For improve level of information security, the necessity of evaluation and certification of Information Security System(ISS) in increasing. Evalustion and Certification Institute have evaluated ISS for risk prevention of information dysfunction in an advanced countries. But, the problem of the time and cost occurred when it is caused by with application of unlike evaluation criteria each other. The result of effort to solution, Common Criteria(CC) and Common Evaluation Methodology(CEM) is using for evaluation of ISS and mutual recognition. Evaluation participant is needed flexible and active interpretation of CC and CEM for an efficient evaluation preparation and performance.
Block Error Performance Analysis of Mobile Multimedia Communication System in Nakagami fading Channel

The block error probabilities of noncoherent frequency shift keying in a Nakagami fading channel are presented in this papaer. The channel fading speed, show or fast. is consider in evaluating block error probabilities. The effectiveness of diversity combing and error correction coding in improving block error performance is examined. The effect of cochannel interference on block error performance is also studied in this paper.
On Study of Setting up Plan and Utilization of Project with Project Tool

Once the objective of project is set up to alter the present situation to acertain future situation necessary measures need to be taken to accomplish it. In the past, making a plan and transformation was done in the form of handwork, but this article addresses analyzing and handing the project data by using a tool of Microsoft Office System and then by making a reasonable plan. This system also helps transform project data into Excel data and analyze it using Excel, and transform project data into xml data and construct xml database so that it makes it possible to handle and use data efficiently, and to set up automatic project system in the future which leads to efficient project management.
A Design of Integrated Service for ControllingNetworked Appliances on Wireless Network

This paper proposes the wireless integrated service for controlling networked appliances. Using wireless devices such as celluar phone and PDA which can communicate through Bluetooth and CDMA technology, home appliances are accessed and controlled from outside of house. The XML and the SMS message format is designed to specify controlling information for home appliances. Also the mobile agent and the message processor for networked appliances are implemented in the home gateway. In order to verify the proposed service system, a universal remote controller for cellular phone and PDA and network appliance simulator on web browser are implemented. Correct operation is verified through simulation using them.
Performance Analysis of Channel Coded OFDM 16-QAM Signal on Frequency Selective Rician Fading Channel

In this paper, we have analyzed the error performance of OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing 16 QAM (Quadrature Amplitude Modulation) Signal in a multipath fading environment modeled as frequency selective Rician fading. We have used a three-path model as frequency selective Rician fading used Rician parameter K. A BCH channel coding is used in order to improve the performance. From the result of this analysis, we have known the improvement of the error performance improvement and the error correcting capability by the BCH channel coding. From the results, the error performance, about
required in wireless multimedia communications can not be achieved by using only the BCH channel coding technique so that it should be adopted a new technique together.
An Adaptive Digital Watermarking Using DWT and FIS

In this paper, a Fuzzy Inference System(FIS) based watermarking algorithm in Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT) domain is proposed. A 2D fuzzy inference values, in which the inputs are parameters of the coefficients of the DWT block of the original image and the output is strength of watermark embedded, is devised. The fuzzy inference algorithm guarantees that the watermark to be embedded into the original image adaptively. The experimental results shows that proposed approach is robust to the digital image processing schemes.
Research for characteristic and promotion system of mobile commerce based on mobile internet

The purpose of this study is to analyze characteristic of mobile commerce based on mobile internet and diagnose obstacles and suggest promotional plans in terms of for mobile commerce. First of all, this study defines the concept of mobile internet and mobile commerce as on, and then analyzes the characteristic and the status quo of mobile commerce in the aspect of technology and business and customer. In conclusion this study there are many problems to overcome to expand mobile commerce environment. However, the environment of internet is moving from online to wireless and the volume of e-commerce through internet is growing rapidly. Thus, mobile commerce will be a matter of course in information society.
Performance Analysis of the Symbol Grouping SLM Scheme for PAPR Reduction of OFDM System

In this paper, we propose and analyze a new scheme which uses the same scramble codes to each group after symbol grouping to reduce the PAPR (peak-to-avenge power ratio) problem in OFDM system. The conventional SLM scheme randomizes OFDM symbols entered into IFFT block by several scramble codes and then transmits the lowest one among PAPRs. Therefore, the SLM scheme can reduce the additional information as many as the number of grouped OFDM symbols by using same scramble codes after M grouping of sub-carriers. It can also improve PAPR performance more than conventional SLM scheme when we use scramble codes as same as those numbers of SLM scheme.
Traffic Engineering Process Model

This paper presents process model to accomplish traffic engineering in Internet. The process model consists of 4 stages. The first stage is the formulation of a control policy dominated network operation. The second stage is the observation of the network state through a set or monitoring functions. The third stage is the characterization or traffic and analysis or the network state. The final stage is the optimization of network performance. the four stages of the process model defined above are iterated.
A Repository Model of Security Environment Contents based on CC

A development of PP/ST is essential in CC environment. And, the KOREA is expected that PP/STs demand increases explosively by joining to CCRA hereafter. Specially, PP/ST development experience of the KOREA is lacking. So, development of security environment(assume, threat, policy) and security objective contents refer only PP/ST Guide(ISO/IEC PDTR 15446) are very difficult. In this paper, we propose a web service based common security environment and security objective repository model that make developers can run PP/ST creation to be simple. Through proposed model, developers who development experience is lacking are expected to achieve PP/ST development to be simple.
