Huffman Coding using Nibble Run Length Code

In this paper We propose the new lossless compression method which use Huffman Coding using the preprocessing to compress the still image. The proposed methode divide into two parts according to activity of the image. If activities are high, the original Huffman Coding method was used directly. IF activities are low, the nibble run-length coding and the bit dividing method was used. The experimental results show that compression rate of the proposed method was better than the general Huffman Coding method.
A Study on Operator Allocation and Binding by ILP

In this paper, we deals with operator allocation and binding in high-level synthesis. We proposed a new methode to allocation and bind for scheduled operations on each control step after scheduling. Especially, we take account ILP formulation in order to get optimal allocation and binding result. Experiment was done on the HAL DFG model of Differential Equation, to show it's effectiveness.
A Study on the Multimedia Communication and Distance Education for Information Society

In this paper, we propose some essential requirements for CBM(Computer Based Multimedia) based distance education. This is a class of multimedia distance education in which the multimedia technique is combined with the distance home education application that is real time collaborative application on cyber-space using the information super highway. Requirements in this paper is observed standard at ITU(International Telecommunication Union). international standardization organization for multimedia communication. And. a structure for integrated home information service on the information super highway is based on IEEE 1394 serial communication and POF(Plastic Optical Fiber) home backbone that is study for application service according to the multimedia based distance home study system.
Classification of Documents using Automatic Indexing

In this paper. we propose a new method for automatic classification of documents using the degree of similarity between words. First, we seek relevance terms using automatic indexing. Second, we found frequency in use words in documents and the degree of relevance between the words using probability model. Continuously, we extracted the set of words which is connected the relevance closely and created the profiles characterizing each classification And, with the profile we finally classified them. We experimented on classifying two groups of documents. Some documents were about Genetic Algorithm. The others were about Neural Network. The results of the experiments indicated that automatic classification with word accordance of degree enable us to manage the retrieved documents structurally.
Development of Delay Test Architecture for Counter

In this paper. we developed a delay test architecture and test procedure for clocked 5-bit asynchronous counter circuit based on boundary scan architecture. To develope, we analyze the problems of conventional method on delay test for clocked sequential circuit in boundary scan architecture. This paper discusses several problems of delay test on boundary scan architecture for clocked sequential circuit. Conventional test method has some problems of improper capture timing, of same pattern insertion, of increase of test time. We suggest a delay test architecture and test procedure, is based on a clock count-generation technique to generate continuous clocks for clocked input of CUT. The simulation results or 5-bit counter shows the accurate operation and effectiveness of the proposed delay test architecture and procedure.
A Study on The Optimal Navigation Route Decision using

One of the tasks of maritime navigation is to decide upon the optimal navigation route that minimizes a vessals travel time and fuel consumption. Recently. ECDIS(Electronic Chart Display Information System) is used to decide the optimal navigation route and have expert knowledge of maritime navigation. In this paper, the system use
algorithm for optimal navigation route on ECDIS. But some problems is discovered in this situation. it requires many memory device and searching time. So this paper has tried to develope a advanced algorithm system that decides the optimal navigation route.
A Study on Automatic Classification System of Red Blood Cell for Pathological Diagnosis in Blood Digitial Image

In medical field, the computer has been used in the automatic processing of data derived in hospital. the automation of diagonal devices, and processing of medical digital images. In this paper, we classify red blood cell into 16 class including normal cell to the automation of blood analysis to diagnose disease. First, using UNL Fourier and invariant moment algorithm, we extract features of red blood cell from blood cell image and then construct multi-layer backpropagation neural network to recognize. We proof that the system can give support to blood analyzer through blood sample analysis of 10 patients.
A Study on Structuring the Hybrid Production System of MRP, JIT and OPT

The MRP, OPT and JIT systems have the respective limitations to become the suitable production management systems of the future. Therefore it is highly requested to develop an integrated production management system by the hybridization of those production systems. Accordingly, this study has focused its hybrid model using MRP, JIT and OPT. There has been many efforts in comparing and analyzing the usefulness and the limitations of those production systems and applying the usefulness to the maximum which improving and supplementing the weakpoints of respective systems. In this respect, this study develop the hybrid simulation model, and this hybrid model are evaluated and compared with MRP(Push system) and JIT(Pull system) by using a simulation.
A New Type of the Elmaln Neural Network

