Implementation of a Service Data Aggregator Service based on OGSA By Using Globes Toolkit V.3

This paper describes the main characteristics of Grid Services based on OGSA and a Grid service for aggregating service data element(SDE)s. In order to build a Grid Service, it needs to consider a systematic building approach from the high-level software architecture that represents the main system components and their interactions. The purpose of this paper is to design and implement an extended service data aggregator service in which SDE is a basic unit for collecting resource information. A GT3 based service data aggregator service is extended to apply the multiple collections based storage scheme for maintaining persistently SDEs with a XML DBMS Xindice. To provide efficient aggregating service for service data elements, which is running under wide area environment like Internet, the aggregator service is asynchronously operated by notification mechanism.
The Reliability and Comparison of ICR Network Based on SCI

The purpose of this study is to study the relability of degree 2 ICR(Interleaved Cydic Ring) network and to compare with the other rings. Two node reliability is the probability that source node communicates with the destination node through a specified time interval for ICR network. The impact for change of failure rate is studied for ICR network for small size of network, the exact value of reliability is calculated but the approximation of average reliability general function from upper bound and lower bound reliability is obtained for large size of it. The reliability of ICR network is compared with it of the other rings according to changing the cycle value of ICR.

With the development of internet and networking technology, on-line remote educations in many area are being experimented. As on-line remote educations become more common, many people make multimedia contents for educational purpose. We designed and implemented a lecture authoring tool which provide easy way to build educational multimedia contents. We implemented the authoring tool with Java JMF, which can be executed any computer hardware. The purpose of this paper is to share the experience of implementing authoring tool and the implementation result of the authoring tool using Java JMF.
A study on the System for the Mobile electronic account

Mobile service is able to offer the elastic service to anyone regardless of the place and the tin. With this characteristics, the ubiquitous service could be also provided even to the place which the access was limited with the existing line service, which could improve the mutual connection and could result in the service extension Mobile communication companies, which realized the limit of sale only by telephone conversation, have made an effort to develop wireless internet with concentration as its alternation. Especially concentrating their effort both to the development of distinctive and various contents and to tin development of system for mobile service such as the mobile banking, mobile game and etc., they have done their best to secure the number of the people using the wireless internet. This study is to propose the electronic account system based on the mobile as a case study of contents production for such a mobile service. This system has its advantage to perform the financial management immediately when the income and outcome happen without limitation of the time and space. The information could be stored, searched and modified by using of the mobile phone for this system was made up for the weak point of the financial management for wired internet.

Our Country is working in a number of areas to prepare alternative plans for excelling in the 21 century`s which is also known as the era of services, unlike the era of manufacuring in the 20 century. Digital Content (DC) business is one of the alternative. This study is analyses tile process of healing DC as well as output of the process which is prodeuced by current DC developing companies. By this kind of process analysis, we will help process enhancement to produce wolrd-wide best DC product.
The study of depth information acquisition in 2D pattern image

It is significantly important problem in computer what is estimating 3D information from 2D images. However, most of the related works have been interested in the analysis of the changes of 2D image, so that, they need much time to solve the complex equation and expensive device. In this paper, we first actively project the pattern of the sinusoidal wave into the object. Then, we measure the change of the phase from the distortion occurring according to the shape of the object, and we use the change of the phase in order to estimate the depth information. This is our proposal.
Performance Evaluation of Symbol Timing Recovery Algorithm for S-DMT Cable Modern

In this paper, we propose and evaluate symbol timing recovery algorithm for S-DMT cable modern, which supports more channels and better quality symmetric mutimedia service over HFC network. We adopt timing recovery algorithm of PN sequence insertion in time domain and evaluate the performance of it in various noise channel such as AWGN, ISI, impulse. We verified that performance of this algorithm is depends on the channel noise environment and sampling clock offset and that over 10 dB degradation of Eb/No is occurred at the timing failure probability of
in the composite noise channel of AWGN, ISI, and impulse in comparison with impulse noise-alone channel. finally, we verified that this algorithm showed good timing failure probability in case of sampling clock optimization was performed in advance.
A Study on the System for the Computer Remote Control by Mobile

The development of various contents has been accelerated with the explosive increase of the number of internet users, the rapid expansion of wireless internet service and the pervasion of mobile terminal. Mobile service is able to offer the elastic service to anyone regardless of the place and the time. With this characteristics, this service could be extended even to the pace which the access was limited with the existing line service. The purpose of this study is to propose a system which is able to make a remote control of computer by means of mobile as an example of the production of contents for such mobile service. With this system it could be identified what kind of job a user of PC is making by mobile phone regardless of the time and place. The functions such as termination reboot, messenger, macro execution, and timer are included. The greatest advantage of the system proposed in this paper is to protect the youth, who are making an access recklessly to the harmful site, by use of mobile at my time and any place.
The Optimization path searching Method Development for Destination

In this paper, we propose the new technique to compute the optimal route by considering the direction of distribution vehicles and the location for delivery, developing the algorithm of the shortest route to approach the location as applying the gemetic algorithm. This approach makes it possible for us to find the best route even under itineraries which include many destinations. Lively studies are currently in progress on the development of vehicle navigation software, combining PDA GPS, and electronic maps. Many web-sites are providing a varier of services which use electronic maps. Popular among these services is one that computes the optimal route between two positions that a user inputs. This service of computing the optimal route plays an important role in distribution industries such as home-delivery. For the distribution system. the construction of a vehicle regulation system enables us to calculate and manipulate the optimal route for distribution vehicles, to enhance the efficiency in making use of vehicles and labor, and to reduce costs.

An Error Control running on Digital Carousel System for Media Object Sharing

Our Digital Carousel enables user to share media objects through media synchronization mechanism. We implemented the Digital Carousel so that the users participated in collaborative work may refer shared media or error objects as the same view to others. This paper explains the design and implementation of the EC_DXS(Error Control in Digital Carousel System). EC_DCS is a system that is suitable for detecting sharing and recovering software error based on multimedia CSCW(Computer Supportes Cooperated Work). With error sharing system, a group cooperating users can share me. applications. From the perspective of multimedia collaborative environment, an error application becomes another interactive presentation error is shared with participant engaged in a cooperative work.
Performance Analysis of Error Recovery System on Distributed Multimedia Environment

The requirement of distributed multimedia applications is the need for sophisticated QoS(quality of service) management. In terms of distributed multimedia systems, the most important catagories for quality of service are a timeless, volume, and reliability. In this paper, we discuss a method for increasing reliability through fault tolerance. We describe the desist and implementation of the ERA running on distributed multimedia environment ERA is a system is able to recover automatically a software error based on distributed multimedia. This paper explains a performance analysis of an error recovery system running on distributed multimedia environment using the rule-based DEVS modeling and simulation techniques. In DEVS, a system has a time base, inputs, states, outputs, and functions.
A Study on the Natural Language Generation by Machine Translation

In machine translation the goal of natural language generation is to produce an target sentence transmitting the meaning of source sentence by using an parsing tree of source sentence and target expressions. It provides generator with linguistic structures, word mapping, part-of-speech, lexical information. The purpose of this study is to research the Korean Characteristics which could be used for the establishment of an algorism in speech recognition and composite sound. This is a part of realization for the plan of automatic machine translation. The stage of MT is divided into the level of morphemic, semantic analysis and syntactic construction.
