Multimedia data processing using object-orient theory

According as the Internet has expanded. technology of multimedia has developed, information has been expressed and provided in many ways, and users have been faced with various forms of data. However, data process probable has many problems from the developer's point of view. The Problem of compatibility caused by the different data structure in the media and multimedia such as sound, image, video and so forth. Even if they have the same structure requires the more task to the developers, makes developer work more. The object oriented theory has recently come to the fore as the effectual solution to this problem. This paper provides how to Proceed multimedia data more effectively by using inheritance and polymorphism, which come from the main concept of object oriented theory, and shows the example of then applied to the development of a game program.
Class testing of Object-oriented program

I propose implementation-based class testing technique based on the test adequacy criterion of an object-oriented program. Considering inter-data member dependences and a set of axioms for test data adequacy, it generates sequences of methods as test cases which satisfy a flow graph-based testing criterion. For a derived class testing. it considers inheritance relationship and the resuability of the testing information for its parent classes which verified the reduction of test cost through the experiment.
ICPIS Construction using KP Agent

In the position of the users, it suggests the technology information space as a now paradigm, which supplement the function of science information DB. ICPIS which inputs described papers with keywords, offers the itemized summary of these contents, the visual indication and comparison of similar thesis. and it also supplises the abundant summary information, survey information, more than ten volumes of info communication thesis with starting the casual relation extraction for the users, playing a significant role in ICPIS is called KP, and it is package of domain knowledge that unifies the extraction and structure narration of the technology information. ICPIS extracts the technology information among the thesis that are deserved by the natual language treatment in the itemized KP described , and form the prescribed summary structure in KP.
Adaptive Feature Selef-selection and Multiple SOFM Neural network for Content-based image Retrieval System

The purpose of this paper is to propose a method to maximize a content-based image retrieval efficiency in multiple images. To perform an image retrieval job efficiently, it is necessary to minimize the number of candidate-images. Furthermore, a miximum efficiency of image retrieval could not be expected if an image retrieval job in the multiple images is done on the basis of patterns of single image distinctive features. In this method, a multiple SOFM neural network system is adopted to select automatically distinctive feature patterns which have a maximum efficiency of image retrieval in the multiple images. In this method. an image retrieval efficiency is improved 3% than individual features and the number of candidate-images is reduced by the multiple SOFM neural network system.
Performance Analysis of Optimal Neural Network structural BPN based on character value of Hidden node

The hidden node plays a role of the functional units that classifies the features of input pattern in the given question. Therefore, a neural network that consists of the number of a suitable optimum hidden node has be on the rise as a factor that has an important effect upon a result. However there is a problem that decides the number of hidden nodes based on back-propagation learning algorithm. If the number of hidden nodes is designated very small perfect learning is not done because the input pattern given cannot be classified enough. On the other hand, if designated a lot, overfitting occurs due to the unnecessary execution of operation and extravagance of memory point. So, the recognition rate is been law and the generality is fallen. Therefore, this paper suggests a method that decides the number of neural network node with feature information consisted of the parameter of learning algorithm. It excludes a node in the Pruning target, that has a maximum value among the feature value obtained and compares the average of the rest of hidden node feature value with the feature value of each hidden node, and then would like to improve the learning speed of neural network deciding the optimum structure of the multi-layer neural network as pruning the hidden node that has the feature value smaller than the average.
A Study on the Modeling for Component Integration in the Java Bean-based System

Object technologies like the OMG's CORBA are enabling technologies the aim to facilitate integration implementation of diverse software components in distributed. heterogeneous environment. CORBA and similar object integration technologies define a standard component interconnection and inter-operation model , promote object-oriented principles to encapsulate incompatible component implementations. In this Paper. we present a connector model for software architectural representation of complex component collaborations. Our Connector model is base on research in software achitecture and object-oriented modeling. and part of a design framework for modeling component-based system. We believe the connector concepts to be vary benificial for a clear expression of dependencies between multiple component in Java Bean-based system.

