Design and Implementation of the Feature Information Parsing System for Video Image

Due to the fast development in computer application technologies, a video is now being more widely used than ever in many areas. The current information analyzing systems are basically built to process text-based data. Thus, it has little bits Problems when it needs to correctly represent the ambiguity of a video, when it has to process a large amount of comments. or when it lacks the objectivity that the jobs require. We would like to purpose the method that is capable of analyze a large amount of video efficiently. To extract the color, we translate the color from RGB to HSI and use the information that matches with the representative colors. To extract the shape information, we use improved moment invariants(IMI) so that we can solve many problems of histogram intersection.
Making multimedia contents of a cyber sermon hall

The endeavors to construct the virtual reality in internet and in image-embodiment media are increasing in these days. Such a endeavor is much affecting not only in research and in education but also in actual life. In present work. the cyber sermon hall, in view of the fact that our traditional cultures are preserved and informed, is developed and constructed using the 3-D animations, 3-D images, and virtual reality software.
An efficient Component Retrieval Scheme for multiple facet values and multiple facets

Effective component retrieval is very essential for component based software development. Facet scheme is one of typical component retrieval methods and is being widely researched. In this paper, an efficient algorithm which supports a query with logical operator NOT for more than one facet values is presented. With this new algorithm the complexity to calculate a weighted synaptic connectivity matrix is enhanced. Also a new scheme is presented to support a query with logical operators for multiple facets.
The Design and Implementation of GIS Data Processing using 3-Tiers Architecture for selecting Route

The design of data processing of GIS requires efficient method with analysis procedure. This system is easy to be used and managed for presenting route according to conditions as a graphic user interface environmental window system by applying three tiers based object-oriented method. The tier of data is in charge of a class for the exchange, extraction and conservation of data between GeoMedia and application tiers. A route selection algorithm was applied to application tiers, considering all conditions which are necessary for the route selection between a beginning point and an end point, and it was added by module such as data handing, road condition, buffering, clothoid and AHP to select the alternative route followed by new condition. The user tier can express the data acquired by an application tier. Thus three tiers based architecture was presented by implementing design of GIB data processing for its efficiency.
A Study About Image Processing Algorithm Development For Textile Inspection

This study is for developing an algorithm to detect defects of manufactured textile fiber. We used CCD Video Input Equipments in order to capture fiber textile images. Though most of the fiber manufacturing procedures consist of automatic systems, present textile detecting systems are depending on manual inspection system. However this method is not very economical. Therefore we can expect high production rate in the fiber manufacturing area if we could develop and utilize an image processing algorithm to inspect defects of textile fiber. The study was aimed at and achieved development of an detecting algorithm using image processing methods and related mechanical system which enable to detect missing of threads, mixing of unnecessary materials, polluted areas, scars, and colour differences in the textile. Through this study we could devise a manless system for detection of fiber textile and Provide possibilities which apply the image Processing techniques to the other manufacturing inspection systems.
A Study on Ultrasonic Transducer displacement generator by Frequency Phase modulation

This study was carried out develope a ultrasonic transducer displacement generator through 26KHz and 38KHz of the frequency phase modulation on the ultrasonic transducer. This system was producted a power output generation such as 100W, 300W, 400W and 600W. Ultrasonic power output had a change of time. We made use of a Thiram hydration and detected it measurement by the ACAO method. It was to decide the result of ultrasonic power supply for time duration and the result of comparison in the 26KHz & 38KHz by UV/VIS spectrophotometer.
Design and Implementation of a Genetic Algorithm for Optimal Placement

Placement is an important step in the physical design of VLSI circuits. It is the problem of placing a set of circuit modules on a chip to optimize the circuit performance. The most popular algorithms for placement include the cluster growth, simulated annealing and integer linear programming. In this paper we propose a genetic algorithm searching solution space for the placement problem, and then compare it with simulated annealing by analyzing the results of each implementation.
A Study on Korean and English Speaker Recognitions using the Fuzzy Theory