The neural network is a static network that consists of a number of layer: input layer, output layer and one or more hidden layer connected in a feed forward way. The popularity of neural network appear to be its ability of learning and approximation capability. The Elman Neural Network proposed the J. Elman, is a type of recurrent network. Is has the feedback links from hidden layer to context layer. So Elman Neural Network is the better performance than the neural network. In this paper. we propose the Modified Elman Neural Network. The structure of a MENN is based on the basic ENN. The recurrency of the network is due to the feedback links from the output layer and the hidden layer to the context layer. In order to certify the usefulness of the proposed method, the MENN apply to the X-Y cartesian tracking system. Simulation shows that the proposed MENN method is better performance than the multi layer neural network and ENN.
Bayesian Reliability Estimation for the Multi-Processor Systems with Multiport Memory Interconnection Networks Structure

In this paper, we propose a Baysian method estimating system reliability which is more effective and precise than conventional methods using prior information. This technique estimates system reliabilities that an entire system and multiprocessing system is normally working in multiprocessor system and multiple port connected memory architecture. The reason is why internetwork with multiprocessor system is mainly connected as multiple bus structure, crossbar switching structure and multiport connected memory structure.
On the Application FH/SS Using Double Indirect Frequency Synthesizer

For FH/SS communication, We discussed the method of indirect frequency synthesizer in several methods. The problem of sing1e frequency synthesizer using with PLL is a varied coefficient value of damping factor in frequency hopping time, which is caused unstable frequency. So. for stable frequency synthesizer, a coefficient of damping factor must be optimized and synthesized to be removed excessive response time. In this paper, we studied FH using with double loop frequency synthesizer which takes stable frequency. We made up a simulator and had a good performance(real time speed).
A Study on Office Automation for Management of School Record Work with HancomOffice 97

The first line school system is complexed. In result school affairs is subdividing and complicating more and more. It increased school affairs of teachers and they spend more soluting of their work than studying of teaching materials . The performance evaluation was introduced into the management of school record work as a part of educational reform. This is the evaluation of a studying course and a heavy burden of teachers was aggravated. So they have to depend on computer. In this study. I want to present the efficient method of management of school record work by using Hnagul 97 and Hangul approach 97. That will be able to make out a record easily. It is possible to design a individual pattern and to alter it.
A Study on the Formation of Leader-Member's Interpersonal Trust Relationship and Member's Task Behavior

Interpersonal trust is the mutual "faithfulness" on which all social relationship ultimately depend and applicable to the relations among people rather than to their psychological states taken individually. Recent development in the organizational sciences reflect the importance of interpersonal trust relationships for sustaining individual and organizational effectiveness, researchers have recongnized trust's influence on coordination and control at both institutional and interpersonal levels of organization. Because economic action is embeded within networks of social relationships. researchers have argued that efficiency within complex systems of coordinated action is only possible when interdependent actors work together effectively. Thus, for managers and professionals in organizations, developing and maintaining trust relationship is especially import. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the mechanism of interpersonal trust in the organization. A Study on Information Strategy for Korean Distribution Industry

The Korean distribution market is now faced with various difficult problems. for instance, the withering of domestic demand by effect of IMF support system, the competitive foreign enterprise's entry into domestic distribution market by opening of its market, and the diversity and unexpected change of consumers' needs. Through the comparative study with Japanese distribution industry, we could find out the outline of information strategy that Korean wholesalers and retailers can solve such problems and stand at competitive advantage in Korean distribution market. We use information system in order to get data for consumers' needs quick and diversely. analyze those accurately, and put those into merchandising. So we have to work out the information strategy in line with the three-point principle, such as the integration or linking of information systems, the sustaining improvement and development of information systems, and the sharing of information.
A Study on EDI & It's Promotion Strategy by the Exporting Firm

The development of EDI is playing a very great role in strengthening corporate competitiveness in the foreign market in addition to the expansion of the size of trade volumes between nations and the solution of the problem or streamlining procedures for trade as well as the smooth processing of trade business and cost and time savings effects. At point in time that corporate credibility and national image in Korea have greatly fallen in the IMF-supported regime, Korea is making every effort to restore its national credibility through the expansion of exports and focusing on the increase of exports through EDI for trade as part of this. Therefore. this study was intended to probe the EDI promotion strategy of the exporting firm with the development of EDI As a result, the following conslusion was drawn : (1) Development of the EDI system to provide immediate options. (2) Making the staff information - minded at a company-wide level. (3) Development of the website as the tool of the marketing strategy. (4) Construction of the Cyber Shopping Mall.
