the organization to analyze how factors affect the performance of the introduction of knowledge management systems are organized in empirical. According to the results, the sub-variables of the management factors such as learning organization, evaluation and reward system, organizational trust and knowledge-sharing activity had all the significant effects on the organizational performance, and of the sub-variables of the information technology factors, the information technology-based structure presented statistically significant results which confirmed that the structure itself also had an influence on the organizational performance. However, the study learned that both the information technology maturity and the system structural excellence had nothing to do with the organizational performance.
Study of Online activities of NGOs and Donation Application

This paper proposes a simple, approachable game via mobile application in order to change the attitudes of the general public towards donation. This game can become one of many representative online activities of NGOs(Non Government Organization). Also, as it is a song game, the public can enjoy it rather than feeling pressure. This study is expected to energize the industry of donation applications and contribute to the settlement of a popular giving culture through NGOs, corporations, and SNS(Social Networking System).
Effects of Positive Affect and Negative Affect on the Life Satisfaction: The Role of Work Self-Efficacy and Work Meaningfulness

In this paper, we examined the effect of positive affect and negative affect on the life satisfaction in the workplace. Also, this study focused on an empirical test of the role of work self-efficacy and work meaningfulness in the subjective well-being of office worker. To achieve this purpose, we suggested a research model consisting of factors such as work self-efficacy, work meaningfulness, positive affect, negative affect, life satisfaction. Data was collected using the survey method, and analyzed using structural equation model. According to PLS analysis, first, lower negative affect was associated with higher life satisfaction. Secondly, work meaningfulness was a very important predictor for the subjective well-being of office worker.
A Study on Drug Traceability in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain

Pharmaceutical companies over the world are exposed to risks of lessened sales and negative impact on corporate image due to circulation of counterfeit drugs, which eventually threatens safety of patients. thus, in order to eradicate distribution of counterfeit drugs, many countries are taking initiatives to legalize and set serialization through e-Pedigree, which is based on RFID technology or barcode system to track and trace distribution of drugs from point of manufacturing to usage. therefore, this study contemplates domestic and international management system of medical drugs and suggests application methods of e-Pedigree based on RFID technology that promotes safety of patients and distribution of drugs.
The Influence of Stress of Children on Game Addiction -Focused on Moderating Effect of Family Support-

The aim of this study is to identify whether the stress of children has an impact on their game addiction and to verify the moderating effect of family support. The survey was conducted to the children who were 5th and 6th graders in Gwangju and Jeonnam. The responses from 564 subjects contacted subjects were analyzed. In accordance with the verification on the impact game addiction, Children's stress has a impact on their game addiction. In other words, higer stress was related to higer game addiction. The impact family support on their game addiction was analyzed. In accordance with the results, the family support had positive impact on their game addiction. It suggested that higher family support meant lower game addiction. The moderated effect of family support was analyzed. The family support had the control effect to reduce the negative effect of stress of children in to their game addiction. Implication of the study findings is discussed.
Structural Relation Model on Customer Satisfaction of Biggest Discount Retailers

In this paper, it should be established what influence to customer satisfaction by advertisement and promotion, store management and quality of products of large discount stores, and in order to present the structural relation model. In order to establish it empirically, this study proposed a structured alternative model by conducting a survey to customers live in metropolitan areas who use biggest discount store, through the SPSSWIN 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. This analysis shows a number of points, first, customers were aware of having meaningful impact on store management to products quality. Through broad and clean store represents confidence appears to have a products quality. Second, the store management were shown to have a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction. Cleanliness and atmosphere of store, convenience of parking facilities, and transportation convenience of their roles in customer satisfaction seem to believe. Third, advertising and promotion is shown to not affected meaningful impact on stores management, products quality and customer satisfaction.
Implementation and Analysis about Technology Knowledge Education Program for Pre-service Teacher based on the TPACK Model

This study aimed to design and apply the technological pedagogical and content knowledge(TPACK) model to pre-service education program, and to analyze its results for attending student's questionnaire. At first, a lecture that designed to elevate one's technological knowledge was studied and implemented. To perform this study, TPACK survey instruments were distributed to pre-service teacher group A who took the designed lecture and group B who took ordinary ICT literacy lecture. The results showed that TK, TCK, TPK, and TPACK improved significantly in group A, and significant positive corelation shows among 7 subcategories of TPACK. Based on the result of this study, we suggested that pre-service teacher education should consider the combination of pre-service education program and technology knowledge in TPACK model.
