A big success of the 3D film 'Avatar' in 2009 opened a full-fledged 3D movie era. A new industrial possibility of 3D contents was predicted in Korea and then the support for 3D contents production took placed via various media platforms. Korean government also announced the new development policies with a focus on 3D content. However, the 3D content industry has not been activated. Therefore, in this study by applying AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method we tried to grasp the reason of the deactivation of 3D content industry through analyzing the relative importance rate of three research factors(content aspects, technical aspects, and policy aspects) that were mainly considered to activate the industry. The results of this study showed that the relative importance rate of content aspects was higher than that of technical aspects and policy aspects. It means the lack of 3D contents is one of main reason causing the delay of 3D industrial activation. And it also showed that the relief of human factors such as visual fatigue evaluated as a sub-factors of technical aspects are challenges to be solved soon..

Two-dimensional image processing method and tools Rigi then developed a report prepared by a variety of video and three-dimensional images are increasing demands for navigation. A Study on Recommendation Technique Using Mining and Clustering of Weighted Preference based on FRAT

Real-time accessibility and agility are required in u-commerce under ubiquitous computing environment. Most of the existing recommendation techniques adopt the method of evaluation based on personal profile, which has been identified with difficulties in accurately analyzing the customers' level of interest and tendencies, as well as the problems of cost, consequently leaving customers unsatisfied. Researches have been conducted to improve the accuracy of information such as the level of interest and tendencies of the customers. However, the problem lies not in the preconstructed database, but in generating new and diverse profiles that are used for the evaluation of the existing data. Also it is difficult to use the unique recommendation method with hierarchy of each customer who has various characteristics in the existing recommendation techniques. Accordingly, this dissertation used the implicit method without onerous question and answer to the users based on the data from purchasing, unlike the other evaluation techniques. We applied FRAT technique which can analyze the tendency of the various personalization and the exact customer.
A Study on QoS Routing Performance Enhancement by using LSQR Scheduling in WiMAX Mesh Networks

Recently, wireless mesh network has been focused as a core technology for resolving the issues of shadow zone and distributed bypass route as it has broad service coverage as well as good scalability features. It, however, provides users with relatively lower QoS than infrastructure-based networks. In order for addressing this QoS issue and also enhancing the routing performance of mobile WiMax mesh network, this paper proposes a load sensing QoS routing (LSQR) scheme. In the proposed LSQR, each node figures out network congestion status and selects a bypass route accordingly. With this scheme, we can expect good load balancing effect by changing the routing paths from centralized links to distributed links under a heavy traffic condition. From the simulation results using NS-2, it has been verified that the LSQR shows lower packet loss rates and data transmission delays than the existing representative routing schemes.

The development of digital image technology has realized high definition throughout the image industry including film and broadcasting. Such high definition images are used in various media and forms through convergence with innovative displays. The analog image production mode is combined with image content production using digital technology. The purpose of this research is to present a method to reconstitute high definition multiplanar images on the wider and bigger screen by applying the Cinerama system, one of the analog image systems in the past, to digital technology.
Design and Implementation of Vehicle Route Tracking System using Hadoop-Based Bigdata Image Processing

As the surveillance CCTVs are increasing every year, big data image processing for the CCTV image data has become a hot issue. In this paper, we propose a Hadoop-based big data image processing technique to recognize a vehicle number from a large amount of automatic number plate images taken from CCTVs. We also implement the vehicle route tracking system that displays the moving path of the searched vehicle on Google Maps with the related information together. In order to evaluate the performance we compare and analysis the vehicle number recognition time for a lot of CCTV image data in Hadoop and the single PC environment.
A Study on the Surveillance System of Multiple Object's Dangerous Behaviors

This paper proposes a detection system that, by determining whether a dangerous act is being carried out among other pedestrians in the images captured using CCTV, provides pre-warnings and establishes emergency measures. To determine the presence of a dangerous act, after setting zones of interest and danger zones within those zones of interest, the danger level is determined in accordance with the range of encroachment upon detecting an object. Especially, this research aims at detecting a suicide jump from the bridge and extends to detecting a dangerous act among pedestrians from detecting a dangerous act of only one person with no one in the previous research. This system classifies the status into 3 levels as safe, alert, and danger according to the amount of part being over the bridge railing. If a situation is deemed as warning-worthy and emergency, the integrated control center is immediately alerted to facilitate prevention in advance.
Implementation of A Set-based POI Search Algorithm Supporting Classifying Duplicate Characters

The set-based POI search algorithm showed better performance than the existing hard matching search when inaccurate queries are entered. In the set-based POI search algorithm, however, there is a problem that can't classify duplicate characters within a record. This is due to it's 'set-based' search property. To solve this problem, we improve the existing set-based POI search algorithm. In this paper, we propose and implement an improved set-based POI search algorithm that is able to deal duplicate characters properly. From the experimental results, we can find that our technique for duplicate characters improves the performance of the existing set based POI search algorithm.
A Study on an WiBro and WiFi Interworking Architecture design and performance analysis for Service Continuity

