Optimal Power Maintain of Electric Wheelchair by using Applying Complementary Filter on the Smart Control System

In this paper, we propose a system for controlling the seat of the electric wheelchair depending on the slope of the terrain in real time by using the ATmega smart control based on the board. Smart control board includes a gyro sensor, an acceleration sensor and Tilt sensor, when the electric wheelchairs pass slope of the terrain, they use three sensors to identify terrain configuration in real time. We also applied the Complementary Filter in the gyro sensor and acceleration sensor, so the electric wheelchairs know the exact terrain by solving the interference during the movement. Based on this, the noise power wheelchair due to the movement will be reduced, the seat continues reliably movement without being vibration. In this paper, providing an application on the smart phone platform for the convenience of users who are not familiar with how to use electric wheelchairs, they can easily control wheelchairs. Control platform of the smart phone is able to monitor the electric wheelchair in real-time, with regard to pressure prevention, help the slope of the seat to be arbitrarily controlled.
The Token Bucket Scheme to solve Buffer Overflow of Video Streaming in Wireless Network

In wireless network, the amount of video streaming packet information in receiver replay buffer can be varied according tothe wireless network condition. By the effect, unforeseeable delay and jitter are generated and then busty video traffics can be made. If the amount of buffer information coming in receiver replay buffer is larger than the amount of a specific buffer information, buffer overflow is generated. Such a problem makes the image skip effect and packet loss, and then causes the quality degradation and replay discontinuity of the video streaming service in destination receiver. To solve the buffer overflow problem, this paper applies the token bucket for the busty traffic to the receiver terminal and analyzes the effect of the token bucket. The simulation result using NS-2 and JSVM shows that the proposed scheme with the token bucket has significantly better performance than the conventional scheme without the token bucket in terms of overflow generation number, packet loss rate and PSNR.
Online VQ Codebook Generation using a Triangle Inequality

In this paper, we propose an online VQ Codebook generation method for updating an existing VQ Codebook in real-time and adding to an existing cluster with newly created text data which are news paper, web pages, blogs, tweets and IoT data like sensor, machine. Without degrading the performance of the batch VQ Codebook to the existing data, it was able to take advantage of the newly added data by using a triangle inequality which modifying the VQ Codebook progressively show a high degree of accuracy and speed. The result of applying to test data showed that the performance is similar to the batch method.
The Congestion Estimation based TCP Congestion Control Scheme using the Weighted Average Value of the RTT

TCP, which performs congestion control in congestion condition, is able to help a reliable transmission. However, packet loss can be increased because congestion window is increased by the time the packet is dropped in the process of congestion avoidance. In this paper, to solve the above problem, we propose a new congestion estimation based TCP congestion control scheme using the weighted average value of the RTT. After measuring a SRTT, which means the weighted average value of RTTs, at this point of time when a buffer overflow is occurred by an overloaded packet, the proposed scheme estimates the time, when the same SRTT is made in packet transmission, as a congestion time and then decreases the congestion window. The simulation results show that the proposed schem has a good performance in terms of packet loss rate and throughput when the packet loss due to buffer overflow is larger than that due to wireless channel.
Hybrid Detection Algorithm of Copy-Paste Image Forgery

Digital image provides many conveniences at the internet environment recently. A great number of applications, like Digital Library, Stock Image, Personal Image and Important Information, require the use of digital image. However it has fatal defect which is easy to be modified because digital image is only electronic file. Numerous digital image forgeries have become a serious problem due to the sophistication and accessibility of image editing software. Copy-Move forgery is the simplest type of forgery that involves copying portion of an image and paste it on different location within the image. There are many approaches to detect Copy-Move forgery, but all of them have their own limitations. In this paper, visual and invisible feature based forgery detection techniques are tested and analyzed. The analysis shows that pros and cons of these two techniques compensate each other. Therefore, a hybrid of visual based and invisible feature based forgery detection that combine the merits of both techniques is proposed. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has enhanced performance compared to individual techniques. Moreover, it provides more information about the forgery, like identifying copy and duplicate regions.
A Comparative Study on the Graphics Usage by Terrestrial Broadcasters TV News - Focusing on the Evening Main News of KBS, MBC, and SBS -