This paper proposes speaker recognition algorithm which includes both the pitch parameter and the fuzzy. This study proposes a pitch detection method for the peak and valley pitch detection function by means of comparing spectra which utilizes the transform characteristics between time and frequency. It measures the similarity to the original spectrum while arbitrarily varying the period in the time domain. It heavily weights the error due to the changing characteristics of the phonemes, while it is strong against noise. In this paper, makes reference pattern using membership function and performs vocal track recognition of common character using fuzzy pattern matching in odor to include time variation width for non-linear utterance time.
A study on the Design of a High pass filter using single FTFN

In this study, new serial and parallel resistor and capacitor-frequency-dependent negative resistance configurations are implemented that use one plus type four-terminal floating nullor(FTFN) and three passive components. The values of simulated elements can be orthogonally adjusted without any matching condition. High pass filter designed with this FTFN and AD844. Computer simulation was performed using the AD844 macro model by HSPICE. Simulated results agree well with theoretical values.
A Risk Analysis Model for Information System Security

Existing as a reverse function in the information age, the security threats against the information system is increasing day by day and a systematic security management to this is being considered more and more important. The most important thing on security management is a risk analysis to understand the cause of the threat and to set up a countermeasure. Therefore, to increase security the proposed model will advise on the set up of the security policy and for a set up of an economic security countermeasure we have increased the reliability on the risk calculation stage. Especially, on the countermeasure stage we have requested a security level on the asset in order to examine the mutual reliance between assets, and differing from the standard model, we have improved the proposed model so that the materializing of the proposed countermeasure has been made to identify the restricted items for each asset and in order to not materialize superficial countermeasures and to make sure to materialize an economic countermeasure.

The rapid growth of information industry fields has been changing according to the times due to the transformation of an industrial structure and a new paradigm. The majority of contents which are handled off-line are somehow aimed to be on-line, and many companies pursue to maintain research and investment according to the changes that are mentioned above. In this study, the DM service system which was controlled off-line demonstrates to make handling data easier and more effective using an on-line system which can be more advantageous than an off-line one.

And then analyze existent systems and drew consideration items at system design. This paper applied to PBNM technology in order to improve security network management.
A Performance Analysis and Evaluation of Congestion Avoidance Algorithm for ABR service over ATM Networks

A general goal of the AT%(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) network is to support connect across various network. On ATM networks, ABR services are provided using the remained ban after allocation CBR and VBR traffic. Realtime services such as transmitting audio or video data may be provided using CBR ado VBR which have a constrained transmission delay, but in these cases, the communications bandwidth may be wasted. In this paper a simulation has been performed to compare and evaluate the performance between the ERICA(Explicit Rate Indicate Avoidance) and EPRCA(Enhanced Proportional Rate Control Algorithm) switches which use Explicit Rate switch algorithm for ABR switch. The variation of the ACR at the source end system, the queue length, the utilization rate of the link bandwidth and the share fairness at the transient and steady states are used as the evaluation criteria for the simulation. As a result of simulation, ERICA algorithm switch was ten times long compared to ERPCA switch to achieve assigned fair share. so EPRCA switch is superior to ERICA about load response. For Fair share and stability, ERICA switch is excellent to EPRCA switch.
Automatic Retrieval Of Frequently-Used Web Information

One of the most important Purposes of using Internet is to got new informations rapidly. For instance, we want to got information on some web sites regularly, the web sites should be manually accessed several times a day. It is not efficient because a lot of time and effort are necessary. Thus, this thesis proposes a system which automatically gets information on the designated sites on the Internet and keeps the information in the server and provides it to anybody who needs it. The system was implemented by means of JSP to collect web informations and provide it efficiently.
A Study on HLR technology in the IMT-2000

Users location management and handoff management is constructed more effective for giving satisfaction to QoS of multimedia service in Mobility network. For this, We have the HLR of IMT-2000, difference of the HLR of PCS, and connectivity Artificial Intelligent network and to provide data service of packet that is analyze to effect on the HLR. We have a study on effective for satisfaction of QoS, that is the VHE of full concepts for provide of service in the IMT-2000, packet data service for internet connectivity, for satisfaction of QoS on basis mobility network technologies of the 2nd generation.
A study on high efficiency and low poorer Voltage Controlled Oscillator for International Mobile Telecommunication

