The BBS of Web Site is a space of informational communication to share information. At the moment, countless information is shared through various kinds of BBS. The shared information through the Web BBS can be gains to someone and losses to the other. Thus, for a long time, there have been many researches about technologies, which monitor information uploaded to Web BBS in real-time and inform the results to subjects. For BBS monitoring, existing methods have utilized direct approaches to DB or open API. Also, e-mail addresses have been utilized to inform results to subjects. However, there are two main problems for these methods. The one is a problem on closed BBS, which cannot be accessed, and the other is impossibility of supporting real-time alarm to e-mail. Especially, the real-time support for services, such as monitoring, is extremely important, since the main purpose of monitoring is based on the counter action for the result. The mobile Web has a merit to be accessed in anywhere, so that it is quite suitable for services requiring real-time support. However, the real-time support of mobile device has not been utilized enough, because each mobile phone has different standards of contents so that the contents should be pre-created. This paper suggests a technology that overcomes pitfalls of mobile Web while it is out of standard, and shows how the effect can be maximized through services such as monitoring, which requires the real-time support.
A Study on Improving Fun Factor of Psychotherapy Game

Game is an excellent media to easily access and immerse for most people. According to these characteristics, many games which are combined game's fun with original educational purpose have been developing in various fields. In case of developing the game, game designer should balance game's fun and educational purpose in each filed. In this paper, we analyze psychotherapy games to improve accessibility of treatment and continuance of treatment sessions in face-to-face treatment by particularly fun factors in commercial games. And, then we present methods to increase fun of psychotherapy game. This paper can help psychotherapy game developers to increase game experience.
A Method of Frequent Structure Detection Based on Active Sliding Window

In ubiquitous computing environment, rising large scale data exchange through sensor network with sharply growing the internet, the processing of the continuous stream data is required. Therefore there are some mining researches related to the extracting of frequent structures and the efficient query processing of XML stream data. In this paper, we propose a mining method to extract frequent structures of XML stream data in recent window based on the active window sliding using trigger rule. The proposed method is a basic research to control the stream data flow for data mining and continuous query by trigger rules.
Development of Spatial Object Converter for a Map Services in Mobile Environment

Since the national standard topographic map is made by DXF format which is the results of the National Geographic Information System project and lots of CAD data and scanners can be used to acquire the data easily, the imports of existing DXF file will decrease the costs and time for data acquisition process. In addition, the spatial data such as topographic map should be able to convert to the middle file format such as PostScript in order to be exported into other systems. For this purpose, I design and implement three units of modules, which are File Manipulation Module, MVF Import Module, and MVF Export Module. Finally, I verify the actual transformation of topographic map that are DXF file format by conducting the series of tests.
A Study of FPGA Algorithm for consider the Power Consumption

In this paper, we proposed FPGA algorithm for consider the power consumption. Proposed algorithm generated a feasible cluster by circuit partition considering the CLB condition within FPGA. Separated the feasible cluster reduced power consumption using glitch removal method. Glitch removal appled delay buffer insertion method by signal process within the feasible cluster. Also, removal glitch between the feasible clusters by signal process for circuit. The experiments results show reduction in the power consumption by 7.14% comparing with that of .
Change Detection and Management Scheme of OWL Documents

For accurate search on information resources, it is needed to manage gradual changes in ontology efficiently. Recently, because ontology is often written using OWL, techniques that can manage changes in OWL documents are required. To meet these needs, in this paper, we classify changeable elements to detect changes in OWL ontology and propose a storage schema that can manage the changes according to the characteristics of each element. And we suggest the possibility of improving performance of query processing using views that provide information about classes or properties in each ontology version. The proposed storage schema stores changes in metadata associated with each ontology version. In addition, it can manage metadata that must be added or deleted through reasoning when ontology changes. So, the proposed storage schema can support queries about history of changes in ontology and provide accurate and valid metadata that is suitable for user-selected ontology version.
A Case of the Mobile Application System Development using Location Based Service

