Abstract
In this paper, we consider characters of
and then apply them to newforms of integral weight, level 4 and of trivial character. More precisely, we prove that all of them are actually level 1 forms of some nontrivial character. As a byproduct, we prove that they all are eigenfunctions of the Fricke involution with eigenvalue -1.

Abstract
Considered here is the first initial boundary value problem for the two-dimensional g-Navier-Stokes equations in bounded domains. We first study the long-time behavior of strong solutions to the problem in term of the existence of a global attractor and global stability of a unique stationary solution. Then we study the long-time finite dimensional approximation of the strong solutions.

TWO GENERAL HYPERGEOMETRIC TRANSFORMATION FORMULAS

Abstract
A large number of summation and transformation formulas involving (generalized) hypergeometric functions have been developed by many authors. Here we aim at establishing two (presumably) new general hypergeometric transformations. The results are derived by manipulating the involved series in an elementary way with the aid of certain hypergeometric summation theorems obtained earlier by Rakha and Rathie. Relevant connections of certain special cases of our main results with several known identities are also pointed out.

Abstract
A set with an operation defined on a family of subsets is studied. The operation is used to generalize the topological space itself. The operation defines the operation-open subsets in the set. Relations are studied among two types of the interiors and the closures of subsets. Some properties of maximal operation-open sets are obtained. Semi-open sets and pre-open sets are defined in the sets with operations and some relations among them are proved.
