Ubiquitous is an agriculture revolution, the Industrial Revolution, the fourth revolution to equal an information revolution are Ubiquitous. Historic agriculture was revolutionary, but the Industrial Revolution was a revolution of the physics space that was a base of a mankind civilization, and the informatization revolution that Cyber Space saw a prime while world wide web service was expended was a revolution of cyber space. Be charmed with this, and, as for the Ubiquitous revolution, it is achieved a physics space and an intelligent union of cyber space in the space where an off-line space was integrated with compunction on-line. It is combined with a life space naturally, and Ubiquitous technology. Also, I presented the plan that derivation tried a problem about Ubiquitous, and can solve an each problem. Specially, infringement about personal privacy very has a lot of possession to occur in the world that radio communication between all appliances is possible. It is Ubiquitous by becoming the data which is useful to thorough preparation about the Ubiquitous world to come with presenting policy a little technical solution plan about this to the future Republic of Korea. many company has been cracked by crackers information security and everyday new computer virus come out.
Performance Improvement of TH PPM UWB-IR System with CCI Canceller in Multi-User Interference Environment

In this paper, We applied CCI canceller to remove multi-user interference in co-channel environment and improved performance of TH PPM UWB-IR system. As a result, We could get reception performance that data transmission of high speed is available in small reception power applying CCI canceller. Also, We could get permission available channel capacity to maximum access number 40 in high speed transmission environment more than 100Mbps.
A Study on 3D Modeling Technique using Parametric Representation

Superquadrics can represent various and complex 3D object with only wome parameters(size, position, deformation etc). So if we use both superquadrics and deformed superquadrics, we can reoresent more realistic 3D object which are existed in real world. In this paper we use the Z-buffer algorithm and stencil buffer together because this is very useful when the wuperquadric primitives are combined. The fundamental ideas are illustrated with a number of tables and figures.
Mapping Design between XML and Table in Relation Database

XML has an essential funtion of dealing with standardized document to be used in all academic areas and industrial areas as well as e-commerce. The transformation of XML data into Relation Database table is also necessary for data search using SQL language. Mapping relation between XMLand Table in Relation Database is required for transformation of XML. This arti치e studies the mapping relation between XML and Relation Database using DTD which enables to check the unity automatically whenever document is read so that it studied mapping design for the transformation of XML data info Relation Database table.
Effect of Partial-Band Interference in Multi-Carrier CDMA Network

Rapid time variations of the mobile communication channel have a dramatic effect on the performance of multi-carrier modulation. This paper analyzed the bit error rate (BER) performance for multi-carrier code division multiple access (MC-CDMA) network, and derived the equivalent signal-to-total noise plus interference(SNIR) of MC-CDMA system in the reverse link, the performance of MC-CDMA/BPSK signal is evaluated taking into account the fraction of partial-band interference and interference power. and the effect of partial-band interference is comprehensively studied in order to further improve the Qos of multi-carrier multimedia system.

A Study on Decoding Characteristic Analysis of Non-iterative Fractal Image Compression

A problem of many fractal image compression algorithms providing good quality at low bit rate is that the decoding time rests on an iterative procedure whose complexity is imag-dependent. This paper proposes an iterative-free fractal image decoding algorithm to reduce the decoding time. In the proposed method, under the encoder previously with the same codebook image as an initial image to be used at the decoder, the fractal coefficients are obtained through calculating the similarity between the codebook image and an input image to be encoded. As the decoding time could be remarkably reduced. For verifying the validity and universality of proposed method, We evaluated and analyzed the performance of decoding time and image quality for a number of still images and a moving picture with different distributed characteristics.
Design and Implementation of Intelligent Society Member Management System

This paper presents a design and implementation example of intelligent society member management system that is constructed to induce various research activity. Based on members data and society activity record, the system executed data mining. In the process of data mining useful society activity rules was produced and in result members could effectively interact with the system. Decision Tree Algorithm was used in the process, which is one of the methods of data mining. We presemts a plan for personalization website to provide user oriented administration policy and dynamic interface by using analyzed information of society activity rules produced.
A Study on ICT-based Elementary Education for Musical Composition Using Multimedia

The objective of this paper is to verify the usefulness and validity of ICT-based elementary education for musical composition using multimedia technology. Cearing with the characteristic of musical education, multimedia technology, which has made dazzling progress thanks to the rapid development of computer for the last several year, is expected to be a new alternative to overcome various problems of musical education and enhance students` musical function and knowledge. In particular, if ICT-based musical education is introduced in teaching musical composition, in which many elementary school techers feel difficulties, significant education effects will be produced. ICT-based musical education method in the paper identified imitation and problems in traditional theory-based learning and musical composition class using musical instruments and, as a part of resolving the limitations and problems, instructed elementary students in how to use a computer program and applied the program to musical composition class. As a result, the method maximized learning effect and improved stusents` ability to create melodies in a short term compared to traditional teaching methods.
Analysis on the Power Spectrum of Direct Sequence-Time Hopping UltraWideBand System

In This paper, we have analyzed the power spectrum of DS-TH Ulhawideband (Direct Sequence-Time Hopping UWB) system which used pseudo-noise (PN) code. The DS-TH UWB system proposed in this paper multiplies the information signal with PN code to construct pulse train with random pattern and then the chips in pulse train are bundled into several groups to map to the particular value. The (+)/(-) pulse is tented in the time slot of frame by comparing a particular value with timing information that was stored in the lookup table. Thus, the energy spark (Comb Line) which is generated certainly in convantional system can be suppressed efficiently by PN code. And we knew that the proposed DS-TH UWB System even could have very smoothing power spectrum ctaracteristic without applying high speed Time-Hopping code.
A Study on the Composition of Multi-Media Text Book for Cyber English

Facility Classification for Mobile Communications Systems based on Investment Requirements

The system facilities in mobile communications networks are mainly classified into the coverage and usage in the viewpoint of the investments requirements. Based on the classification criterion, the interconnection charging between the wired operators art wireless operators is determined. In this paper, to decide the scale of the interconnection charging a new classification method is proposed by using the system capacity(Erlang, throughput) and subscriber`s estimated demand. The coverage ratio is first evaluated for each facility, and then more efficient interconnection charging model will be presented.
A Study on the Hangul Input Methodology for Eye-gaze Interface

New developments in IT already impact wide segments of a young and mobile population. It is evident that applications of information technology can be of equal benefit to the aged and the disabled. `Eye-Gaze'(EGI) technology was designed for people with paralysis in the upper body. There is a compeling need for a dedicated Korean Language interface for this system. The purpose of this study is to research 'Barrier Free' software using a control group of the mobility impaired to assess the Eye-Gaze Interface in the context of more conventional input methods. TheEGI of this study uses Quick Glance System of Eye Tech Digital Systems. The study will be evaluated on criteria based upon the needs of those with specific disabilities and mobility problems associated with aging. We also intend to explore applications of the Eye-Gaze Interface for English and Japanese devises, based upon our study using the Hangul phonology.
Analysis of Composition Chord Based on Back-propagation Neural Network

This paper shows the reconstruction of existing composition chord program using back propagation neural network. In this approach, in order to produce the expectation values, weight values are controlled by neural network which rued chord pattern as a input vector. Experimental results showed that proposed approach is superior to a popular chord pattern method rather than existing composition program.