The agent technology has been studied to address these issues and led to the creation of an adaptive, Proactive. personalized search tools. This study looks into the mechanism of collaborative filtering of information and suggests a decentralized collaborating agents model for information discovery.
Design of User Interface Agent user Case-Based Reasoning on Internet Search Engine

This study aims to design the structure of User Interface Agent System through finding out the user's intention on internet search engine. When building an agent system by using the intelligent method. we can Introduce the RBR system that is generally accepted as an efficient means of solving the problems in Interface Agent System. The RBR system turned out to be a success due to the modularity, uniformity naturalness and the like, but it also has various problems such as bottle-neck in knowledge acquisition, memory absence and limited application. To get rid of such problems, the CBR cycle was introduced in this study.
A Implementation of the Feature-based Hierarchical Image Retrieval System

As a result of remarkable developments in computer technology, the image retrieval system that can efficiently retrieve image data becomes a core technology of information-oriented society. In this paper, we implemented the Hierarchical Image Retrieval System for content-based image data retrieval. At the first level, to get color information, with improving the indexing method using color distribution characteristic suggested by Striker et al., i.e. the indexing method considering local color distribution characteristics, the system roughly classifies images through the improved method. At the second level, the system finally retrieves the most similar image from the image queried by the user using the shape information about the image groups classified at the first level. To extract the shape information, we use the Improved Moment Invariants(IMI) that manipulates only the pixels on the edges of objects in order to overcome two main problems of the existing Moment Invariant methods large amount of processing and rotation sensitiveness which can frequently be seen in the Directive Histogram Intersection technique suggested by Jain et al. Experiments have been conducted on 300 automobile images And we could obtain the more improved results through the comparative test with other methods.
A Study on Construction of Multimedia Information System of Port Equipments Management

Design and Implementation of a Telemedicine System based on Distributed Multimedia

Speaker Adaptation Using Linear Transformation Network in Speech Recognition

This paper describes an speaker-adaptive speech recognition system which make a reliable recognition of speech signal for new speakers. In the Proposed method, an speech spectrum of new speaker is adapted to the reference speech spectrum by using Parameters of a 1st linear transformation network at the front of phoneme classification neural network. And the recognition system is based on semicontinuous HMM(hidden markov model) which use the multilayer perceptron as a fuzzy vector quantizer. The experiments on the isolated word recognition are performed to show the recognition rate of the recognition system. In the case of speaker adaptation recognition, the recognition rate show significant improvement for the unadapted recognition system.
A Study of ABR Traffic Control in ATM Networks by Integrating EFCI and ER Modes

One of the main features of ABR service is the employment of a rate-based flow control mechanism, and congestion control plays an important role in the effective and stable operation of ATM networks Feedback from the network switches to the end system gives users the information necessary to adjust transmission rates appropriately according to the current networks load. Congestion controls by feedback mechanism are classified as EFCI and ER mode. We analyze the performance of EFCI and ER and propose a new ABR traffic control strategy by integrating EFCI and ER modes to improve the traditional traffic control. Through the distributed simulation. the performance improved by the proposed control strategy is analyzed.
A Study on the real-time Position-searching System using the Amplitude Approach Method

In this Paper in order to break with real-time position of signal source which have first dimension motion, the N antenna is arrayed with half-circle, the incident angle of signal source from receiving power pattern to receive at receive antenna is estimated and measured, and the system that measure horizontal moving distance of signal source is designed. Signal source is constructed by 10-20dBm transmitter power which frequency is 10.52GHz of X band, and on horizontally moving the position of signal source. validity of new method is confirmed.
Design and Implementation of Low Noise Amplifier for GPS Reciver

This papers describes two low-noise amplifiers that use the Hewlett-Packard ATF-10236 low noise GaAs FET device, The actual measured performance of the amplifiers compares favorably to that predicted by the computer simulation(ADS) the noise figure of the 1575MHz amplifier was measured at 1.78dB which is lower that 2dB as specified. Measurement gam measured 33.0075dB which is within 35dB
0.5㏈ of the GPS specification. Network Analyzer(HP8510) is used to measure all the s-parameters and Noise Figure meter(HP8970B) is used to measure noise figure. As the result of experiment, gain, input VSWR, output VSWR is within the GPS specification sufficiently.
A Design of CDMA Demodulator Using Fuzzy Algorithm

The fuzzy-based SAM algorithm is proposed in this thesis to reduce the idle time. to recover call truncation fast when it is handed off and to last frequency acquisition in the mobile communications. It has additive and adaptive elements. Its weight values are generated not by feedback but by input conversion values. The initial expectation value is defined and forwardㆍbackward searching is executed 4o produce the expectation value of one chip. The fuzzy-based SAM algorithm is applied to the demodulator in CDMA system, and the synchronization time is measured. Synchronization time of PN code is 1.678
by SAM algorithm. It is 993 times faster than time of the conventional systems, 1.667

A Study on Effective Ways for Improving English Listening Ability