WiBro technology provide mobile devices with a transmission speed of more than 1 Mbps even under the condition of high mobility (120 km/h). In a building, however, there is more demand for high bandwidth for various activities, and WiBro services may not be available. In order to guaranteeing a seamless service continuity and high transmission capability for mobile users within a specific establishment that has deployed WiBro network, we should secure an internetworking platform for WiBro and WiFi networks. This paper introduces WiMax forum and 3GPP standards, proposes WiBro-WiFi Interworking (WWI) architecture, its implementation details, and finally verifies validity of the proposal by using OPNet simulations.
Storytelling Strategy of Visual-Image Contents base on Rhetoric Metaphors

This paper is introducing on a strategy of storytelling which is utilized as a core skill in developing cultural contents. The proposed storytelling method consists of three steps(planning, production, editing). The method of storytelling strategy is based on rhetoric metaphors and classifies rhetoric metaphors into three kinds of image metaphor, image personification and image simile. This thesis produced and studied 3 visual-image contents including 1 metaphor, 1 personification and 1 simile. As a result, visual-image contents can be a resonable method of the communicational act of visual-image contents with a rhetoric expression. This result will contribute to recognize the possibility of expressing visual-image contents by various figure. Recently, there are a lot of concernments on the expression by creative visual-image contents, but a theoretical study on creative idea for visual-image contents is insufficient. So, in the future, this thesis will be used for basic materials to express a creative visual-image contents, and also contribute to offering basic theories for visual-image contents study and teaching.

Recently, cloud computing is being emerged paradigm that a support computing resource flexible and scalable to users as the want in distributed computing environment. Actually, cloud computing can be implemented and provided by virtualization technology. In this paper, we studied open source based cloud computing and built a educational practice system through cloud computing. Virtualization-based cloud computing provides optimized computing resources, as well as easy to manage practical resource and result. Therefore, we can save the time for configuration of practice environment. In the view of faculty, they can easily handle the practice result. Also, those practice condition reuse comfortably and apply to various configuration simply. And then we can increase capabilities and availabilities of limited resources.
Research of Soft-Interface Creation and Provision Methodology According to Applications Based on Mobile Device Environment

In this paper, we provide interfaces according to user application environments and provide tools through web-site that users can create interface to apply a wide range of application environment. HTML5 is used in the creation processing, so users can create various interfaces by dragging mouse and apply it to multimedia, game applications as well as documents by using the ASCII code and key events that are provided in the Android OS. Database of interfaces is stored in HDFS (Hadoop Distributed File System) based on Hadoop for management and users can have their own designed interface or select interfaces through simple login any time. In order to provide interface quickly, HIVE based on Hadoop is used for search and the data is provided in XML file which smart mobile can process quickly.
A Study on the Air pollution Information transmission method using TPEG

Recently the increasing numbers of cars and traffic jamming makes air pollution condition more severely. Especially high-density population area, in most big cities like Bejing and Seoul, can lead to lung illness and other diseases. In this study to decrease this kind of air pollution condition, a method of air pollution information transmission is proposed. For the transmission of air pollution and traffic control data, international standard technology, the TPEG is applied.

Lack of proper amount of sun lights and wind strength which are major factors of solar power and wind power system may cause poor electric power generation and decrease the lifetime of batteries that are major energy saving units. Because the PCS, which is essential in solar and wind power system, for small power generation system has been rarely developed an efficient and stable PCS for small power generation system is highly required. In this paper, we design a new constant current/constant voltage type hybrid PCS by which stand alone/grid connected operation with commercial power system is available and implement the designed PCS as a protype for performance verification.
English Learning with the Tools of Flash Animation

There has been many studies to explore what is the best multimedia tools for English learning by internet, but the students are still thirsty for the lack of practical and effective learning method which may lead them to stimulate their motivations to learn English with technological new media. The purpose of this study is to design Flash Animation as a new approach to learn language acquisition for those students who are learning English as a second language. This second is to show the validity for the introduction of Flash Animation into the English class. The third is to describe the effectiveness of the application of multimedia tools used in English communication such as java script programming and power point presentation.
Case Study on Learning Portfolio for Engineering Education Substantiality