Terrestrial broadcasters are devoting great efforts in order to increase sense of reality that would help viewers feel as if they were watching events on site by producing-depth, differentiated news and offering a variety of information to them. They maximize news video graphic effects by replacing news set and install large display units, rail camera, and Jimmy Jib camera. This study aims to grasp whether there is any difference among the main evening news of the three major terrestrial broadcasters. KBS, MBC, and SBS used 18%, 15%, and 12% of graphic usage hours respectively while the number of graphic usage cases amounted to 267, 329, and 276 for each of them. The number of cases where in-depth news report hours exceeded three minutes that require increasingly more virtual reality graphic technology production was 16 for KBS, 7 for MBC, and 5 for SBS. MBC showed the highest number of uses in graphics while KBS showed more graphic use hours than the other two. There have been a number of preceding studies on news contents, but it is significant that this study looked at how much graphics technologies are used in such news video contents.

Offline English Zone refers to a physical environment in which the learners can check the results while they practice speaking and listening in English, and look up the vocabulary and information on their own. However, offline English zone is inevitably dependent on limited and artificial environment and its operation is greatly limited in having to provide an environment in which the students can spontaneously experience role play in an artificial space set in a small-scale English village consisting of shopping, restaurant, and hospital zones. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of the environmental restrictions in educational methodology utilizing offline English zone programs. Moreover, based on the ubiquitous concept. System Dynamics Modeling for Policy Analysis of Occupational Injuries

The research of occupational injury for safety and health is a comparatively recent occurrence. As labor activities took place regarding to employee concerns in industrial uprising, human resources health was tried to enhanced as a labor safety subject. Noticing that traditional statistics approach has limitations in learning future forecasting and major factors causing occupational injuries in each industry, Korean Government initiated a quantitative systematic simulation model project to analyze how the annual injury rate has been dropped and stays in a level for recent years. From this motivation and the project, system dynamics models have been developed to explain the mechanisms for reducing annual injury rate, and the mechanisms quantitatively. The main cause effects for the reduction of annual injury rate were due to the government driven investment on safety facilities. In overall viewpoint the gain achievable from these efforts has been reached a saturated level. However, it could reduce the annual injury rate if you chose the industry and size carefully. The model for forecasting, major injury factors, safety budget and allocation are introduced and analyzed, and Analyzing occupational injury related factors can also reduce employee injury and disease related costs, including medical care, quit, and disability assistance costs.
A Study On User Experience Based Storydoing Operating Principles

Along with the spotlight of storytelling, storydoing has attracted public's attention as it has been utilized in various different areas. There are valued message by producer and story to back it up in the storydoing. Recipient will acknowledge the affordance encouraged by producer and confirm the message by practicing it. Finally producer will evaluate the practice process. Therefore, storydoing promotes the product of company, strengthens the brand image and delivers message and value through a previously mentioned cycle. Ultimately, storydoing is operated based on user's experience. In this study, based on the experience theory of John Dewey, in order to discover how the interactivity and continuity operate story doing, we conducted a study on the concept of storydoing, the national and international story doing status, the difference between storytelling and storydoing, the elements of story doing, the relationship with user experience, and the principle of operating story doing. As a result, we learned that story doing had the five elements of message, story, characters, action, and confirmation, and operated by the interaction and continuity between the producer and receptor. Thus, through this research to understand the nature of storydoing, we have identified new trends of the cultural industries and discovered the possibilities to expand the application scope of storydoing, which was currently applied by companies to promote their brand images, onto contents field. More importantly, the proposal of theoretical differences between storytelling and storydoing makes this report meaningful in terms of sociocultural, industrial and academic aspect.
Image Annotation System for Mobile Augmented Reality Environment

In this paper, we propose an information service system using augmented reality technology on mobile devices. With the advancement in ICT technology the computer is smaller and easy to carry and developed into the tablet PC and the smartphone typically. The user can confirm and learn the desired data using the augmented reality technology, regardless of the environment. Padding the supplementary images or videos to the real image using the camera, we can have help from such additionally obtained images. In this paper, using an augmented reality technology on a tablet PC or smartphone environment, we implement a system for providing information to the user. This system can be utilized in all areas such as learning, entertainment, public relations and advertisement, etc.

