The mVoIP service is the technology which focuses on the wireless data service as the IP network having the transmission rate of 100 Mbps classes on the high-speed middle of movement through the WiFi, WiBro and 3G mobile radio communication network, and etc. and is developed. Since 2010, the mVoIP (mobile VoIP) service shows the rapid growth due to 4G-LTE service seriously disclosed from July with the Smart phone and 2,011 it begins to be rapidly popularized. In this research, additionally the mVoIP service industry activation plan is presented with the trends of technology development including the chip-set/module/terminal, etc. based upon local and foreign market trend searchlight through the market demand analysis. The mVoIP service downloads App to the mobile apparatus and or can provide the service as the software through the WiFi network. Therefore, the change which is large in the products development aspect is to be have no. Expected to is being provided as the added service in the case of 4G-LTE as a matter of course, the service deployment where it is based on the market principle and demand needs is needed.

The evaluation procedure of friendly-environment Preliminary certification is traditionally done by hand. It takes much time and a lot of manpower. Sometimes it is subject to the evaluator's experience. The solution to these problems is to systematize the evaluation procedure. The system can provide an objective standard for evaluation. It can develop more reliable standard, prevent errors, and save time. Therefore, this research suggests the evaluation system using the architectural information based BIM. To do this, the current study examines the possibility of evaluation system of friendly-environment Preliminary certification.
Testable Design of RF-ICs using BIST Technique

In this paper, a new loopback BIST structure which is effective to test RF transceiver chip and LNA(Low Noise Amplifier) in the chip is presented. Because the presented BIST structure uses a baseband processor in the chip as a tester while the system is under testing mode, the developed test technique has an advantage of performing test application and test evaluation in effectiveness. The presented BIST structure can change high frequency test output signals to a low frequency signals which can make the CUT(circuits under test) tested easily. By using this technique, the necessity of RF test equipment can be mostly reduced. The test time and test cost of RF circuits can be cut down by using proposed BIST structure, and finally the total chip manufacturing costs can be reduced.
A Research on Addictive Use of Smartphone by University Students

The purpose of this study is to explore the fundamental nature and meanings of the experiences of university students with regard to their smartphone usage in order to prevent smartphone addiction and provide guidelines to develop effective interventions. Nine university students who were currently enrolled in an university located in a Korean province participated in this study. In-depth interviews were conducted from June of 2012 to July of 2012, and data were analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological qualitative method. As a results, five theme and 40 subthemes of experiences of problematic smartphone usage were identified. Those themes include 1) a desperate try to connect with others(exposing oneself without appropriate self-protection, seeking emotional comfort, hurt and mistrust); 2) excessive use of smartphone and loss of self-control(more smartphone usage over computer/over-immersion/excessive usage/habituation, loss of self-control); 3) psychological difficulties(excessive attachment and dependence, separation anxiety, clingingness, reduced patience) ; 4) threats to daily functioning (changes in priorities, regressed independent daily functioning, irregular daily patterns, health problems, interruptions from free messenger, academic difficulties); 5) potential for recovery(conflictual feelings and doubts over smartphone usage, importance of interpersonal(face-to-face) communications, willingness to cut down the use, hope for recovery). This study provided suggestions for the prevention effort against smartphone addiction.
Design of Teaching·Learning Model for Programming Language Education

This paper deals with the design of teaching learning model for programming language education. Various courses related to programming language education have opened at the university having many academic majors. In the meantime, a variety of programming languages have been developed, many integrated development environments of programming language have also been developed for users to make a program easily. But it is difficult for many novice learners to learn programming language still, likewise it is difficult for many teachers to teach the introduction course of programming language. In this paper, we have designed a teaching learning model based on scholastic achievements and blended learning for programming language education. The teaching learning model designed in this study was applied to a course opened in the second semester of 2011. According to the course evaluation result, the teaching learning model for programming language has shown to be an effective for novice learner.
Porting of Z-Stack and Implementation of UART on the TI CC2530

