In this paper we study non-simply connected Riemannian manifolds of constant positive curvature which have an orbit of codimension one under the action of a connected closed Lie subgroup of isometries. Abstract
In this paper cellular neutral networks with time-varying delays and continuously distributed delays are considered. Without assuming the global Lipschitz conditions of activation functions, some sufficient conditions for the existence and exponential stability of the almost periodic solutions are established by using the fixed point theorem and differential inequality techniques. The results of this paper are new and complement previously known results.

Abstract
A sequential optimality condition characterizing the efficient solution without any constraint qualification for an abstract convex vector optimization problem is given in sequential forms using subdifferentials and
-subdifferentials. Another sequential condition involving only the subdifferentials, but at nearby points to the efficient solution for constraints, is also derived. Moreover, we present a proposition with a sufficient condition for an efficient solution to be properly efficient, which are a generalization of the well-known Isermann result for a linear vector optimization problem. An example is given to illustrate the significance of our main results. Also, we give an example showing that the proper efficiency may not imply certain closeness assumption.

We consider the nonrelativistic limit in the self-dual Abelian Chern-Simons model, and give a rigorous proof of the limit for the radial solutions to the self-dual equations with the nontopological boundary condition when there is only one-vortex point. By keeping the shooting constant of radial solutions to be fixed, we establish the convergence of radial solutions in the nonrelativistic limit.