While lots of new mobile applications are being developed, applications that provide positional information by using LBS (Location Based Service) have become popular. For instance, smart phones are able to find my location and a destination easily by using GPS, which installed in the instrument, and run the program. However, these existing positional information applications can find the location of only one user at a time. These programs are not able to find out accurate directions from current location to the destination. This paper suggests a case of system development which solved some of the problems in the implementation of existing applications using LBS. The suggested system to solve these issues, having multiple users to share positional information and showing directions, run by AR (Argument Reality). In daily use, this application would be very efficient for location people in the vicinity.
A Digital TV Data Service Design Guideline considering Viewer's Modality

As a digital TV has outstanding features of being the most influential device in the living room and having the wide spectrum of users, several internet services has been ported on the digital TV platform (in the form of data services) in order to enhance their brand powers. Most of the services, however, failed to get a satisfactory results as the data services are defeated by the broadcasting contents in the competition for the viewer's interests. In the paper, the design guidelines that make data services not to compete with the broadcasting contents are proposed and a prototype of a data service that accommodates the guidelines is introduced.
Development and Application of a WOE-based Smart Learning System for Improving Written Problem Ability of Students with Learning Disabilities

Students with learning disabilities need special education programs. In the traditional class, those students may not be satisfied with their studies. Thus, it is important to provide individualized class for those students. Classes using smart devices may give one of the solutions for individualized class. Unlike the typical mathematical problems, written problems require students to use various cognitive strategies, mathematical reasoning, inference ability, and so on. In this sense, written problems are good tools to develop the logical minds for students with learning disabilities. In this paper, a WOE-based smart learning system is proposed to help those students develop learning abilities. The proposed system has the following characteristics. First, students can learn naturally problem-solving abilities by following the work-out examples given from experts. Second, the proposed system can invoke motivation and interests of students using attractive icons and guidance rules provided with smart phone. Third, the proposed system can provide self-directed study for those students. The proposed system is applied for some students with learning disabilities. The following results are obtained. First, the individualized study can be possible since the system can provide continuous feedbacks and level-differentiated classes. Second, students can increase written problem solving abilities with natural understanding of study contents from smart phone. Finally, satisfaction, study motivation, and self-concept of students are increased through their successful experience during study processes.
An Offline FTL Algorithm to Verify the Endurance of Flash SSD

SSDs(Solid State Drives) have many attractive features such as high performance, low power consumption, shock resistance, and low weight, so they replace HDDs to a certain extent. An SSD has FTL(Flash Translation Layer) which emulate block storage devices like HDDs. A garbage collection, one of major functions of FTL, effects highly on the performance and the lifetime of SSDs. However, there is no de facto standard for new garbage collection algorithms. To solve this problem, we propose trace driven offline optimal algorithms for garbage collection of FTL. The proposed algorithm always guarantees minimal number of erase operation. In addition, we verify our proposed algorithm using TPC trace.
A Study on Curriculum Development of New Media Contents Industry

Even though it is expected the industry on new media contents will be grown constantly, corporate feels that the related specialists, human resources are so lack and it is real that the specialty level on related personnel, skilled works is low. In current situation, it is essential that the active supports will be given to new media contents industry with constant high quality human resource development as a winning point to success. Therefore the curriculum development must be reflected the current field situation in this industry for the human resource to meet the field corporate requirements. The DACUM method is used to develop the curriculum on this study in order to develop the college level human resources who have active adoptability to corporate in new media contents industry.
A Study on User Interface for Quiz Game Contents using Gesture Recognition

In this paper we introduce a quiz application program that digitizes the analogue quiz game. We digitize the quiz components such as quiz proceeding, participants recognition, problem presentation, volunteer recognition who raises his hand first, answer judgement, score addition, winner decision, etc, which are manually performed in the normal quiz game. For automation, we obtained the depth images from the kinect camera which comes into the spotlight recently, so that we located the quiz participants and recognized the user-friendly defined gestures. Analyzing the depth distribution, we detected and segmented the upper body parts and located the hands' areas. Also, we extracted hand features and designed the decision function that classified the hand pose into palm, fist or else, so that a participant can select the example that he wants among presented examples. The implemented quiz application program was tested in real time and showed very satisfactory gesture recognition results.
A Categorization Method based on RCBAC for Enhanced Contents and Social Networking Service for User

