AIS-ASM is one of the studies to provide a variety of maritime safety information as well as the information on a ship's position that is their own function, and AIS-ASM has been implemented with adjustment of the relevant regulations since 2004. However, it was reported that the increased use of ASM message on the existing AIS channel affects the part of the existing AIS own function such as the transmission of the ship's position and safe-related information. Also, seamless MSP service is difficult to provide at a low transmission rate of the existing AIS channel. This study aims to reduce the marine officer's workload through automating captain's mandatory reporting items using the one of the next maritime digital communication technology (ASM2.0). For this purpose, we designed and realized the ASM2.0 protocol through analyzing domestic regulations about passenger flight and AIS-ASM message.
Festival search factor analysis for festival application users

This paper was conducted to improve existing festival apps that present information in a one-dimensional and unengaging manner by analyzing the factors for festival quality factor from satisfaction evaluation items in culture and tourism festival evaluation reports as well as international and domestic studies. An exploratory factor analysis generated a KMO value of 0.821. After eliminating factors with factor loadings lower than the standard value, the factors of accessibility, promotion and information, contents of events, festival products, food, and amenities were extracted. Reliability was gauged using Cronbach's
(Alpha), which was calculated to be 0.816. In the confirmatory factor analysis, the p value in the chi-square test was 0.289 while CMIN/DF was 1.100. The fit indices of GFI, AGFI, CFI, NFI, and IFI were all higher than the 0.9 mark while RMSEA was 0.018.

IMO has been proceeding in the maritime SQA for software quality is considered to be essential for the development of the introduction of the e-Navigation In order to ensure software quality, follow the prescribed procedures throughout the software development project and create the output as a result of executing the respective steps. This paper is introduced a case for applying to maritime software development using the tool that is capable of real-time monitoring and automated documentation. Also, It is discussed the improvement of procedures for applying the expected effects and maritime SQA for the tool utilization. The Development of customized tools for maritime SQA that is reflected an improved procedure for tool is the future goals.
Relation Tracking of Occluded objects using a Perspective Depth

Networked multiple CCTV systems are required to effectively trace down long-term abnormal behaviors, such as stalking. However, the occluding event, which often takes place during tracking, may result in critical errors of cessation of tracing, or tracking wrong objects. Thus, utilizing installed regular CCTVs, this study aims to trace the relation tracking in a continuous manner by recognizing distinctive features of each object and its perspective projection depth to address the problem with occluded objects. In addition, this study covers occlusion event between the stationary background objects, such as street lights, or walls, and the targeted object.
The Phase Space Analysis of 3D Vector Fields

This paper presents a method to display the 3D vector fields by analyzing phase space. This method is based on the connections between ordinary differential equations and the topology of vector fields. The phase space analysis should be geometric interpolation of an autonomous system of equation in the form of the phase space. Every solution of it system of equations corresponds not to a curve in a space, but the motion of a point along the curve. This analysis is the basis of this paper. This new method is required to decompose the hexahedral cell into five or six tetrahedral cells for 3D vector fields. The critical points can be easily found by solving a simple linear system for each tetrahedron. The tangent curves can be integrated by finding the intersection points of an integral curve traced out by the general solution of each tetrahedron and plane containing a face of the tetrahedron.
Adjusting Local Network Speed by Using Fuzzy Theory with An Illustration in WebRTC Environment

WebRTC is one of the most recent technologies that supports browser-to-browser for voice calling, video chat, and P2P file sharing without the need of either internal or external plugins. However, there has some limitation which lets our development deal with many problems. This research will focus just on a small field of that problem which is bandwidth. While the bandwidth for downloading and uploading is fixed by service providers, but the number of users in a certain area is increasing largely by the time. In this paper, we propose a model to overcome the limitation of the bandwidth based on fuzzy control to adjust utilized bandwidth by changing frame rate and resolution of streaming video in the client itself.
AIS application program implementation and test based on IMO Maritime Cloud analysis

IMO e-Navigation is ongoing project for safety navigation and protection of maritime environment. Maritime Cloud is a part of e-Navigation Strategy Implementation Plan. It is IT framework technology for exchanging information among maritime stakeholders. We found configuration and operation process by analysis on Maritime Cloud architecture and EPD which is a client program. Through the result, we actually implemented client program. Client program targets Berthing data serviced on AIS-ASM. And we used MMS which is function of message exchanging of Maritime Cloud. The test result show data exchanging succeeded. And it will be helpful to develop Maritime Cloud service, to advance Korean Maritime Cloud.
A Study on Requirement analysis process for the practical guidance of e-Navigation SQA guideline

The maritime industry has been developing e-Navigation strategy for safety navigation. The implementation of e-Navigation strategy will cause many needs for developing new software increasingly. For this reason, IMO referred to importance of software quality and endorsed the e-Navigation SQA/HCD guideline as an official IMO document. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop a practical guidance to apply the guideline. This paper describes the elicitation results about the detailed actions of requirement analysis stage based on quality standards. Also, the improvement measure is proposed in this paper.
A study on the Application of Augmented Reality Technology Exhibition Environment

In this study, we propose an annotation system exhibits a secondary role using augmented reality in the exhibition environment. Common methods that utilize the description of the picture or photo booklet or audio device to the exhibition and in the form of viewing the exhibits while people describe method is used. We are using augmented reality technology, in addition to these conventional methods to provide a variety of information about the exhibits utilizing text, photos, video and audio of the multimedia medium. Where visitors can use a smart phone in hand deulgoseo, the exhibition becomes a secondary role by applying the Augmented Reality technology in tablet-based devices.
AEMSER Using Adaptive Threshold Of Canny Operator To Extract Scene Text

Scene text extraction is important because it offers some important information on different image based applications pouring in current smart generation. Edge-Enhanced MSER(Maximally Stable Extremal Regions) which enhances the boundaries using the canny operator after extracting the basic MSER shows excellent performance in terms of text extraction. But according to setting the threshold of the canny operator, the result images using Edge-Enhanced MSER are different, so there needs a method figuring out the threshold. In this paper, we propose a AEMSER(Adaptive Edge-enhanced MSER) that applies the method extracting the boundary using the middle value of histogram to Edge-Enhanced MSER to get the canny operator's threshold. The proposed method can acquire better result images than the existing methods because it extracts the area only for the obvious boundaries.