Wireless sensor networks consist of resource constraint devices which typically send data measured by sensors attached to the end devices towards a coordinator. One of the best solution for wireless sensor networks is ZigBee, where it is wireless standard introduced for low power, low cost wireless communication with moderate data rates. In this paper, we present porting of Z-Stack and implementation of UART on the TI CC2530. We show that our implemented board works correctly in terms of transmitting and receiving data via serial port.
Improved Visual Cryptography Using Cover Images

Visual cryptography is a scheme that recovers secret image through human vision by overlapping distributed share images without cryptographic operations. Distribution methods are still being developed for improving quality of shared images keeping size of images invariant and enhancing robustness against resize of images. Since visual cryptography only uses shared images, this fact is exploited to attack. From this fact, a scheme safe for sharing distributed images is needed. In this paper, a new visual cryptographic scheme using cover image is proposed. This scheme reduces the chance of detection against steganalysis and increases security. In addition, this paper shows that the proposed scheme can completely decrypt secret image without creating noise.
A Method for semantically binding a Data Service to a Broadcasting Program

As a representative of the convergence of broadcasting and communication, the data service provide viewers new services such as games, weather services, and stock trading services on TV. The data service, however, has failed to gain the popularity with the viewers due to the short of killer services and the dominating power of TV programs. The paper introduces an MHP-based method for semantically integrate a data service to a TV program by allowing the data service to utilize the content of the TV program, which changes as time goes on.
A Study on Design of Diseases of Mind Ontologies for Juvenile Consultation

Youths express their own negative experiences and feelings come from their deeply wounded mind. They seek the root cause of these wounded hearts from other people or external environment. Youths revisited the past to heal painful memories. This study designed ontology in order to provide information about the causes and symptoms of illness of the mind for youth counseling. Application ontology enables high-volume and intricate knowledge not only to get set up systematically but also to be stored as the meaningful information. It is also very useful as an integrating tool of the existing complex counseling nomenclature. And ultimately, through revitalization of the sharing and reuse of materials, it becomes possible to provide client-centered counseling services. Therefore, this study built ontology of the mind-illness as a way to analyze the causes and symptoms of the disease in the client mind for providing personalized youth counseling services.
App Recommendation Based on Characteristic Similarity

The remarkable development of IT is contributed to popularization of smart phones, which in turn creates a new domain called app store. Smartphone apps have grown fast because they can be easily purchased through an app store. As the volume of apps traded in app stores is so huge that it is extremely hard for users to find the exact app they want. In general, an app store recommends an app to users based on the search words they entered. In terms of recommendation of app, this kind of content-based method is not effective. To increase accuracy in recommending app, this paper proposes a characteristic similarity-based app recommendation method. This method creates attributes on the app based on the related information such as genre, functionality and number of downloads and then compares them with the propensity to use the app. According to diverse simulations, the method proposed in this paper improved the performance of app recommendation by 33% in average, compared to the conventional method.
An Adaptive Buffering Scheme for P2P Live Streaming Systems

In this paper, we propose a buffering scheme to improve the performance by adaptively adjusting the length of the buffering period according to the degree of data duplication among peers that belong to each specific playback period in P2P live streaming systems. To do so, we first assign all the peers into many groups depending on their playback time positions. We then determine the length of their buffering periods according to the number of peers belonging to each group. That is, we increase the length of the buffering periods when much buffered data are duplicated among peers within a group while we decrease it when few buffered data are duplicated. By simulation experiments, we show that our proposed buffering scheme can improve the performance significantly compared to the fixed length buffering scheme that have been employed in the existing mesh-based P2P systems.