Hybrid Health Care System Designs in a Wireless Network Environment

Hybrid video call healthcare system that we propose in thesis is a service for powerless people rather than ordinary people. This system is for communication between users and protectors(or volunteers). To reduce the underprivileged through the 'Malbeot Nanumi' is the purpose of the system. Hybrid Health Care System using a video call and temperature/humidity/pulse sensors that we propose in thesis can connect sensors with software, and save p2p connection information for 'Malbeot Nanumi' service by database. And health check data can save locally. Hybrid Health Care System in a Wireless Network Environment is a system that elderly people living alone is to be a conversation. The purpose of this thesis is to develop the software and to design a convenient UI to the user, And increasing consumption of care system by increasing the happiness index and increasing aging population.
The comparison of angular dependence for optical stimulated luminescence dosimeter(OSLD) and electronic personal dosimeter(EPD) used in Diagnostic Radiology

The angular dependence of active dosimeters, EPD, is analysed and compared with that of passive dosimeters, OSLD, after evaluating their relative response and uncertainty of measurement, where it is known that the personal use of them has been increased recently. There appeared a minor variation for average relative response of OSLD in the horizontal and vertical directions within the range
, which are 0.97 and 0.95 respectively. The variations of angular dependence in the same situations with OSLD are 0.65 and 0.62, respectively, which also reveals a negligible effect on the overall uncertainty. EPDs within the interval
for horizontal and vertical directions are 0.94 and 0.97, respectively. These satisfy the requirements of IEC 61526. Uncertainties about the dependence of direction from horizontal and vertical directions are 0.44, 0.40, respectively. The impact of these uncertainties on the overall uncertainty was negligible. However, we observed a significant change in reactivity: the relative reactivities for

Recently commercialized network are getting more and more popular, bringing dramatic change to the market. We can predict the future of the E-commerce. The ongoing E-commerce and SNS （Social Networking Services）related E-commerce are increasing greatly both in Korea and China. This research tries to focus on Chinese consumers using E-commerce. The study has four findings. Firstly, the E-commerce consumers consider four factors including price, convenience, products and website, which affect the sellers' integrity. Secondly, E-commerce will affect sellers' integrity. Third, there are 4 factors which affect the sellers' integrity: service, price, products and the information. Fourth, the factors which affect the integrity of sellers are the value, happiness and practical. This study want to give some hints to the E-commerce in the overseas market in China.

A study of influence factor on Mobile Game Heavy User - focused on Game User Properties

This study is to observe the correlation between user properties and user behavior on the mobile game, one of the most prominent digital contents with the most mutual interaction. Among various factors affecting on behaviors of game users, the user properties itself was accentuated, and the effect of individual and psychological quality on the use of game was evaluated. The user properties were mainly categorized into five factors of "interpersonal relationship", "level of game skill", "inclination of innovation", "self-esteem", and "competitive spirit", and the use behavior of game was categorized mainly into two types - quantitative behavior of "amount of use (time of use, consumption cost)" and qualitative behavior of "perceived satisfaction level (perceived enjoyment, perceived service quality, and perceived price)". As a result of study, in general, as the user quality subjected in this study is stronger, the amount of use and satisfaction level are higher. This study is to observe what type of user qualities leads to the more use, consumption, and satisfaction level of game contents to contribute to the study about the use of conventional digital contents and heavy use.