Recently, social network sites are very popular with the enhancement of mobile device function and distribution. This gives rise to the registrations of the people on the social network sites and the usage of services on the social sites is also getting active. However, social network sites' venders do not provide services enough compared to the demand of users' to share contents from diverse roots by users effectively. In addition, the personal information can be revealed improperly in processes sharing policies and it is obvious that it raises a privacy invasion problem when users access the contents created from diverse devices according to the relationship by policies. However, the existing methods for the integration management of social network are weak to solve this problem. Thus, we propose a model to preserve user privacy, categorize contents efficiently, and give the access control permissions at the same time. In this paper, we encrypt policies and the trusted third party classifies the encrypted policies when the social network sites share the generated contents by users. In addition, the proposed model uses the RCBAC model to manage the contents generated by various devices and measures the similarity between relationships after encrypting when the user policies are shared. So, this paper can contribute to preserve user policies and contents from malicious attackers.
Performance Evaluation focused on Burst of Smoothing Algorithms

The burst is to require abruptly high transmission rate in case of transmitting pre-stored variable bit rate video data, and it causes to be inefficient use of network resource, resource reservation. To avoid these problems, smoothing is transmission plan where variable rate video data is converted to a constant bit rate stream. These smoothing algorithms include CBA, MCBA, MVBA and others. To evaluate amount of burst reduction in the existing CBA, MCBA, MVBA algorithm, this paper compares the burst-related-factors of transmission plan in smoothing algorithms with original video sources which were stored Variable Bit Rate. There are maximum frame bytes, maximum GOP bytes, transmission rate variability per frame, transmission rate variability per GOP in burst-related evaluation factors. Experimental result shows burst-related factors of smoothing algorithms which were used for experiment lower than that of pre-stored video data, except special case.
Following media development, a Study about the convergence of comics and multimedia

In this study, it was witnessed that a variety of tests are implemented in a type of convergence of multimedia such as photos, sounds, and videos as well as letters and drawings, components of existing traditional comics as comics are digitalized and are converted to various devices. Therefore, we studied the concept of multimedia comics as a basis of this study by judging that new barometer to comics lies in convergence with such multimedia. After recognizing components of multimedia comics which are currently emerging, we categorized them into three types depending on how to use these elements. First, convergence type webtoon has a very similar format with existing vertical scrolling webtoon and has characteristics that background & effects sounds are added to emphasize the features of webtoon, or photos or videos are inserted in part, and there is no function to control these elements; Second, motion comic, a medium format between comic and animation has a characteristic that sound, video, paging are auto-played like watching animation but it keeps the format of comics within one frame; Third, interactive comic has a characteristic that effects sound, motion, and story are made by active participation of viewers. As a result of analyzing comics which having above multimedia characteristics, its implications are as followings: First, multimedia elements should be used depending on genre, age, and media; Second, high level of control technology considering the features of comic-viewers is needed. In other words, in continuously evolving media environments, comic contents being proper to targets and use purposes of viewers should be developed. For this, multimedia elements of comics should be used in order that comic-viewers can have active & interactive communication with contents.
An Efficient Key management for Wireless Sensor Network

Recently, the smart sensor technologies are rapidly developing in accordance with the technology of implementation in small-size, low-cost, and low power consumption. With these sensor technologies, especially with MEMS and NEMS, the researches on the WSN are actively performing. For the WSN, a network security function is essential even it requires high physical resource level. But the WSN with the smart sensor technologies could not be provided with enough resources for the function because of limited size, computing-power, low-power, and etc. In this paper, we introduce security and key-management protocols of WSN.