This thesis analysed the characteristics of the performance degradation due to the bias resistance on the existing Colpitts VCO and Proposed the new structure of bias which removed the effect of bias resister to degrade the performance of oscillator. Also, we designed and implemented the high efficiency and low power VCO for International Mobile Telecommunication by using this technique.
The real-time Traffic Monitoring System Design for the in-service of ATM Network

This paper discussed to design system to overcome time, place and service limitation in the case of extracting traffic on active service in the ATM network. There are several specification in this system : for a remote control function, a real-time traffic extraction from ATM link on service without affect in-service, and an O&M(Operating and Maintenance) cost down effect. This paper include the requirement, module structure, operating characteristics and command for the developing function. This product installed at the KT's telephone office. And we have tested the stability, reliability and functionality. As the result, it was verified that this system commercially is abel to use without especial problem. Hereafter, we are improving module structure for the cost down.
A Study on BSW Algorithm for WRR Implementation

The Weighted Round Robin(na) discipline which is a sort of scheduling algorithm is quite simple and straightforward for handling multiple queues, and by Putting a different weight on each queue. In this paper, we propose new BSW structure, which can execute the WRR scheduling algorithm efficiently. Also, we develop a cell scheduling algorithm which is adapt in the new BSW structure. The Proposed BSW structure and the algorithm is capable of maintaining an allocated VC's weight correctly and decrease of average cell delay and maximum buffer length by serving other VC cell when empty in each VC queue. The proposed algorithm is a structure suitable for na implementation.
A Study on the PN code Acquisition for DS/CDMA System over Phas-Error

In this paper, the performance on the PN code acquisition of DS/CDMA system was analyzed using the Nakagami-m probability density function considered fading environment. The equations on detection probability,
and false alarm probability,
, decision variables affecting the PN code acquisition time were derived and proved using simulation in order to analyze the performance. In conclusion, It was necessary increasing the gain of PLL for correcting phase errors and improving the acquisition performance of PN code in apply to the rake receiver.
A Study on Performance Improvement of Mobile Rake Finger System for the IMT-2000

In this paper, we proposed the new structure of the Rake Finger using Walsh Switch, the shared accumulator and the pipeline FWHT algorithm for reducing the signal processing complexity resulting from the increase of the number of data correlators. The number of computational operation in the proposed data correlators is 160 additions when the number of walsh code channels is 4. As a result, it is reduced about 3.2 times other than the number of computational operation of the conventional ones. Also, the result shows that the data processing time of the proposed Rake Finger architecture is 90,496〔ns〕 and the conventional ones is 110,696〔ns〕. It is 18.3% faster than the data processing time of the conventional Rake Finger architecture.
Shaping Scheme Using UPC with LB and TJW in ATM Networks

Congestion may take place in the ATM network because of high-speed cell transmission features, and cell delay and loss also can be caused by unexpected traffic variation. Thus, traffic control mechanisms are needed. One of them to decrease congestion is the Cell shaping. This paper proposes a hybrid type cell shaper composed of a Leaky Bucket with token pool, Tn with time window, and a spacing control buffer. The simulator BONeS with the ON/OFF traffic source model evaluates the performance of the proposed cell shaping method. Simulation results show that the cell shaping concerning the respective source traffics is adapted to and then controlled on the mean bit rate.
A Study on the Usage Patterns of Electronic Commerce Web System

Todays, electronic commerce(EC) results to the revolution and new paradigm of business, more and more Web-based EC applications have emerged. But, it's web systems should be satisfied by customers and it should be successful to buying some goods in virtual stores with easy to use. The usability and acceptance of the EC web system is one of the key factors in the successful construction of EC system. In this paper, we considered the characteristics of information search and decision making process in the design of EC web system to be used easily and to be more acceptable to customers. On the basis of these characteristics, we could classified with the activities of the process of buying in the domestic web systems. And, the log files of experimental tasks were analyzed by the statistical method of data mining. As the these results, the important factors of the process of buying could be summarized, 5 user groups could be seen in EC customers, and the usage patterns of these groups were described. These results could be very useful to design user-oriented EC web system.