Mobile SNS like facebook is famous as an app which users cooperate others and share information without regard to time and place. But it is necessary to evaluate the mobile app accessibility in view of the disabled and the aged to check if they get appropriate interface service to use such a popular app. Mobile app accessibility is an indicator of equal opportunity to mobile app for all users regardless of cognitive and physical attribute. Therefore, this paper evaluates accessibility of facebook and kakaotalk mobile SNS, apprehend the status of conform to the manual, and suggest an improving way, based on 'mobile application accessibility guideline' announced by government and 'mobile application (Android) accessibiliy checking manual(v1.0)' by National Information society agency.
A study on web design for efficient delivery of information and promotion -Focused on domestic credit card and telecommunications companies-

Domestic credit card companies and wireless operators want to deliver promotional information as well as the information for users on the site. A careful UX design is needed because promotional information can degrade the satisfaction of the users. In addition, too extensive information is provided on one site and users are confused about where to look for the information they need. Based on advanced research, study was conducted of the domestic web sites of wireless operators and credit card companies and we discussed that study with 12 users. Promotional information can be efficient with understated image. Users can find information easily from the site with fewer hierarchy of steps. The numbers of the menu that is presented at a time should not exceed nine.
A Study on the Major Microeconomic Factors for the Advertisement Market and the Financial Policy for Digital Contents

Variety media based on the digital technology have emerged from the beginning of the 21th century and have competed with the traditional media in the advertisement market. With the high dependency upon the advertisement market, the Korean media industry has the urgent demand to increase it's pie. Korea regulator allowed PPL and private representatives, which resulted in low outcome. This study analysed the decision factors for the advertising market with the cross-sectional microeconomic data for 28 countries in OECD. The service industry, tax and GDP per capita affect negatively to the market growth rate, and unemployment positively. Therefore the market's growth speed would be slow down and the share of TV decreased. Therefore the two policies were suggested, increasing the direct payment by the audiences and retire of the inefficient broadcasters.

Platform carriers that were welcomed due to their open policy are now having Vertical-Systematization. As the Vertical-Systematization to strengthen platform's quality intensifies, the qualities of OS, network and manufacturing abilities may be weakened. As the environment changes, consumers move from attractive platform to attractive contents and the killer contents will become the key success factor. Hence, the platform carriers will aim to acquire killer contents to attract more users causing excessive competition for Killer Contents Sourcing. The following paper examines the problems that will stem from fierce competition among platforms, problems regarding the Contents Sourcing and solution for the content-providers.

Plumbing of the plant project is an important discipline. Now workers on the construction site, carry hundreds of piping spool drawings and documents, record the Spool Stage data. Then, The data is input into the system or has been documented in the field office. Because of the work-flow, duplication work occurs. As a result, it is reducing the effectiveness of the Plumbing and causes schedule delays. Also, To manage the integration process, there is a problem, it takes a lot of time. Therefore, The study is conducted to design and implementation of piping spool management Android Application using QR Code. The Application will contribute to the management to the integration of piping work process.
An Implementaion of Mobile e-storytelling Application for Creativity Development using Character Sticker Function

The purpose of this paper is to plan and implement e-storytelling for improving children's creativity, which consists of e-storytelling, thinking questions, and character sticker canvas. Especially It makes children draw paintings feel easier by character sticker. This webapp shows the flash animation e-storytelling and gives the question to answer by painting with a fertile imagination on the canvas as transforming the character sticker. A user can input the title of painting and store it when finish the drawing. This is an educational tool which makes educatees think more and express their ideas through questions. Therefore, we can check how much children's imagination is changed and diversed by the stored paintings.
A Designing Method of Network Quality Assurance Test Bed Design under Next-generation Network Environment

This paper is presented to prepare NGN quality assurance management process under the quality system test methodology. The process should be drawn for NGN quality measurement framework of multimedia traffic. NGN test bed management process model are QoS measurement metrics, measurement interval meter above, and measuring tools, measuring equipment, measurement methods and measurement results from a series of processes for the analysis and methodology. This model, NGN quality assurance activities should be utilized in the future. Quality target level only when themselves constantly measured and managed, does not guarantee the communication quality of service. It is sensitive to the importance of NGN network technology paradigm for research on quality management in the NGN.