Recently student portfolio is widely used as an evaluation method for self-directed performance in engineering education of the university. Especially, as many of the Innovation Centers for Engineering Education and ABEEK held student portfolio competitions, a lot of students in engineering college participate in student portfolio includes the contents and careers of the entire process of university. However, except for courses related to capstone design, there are few regular courses applied to Learning Portfolio in engineering education. Through using Learning Portfolio in courses, students take opportunities of organized collection of learning contents and critical reflection. Under these background study, the regular course in engineering education is may be appropriate for using Learing Portfolio in lecture. In this paper, we present the case study for the Data Structure course opened in the first semester of 2013 which is organized as a Learning Portfolio. According to the results of applying Learning Portfolio to the regular course, it turns out that learners can develope self-directed learning ability in exploring the learning process, and manage a learning process systematically through self-reflection in learning process.
An Operations and Management Framework for The Integrated Software Defined Network Environment

An important research challenge about the traditional Internet environment is to enable open networking architecture on which end users are able to innovate the Internet based on the technologies of network programmability, virtualization, and federation. The SDN (Software Defined Network) technology that includes OpenFlow protocol specifications, is suggested as a major driver for the open networking architecture, and is closely coupled with the classical Internet (non-SDN). Therefore, it is very important to keep the integrated SDN and non-SDN network infrastructure reliable from the view point of network operators and engineers. Under this background, this paper proposes an operations and management framework for the combined software defined network environment across not only a single-domain network, but also multi-domain networks. The suggested framework is designed to allow SDN controllers and DvNOC systems to interact with each other to achieve sustainable end-to-end user-oriented SDN and non-SDN integrated network environment. Plus, the proposed scheme is designed to apply enhanced functionalities on DvNOC to support four major network failure scenarios over the combined network infrastructure, mainly derived from SDN controllers, SDN devices, and the connected network paths.

We need to study China, the country that's improving constantly, in perspective of economic, political, social integration, and area studies with expertise in some perspective. If we expand the range of view to studies at industry research, national organization, and academia, exact information and diversity with professional research information portal site is at the core of the region. Specialized information portal site in China through an analysis of Chinese studies at the research analyzes the usage of the content. Through the main advantage of the status and content attributes of a site visitor analysis, it has shown a relatively high user loyalty through last 10 years operating as a single topic of professional information website. Through the CSF, the national level with expertise in design construction information portal site can be used as a more efficient way to build the foundation planning. Furthermore, through the effective use of information in China, the two countries, South Korea and China laid the foundation for the economic development of area studies which is expected to contribute to the establishment of information systems.

With the growth of the smart-devices and information & communication technology, information society has developed and information can be produced, spread and consumed at much faster pace easily. Hence, individuals can utilize wireless communication and smart-devices to create, share and consume information at anytime and anywhere. The growth of technology has allowed the large-scale transfer and sharing of image, sound and video data; it changed the users' data consumption pattern that was mainly consisted of the text. Therefore, the amount of data that an individual consumes increased significantly. The importance of finding and analyzing practical and necessary data among huge amount of data has arisen. In this study, the current status of Big Data is researched and analyzed and the method to utilize Big Data in the electronic trading field is suggested.
Sentiment Classification of Movie Reviews using Levenshtein Distance

In this paper, we propose a method of sentiment classification which uses Levenshtein distance. We generate BOW(Bag-Of-Word) applying Levenshtein daistance in sentiment features and used it as the training set. Then the machine learning algorithms we used were SVMs(Support Vector Machines) and NB(Naive Bayes). As the data set, we gather 2,385 reviews of movies from an online movie community (Daum movie service). From the collected reviews, we pick sentiment words up manually and sorted 778 words. In the experiment, we perform the machine learning using previously generated BOW which was applied Levenshtein distance in sentiment words and then we evaluate the performance of classifier by a method, 10-fold-cross validation. As the result of evaluation, we got 85.46% using Multinomial Naive Bayes as the accuracy when the Levenshtein distance was 3. According to the result of the experiment, we proved that it is less affected to performance of the classification in spelling errors in documents.
A Study on Monitoring System for an Abnormal Behaviors by Object's Tracking

With the increase of social crime rate, the interest on the intelligent security system is also growing. This paper proposes a detection system of monitoring whether abnormal behavior is being carried in the images captured using CCTV. After detection of an object via subtraction from background image and morpholgy, this system extracts an abnormal behavior by each object's feature information and its trajectory. When an object is loitering for a while in CCTV images, this system considers the loitering as an abnormal behavior and sends the alarm signal to the control center to facilitate prevention in advance. Especially, this research aims at detecting a loitoring act among various abnormal behaviors and also extends to the detection whether an incoming object is identical to one of inactive objects out of image.
Design and Implementation of an Application to cure Wounded Heart of the Youth using Color

The purpose of this study is to design and implement an application for the smartphone in order to cure the wounded heart of the youth. The heart of the youth can be wounded regardless of their willingness in growing. Not only the wounded heart is hardly cured, but also it can diverse the direction of one's life. It has been tried to adopt color reflection to the smartphone which is accustomed to them. A color reflection curing application based on the smartphone is designed and implemented. The application has been tested with 15 teachers, they were satisfied with it.
