A Study on Education and Development of the Digital Cartoon and Animation

The appearance of digital culture contents swiftly has changed the culture in domestic and international areas in recently and the digital cartoon and animation have become the most important expression media in contemporary age. The digital cartoon and animation industry have attracted the attention of the people as the business of the OSMU(One Source Multi User) which has the possibility to expand and to enhance the added value not only for the field of image and character business but also for the area of the advertising and tourist business. Therefore, in this paper, 1 study on education and development of the digital cartoon and animation. Firstly, I study on definition and type of the digital cartoon, and work flow of the cartoon contents production. Secondly, the purpose of this study is to analyze and research the domestic business trend of the digital cartoon and animation. Finally, 1 propose the plan of policy and education of the digital cartoon and animation.
A Study on the Development of a Value-Added Real Estate Information System with a Focus on Marketing Analysis Using Credit Card Data

While most of the real estate information provided on the web is simply based on the information of the properties like addresses, locations, prices etc, this paper suggests methodologies for the development of a total information system of real estate which can provide, in an one-stop mode, value-added real estate information contents. The total information system of real estate designed in this paper includes a geological information system using a GIS, a property information system using photos and videos, a systemized legal consulting system, a web call center where customers can communicate with real estate experties on the web and lastly marketing analyses system using credit card data.
Design and Implementation of a Real-Time Emotional Avatar

This paper presents the development of certain efficient method for expressing the emotion of an avatar based on the facial expression recognition. This new method is not changing a facial expression of the avatar manually. It can be changing a real time facial expression of the avatar based on recognition of a facial pattern which can be captured by a web cam. It provides a tool for recognizing some part of images captured by the web cam. Because of using the model-based approach, this tool recognizes the images faster than other approaches such as the template-based or the network-based. It is extracting the shape of user's lip after detecting the information of eyes by using the model-based approach. By using changes of lip's patterns, we define 6 patterns of avatar's facial expression by using 13 standard lip's patterns. Avatar changes a facial expression fast by using the pre-defined avatar with corresponding expression.

A Study on the Performance of H.264/AVC with FEC in Wireless Internet Environment

In this paper, We proposed joint-modulation CDMA system for efficient streaming transmission. and, We analyzed joint-modulation CDMA system using nakagami fading model and impulsive interference model for transmission channel environment. Also, it can being compensate the performance degradation by using MRC diversity scheme and BCH coding scheme.
Implementation of Learning Puzzle Game by using Combination of Korean Alphabet

In this paper, learning oriented puzzle game which based on combination of consonant and vowel of Korean alphabet is implemented. Firstly, consonants and vowels of Korean alphabet are classified separately, and then reconstructed a word in real time. Word combinator is utilized by API based edit window and, in order to effective retrieve, initial combined syllable consonant based method is involved. Implemented Korean puzzle game can be used for improving the words learning capability for children.
An experimental study about integrated service environment based on e-mail by using rich internet application concept

The trend of the web is moving from portal-centered to user-centered, and RIA(rich internet application) is considered best solution for usability and functionality of the next generation web. But the lack of reference document or technical guide for RIA implementation is a big obstacle for extension of RIA environment to practical business engineer or user. In this paper, I will suggest the implementation conceptand reference site for user-centered environment based on RIA concept. The suggested concept support wire/wireless environment, and use the e-mail that is already used by many company or portal. The contents of this paper will be very helpful to the practical engineer or portal/company that want to use or implement about RIA environment.
The On-line tug of war Battle game with Character raising mode

Recently, the mobile game market is growing due to the extension of mobile devices and internet. The mobile games are became a popular culture in society. But the existing mobile games have two simple forms. There are tow models in the mobile games. The first is as follows. The user downloads a game one time and play the game at off-line field. The second is as follows. The user play a battle game at on-line field. In the paper, we propose a new on-line "tug of war" game model which the user can play two kinds of game. They are the on-line battle mode game and the character raising mode game. Thus, this game model is different to existing mobile games and innovative model in mobile game market. This paper proposes a new research field in mobile game market with the characteristic that the user tan play two modes. One mode is the on-line tug of war battle mode and the other is the character raising mode.
Performance Improvement of Multi-Carrier DS-CDMA System using Hybrid SC/MRC-Lc/L Diversity Received Technique

In this paper, we have considered the performance improvement of Multi-Carrier DS-CDMA system using hybrid SC/MRC-Lc/L diversity receiving technique over multipath fading environment and compared with that of a Wideband DS-CDMA system. In the result, the PBI has caused a performance deterioration over partial bandwidth in Multi-Carrier DS-CDMA system. Also, Multi-Carrier DS-CDMA system using Hybrid SC/MRC-Lc/L diversity received can determined the complexity and the performance vs the expenses for the system that select the number of input branches.
A Study on Fabric Color Mapping for 2D Virtual Wearing System

Mass-customization is fast growing a segment of the apparel market. 2D Virtual wearing system is one of visual support tools that make possible to sell apparel before producing and reduce the time and costs related to product development and manufacturing in the world of apparel mass-customization. This paper is related to fabric color mapping method for 2D image-based virtual wearing system. In proposed method, clothing shape section of interest is segmented from a clothes model image using a region growing method, and then mapping a new fabric color selected by user into it based on its intensity difference map is processed. With the proposed method in 2D virtual wearing system, regardless of color or intensity of model clothes, it is possible to virtually change the fabric color with holding the illumination and shading properties of the selected clothing shape section, and also to quickly and easily simulate, compare, and select multiple fabric color combinations for individual styles or entire outfits.

A cell phone is a necessity for the modern society. The function of mobile phone enables us to exchange various information beyond the time and space. In addition it has lots of function such as shooting of moving picture. This study is to research the accuracy and rapidity of the information by means of SMS, and to propose a new system of transmission in order to create a profit for the life economy. Through the function, which is suggested in this paper, we can store the phone number to the sending category of the other party's phone by combining character or number. We can expect the most accuracy and swiftness of the cellphone information via of this proposed research.
A study on protection technology and scope about information Privacy in ubiquitous Sensing Network Environment (A focus on context awareness system and personal information)

There are some technologies such as USN, RFID, Home-network to advance the ubiquitous era. Those technologies embody Context-Awareness System. To Context-Awareness System is that human, objects and environment supply information with cable and wireless at real time. So private information, information privacy, a wide sense privacy will be faced on serious menace. In this article, I analyze threat of private information in Context-Awareness System under USN(ubiquitous Sensing Network) surroundings and present technology to protect private information. Each technology can apply subdivided protection province information privacy. I expect definition of information privacy, insight through technological presentation and total solution in this article.
