Interesting and researching of green building has evolved globally. In building's evolution, human basic demand like health and living quality has increased. But now research of green buildings focus on environmental load reduction from conservation, development and saving of energy. Even though, current green buildings include some Factor of healthy housing techniques. But that is related on just 1-dimensional quality of air and ecology environment's factor. Experiment research and analysis of effects on health are so weak. Furthermore, example of building from research on healthy housing techniques is rare. therefore, in this study, we propose robust healthy housing techniques using horticultural therapy. from this techniques, we can realize energy saving building through passive house techniques. Energy-efficient energy saving building with an emphasis on the efficiency of heating and cooling equipment generates, insulation materials harmful to the human body for a closed room so the lack of air circulation that occurs, the structure of the building or furniture such as volatile organic compounds that occur in daily life due to building for more than 90% of residents are under threat to human health. In this study, common in Europe and is being actively introduced in the country through a technique of Passive House buildings to achieve energy-saving techniques, horticultural therapy, and at the same time can be realized by utilizing health healthy housing construction techniques presented.

Kim, Hyeong-Eon ; Lee, Dong-Hoon ;
Journal of the architectural institute of Korea planning & design, volume 30, issue 8, 2014, Pages 31~38
DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.31
The purpose of this study is to reconsider the importance and necessity of three generation housings and make a promising foundation for the demand which inevitably take place in the near future through research and analysis of three generation housing products by the Japanese private housing companies. The housing products can be categorized into four types of cohabitation type. fusion type, separation type and independence type through analysis by spatial composition elements of entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen and bath room from the samples. The types of separation and independence that support each individual generation show almost double the ratio than the types of cohabitation and fusion that have the tendency of harmony and unification, which reflects the customer's needs in that the efforts of Japanese private companies pursue effective and guaranteed profit. The types of separation and independence are flexible to respond to the change of the constituent family members and can be utilized as urban housing.

Widening of a road as a part of urban planning has focused solely on widening of a road with its original purpose being improvement of urban traffic and pedestrian environment. As a result, its impact on the environment was overlooked. Road-widening at city center should be undertaken with consideration into its effect on the street surroundings and streetscapes of the city. Thus, the study identified problems that may arise in urban commercial streets in widening of a road and its impact on the street surroundings, seeking for architectural approaches on the renewal of urban commercial streets. The study attempted to identify the phenomena after the expansion with the sites that widening of a road was undertaken and to suggest an alternative in the renewal of urban commercial streets through direct involvement from beginning to end of the projects.

Journal of the architectural institute of Korea planning & design, volume 30, issue 8, 2014, Pages 47~55
DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.47
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of pedestrian volume by the time period on the positioning of retail stores. To understand the relationship between pedestrian volume and store location, we conducted three analyses: consumer's expenditure patterns analysis, consumer groups' travel time analysis, store density analysis of Suwon City. The analysis on the expenditure patterns by consumer groups showed that there are different kinds of expenditure patterns by the characteristics of each consumer group classified by genders and age groups. Also, the major expenditure items of each consumer group were identified by using the analysis. The analysis on the time period of trip of each consumer group was conducted to comprehend the traveling patterns decided by the living patterns of each consumer group and their time period of trip. The result of the store density analysis showed that the pedestrian volume of certain time period which has a high component ratio of the business' major consumer groups had a decisive effect on the store location rather than the pedestrian volume of other time period. The findings of this study suggest that retailers should take account of the pedestrian volume by time period to secure customers when they make decisions on choosing the kind of business and its location.

Journal of the architectural institute of Korea planning & design, volume 30, issue 8, 2014, Pages 65~73
DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.65
In this study, we compared and analyzed the domestic and foreign working space area standards and domestic development condition to provide the applicable optimized area of working space per person. Using field surveys combined with literature search, the layout of surveyed business facilities and the area of each space were analyzed through collected drawings and field measurements. The working space was divided into personal exclusive space (area for exclusive use) and public space. Through the survey of domestic and foreign area standards, it was found that the working space area per person of our country itself was not small. However unlike the foreign cases, the areas to be included in the public space were included in the personal exclusive space in our country. Also the field survey revealed the space provided to an individual was about
in which only
belonged to the personal exclusive space. Therefore, we proposed per
in the optimal business facility area plan by reflecting the development condition of including various public areas in the working space area per person.

DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.75
The main purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting caregivers' satisfaction in the group-homes for the elderly with dementia. A variety of statistical analysis were used to understand caregivers' satisfaction with the data which obtained through questionnire, interview and survey of facilities in S, G and P cities, Gyeonggi province. 86 data excluding missing data were used to analyze. The results of this study were as follows; (1) Caregivers directly took care of residents for many hours. Residents recovered their health by degrees. (2) Caregivers in general expressed their satisfaction at environment of facility except for bedroom. Bedroom for 3~4 persons is universal in Korea. But the area of bedroom for 3~4 persons is not large to support the elderly's way of life and caregivers' scope of activity. The size of each space is demanded to be more larger than now. (3) Caregivers in general expressed their satisfaction at performance of their duties excluding monthly pay. They had a high opinion of themselves in their duties. (4) Caregivers' satisfaction bears a (positive) relation to residents' life and health.
A Empirical Analysis on the Impact of the Consumer Sentiment on the Housing Market
Chun, Hae-Jung ;
Journal of the architectural institute of Korea planning & design, volume 30, issue 8, 2014, Pages 83~90
DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.83
This study aims to conduct the empirical analysis on the impact of consumer sentiment on the housing market by using time-series analysis methodology. As for the consumer sentiment for housing, the consumer sentiment index for housing sales market was utilized, whereas the housing sales price was set by the sales price index. As for the time range, the monthly data from January 2012 to March 2014 was utilized, whereas the spatial range was sub-divided into nationwide, Seoul and non-Capital area. As a result of analyzing the impulse response, the sales price and consumer sentiment index as to the sales price impact displayed a positive (+) reaction in all the regions. In addition, the sales price as to the impact of consumer sentiment index displayed a positive (+) reaction in nationwide and Seoul, whereas it displayed a positive (+) reaction at the initial phase but later displayed a weak negative (-) reaction. It is believed that the reason why the size of reaction in Seoul was found to be larger than the other regions was because it was performing the role of investment goods that would be affected more significantly by psychological factors as compared with the other regions. As a result of this study, it was possible to find out that the consumer sentiment as to housing, in other words, the intention for purchase, had a large impact on housing sales price. Thus, the result thereof indicates that the consumer sentiment index can be leveraged as an important variable as to the changes of real estate market in the Korean real-estate market as well. Also, it implies that consumer sentiment and intention for purchase should be taken into consideration for analyzing the real-estate market going forward.
A Study on the Characteristics of restructuring urban space by the World Exposition
Lee, Kyung-Jin ; Chung, Jae-Yong ;
Journal of the architectural institute of Korea planning & design, volume 30, issue 8, 2014, Pages 91~98
DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.91
This study is on how the World Exposition held in urban space work on the restructuring of urban space together with capital flow from the Regulation Theory and space production. The World Exposition were compared by time from the viewpoint of Regulation Theory and the relationship between the indicator characteristics and the constituting elements of the World Exposition was verified by analyzing two sponsor cities in a single state regarding the contact between the space production theory produced by the parties in a society and the World Exposition. The result of this study are as following. First, the reproducing space of the World Exposition is detailed as the result of the hegemony sought by the accumulation system performance and the pressure/adjustment of the state, companies and citizens. Second, the physical space of the World Exposition and the reproduced space image formed by experiencing the physical space are reproduced by the spaces in sponsoring city and surrounding spaces along the time axis. Third, the space production mechanism of these reproduction and practice creates new reproduction area of the city and realizes the hegemony by providing city with foundation for space restructuring. This study contemplated the role of the World Exposition in the restructuring of urban space and capital circulation within the structure where the environmental factors, the planning factors, the experiencing factors and intangible contents of the World Exposition are reabsorbed and reformed. This study also found that the World Exposition should be closely analyzed from the viewpoint of urban space and approached with strategy rather than from the viewpoint of city marketing or profit/loss calculation. This study has its significance and value as a beginning point of future studies with such implication.
A Study on the Characteristics of the Church Area in the Catholic Church of Korea Since 1990 - Focusing on the Diocese of Suwon -
Choi, Jong-In ; Chung, Jin-Won ;
Journal of the architectural institute of Korea planning & design, volume 30, issue 8, 2014, Pages 99~108
DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.99
The Catholic Church of Korea has built the Church buildings focused on the liturgical space from the very beginning of the Church history. In the early days of its history, the Church had a liturgical space and a rectory, however, since the Second Vatican Council in 1962, it has expanded its space with the catechetical and the missionary space. In modern times, the building site has been getting smaller and the Church building has become a multipurpose one. This study seeks the characteristics of the Church area since 1990. It shows what is different in the Church architecture before and after 1990. The result is as follows. First, the Church becomes an high-rise and huge multipurpose building which has a basement. Second, when it becomes huge and high-rise, the 42.3% of the total space of the Church is used for a corridor, a hall and a basement garage. Third, the liturgical space is still plane and cross section after the Church became an multipurpose building. Fourth, the area for catechism and koinonia has been larger, but they are located in an basement level. The Church has been getting bigger year by year and the Church architecture considers an efficient use of the Church building, but still we need to plan more efficient space with its proper arrangement, minimizing additional spaces such as a corridor and a hall.

Journal of the architectural institute of Korea planning & design, volume 30, issue 8, 2014, Pages 109~116
DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.109
People come to museum to have a look at the exhibition. The pathway they take while viewing the exhibition is linked to the spatial structure of the museum. In particular, the pathway in the exhibition space is influenced by the layout of the exhibits. People tend to choose their pathway naturally according to their purpose and their conditions of museum-fatigue without having to plan it prior to it. And it's at this moment, that active and passive pathway is noticed. The distance of the pathway is determined by the structure of the exhibition room. The study was done on the layout of the exhibits. It showed that people chose their pathways depending on the location of the exits. When the exit was far away, people became tired quickly by the length of the exhibition room even for the active visitors. On the other hand, when the exits were nearby, it provided more opportunity to show the exhibits for the passive visitors. As the study was done in understanding the specific needs of the layout of the exhibits, it will provide more pleasant and effective view of the exhibition and the planning of the exhibits to the visitors.

Lee, Jun-Suk ;
Journal of the architectural institute of Korea planning & design, volume 30, issue 8, 2014, Pages 117~124
DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.117
The undergraduate architecture programs have shifted to 5-year professional degree program since 2002, and still require variety of assistance for running of vastly increased design studio classes. To provide objective grounds for suggesting effective teaching methodology for studios, this study examined a relationship between students' self-efficacy and academic achievement of design studios. The Study also examined relationships between students' personal variables such as degree of design competition participation, extra curricular group activity for design, desired future careers and students' achievements for design. It is known that a success for design studio relies on interaction between student and the instructor. Also, it is easy to assume that students' self-efficacy can be strengthen by the instructors. Since the theory of self-efficacy is known to be crucial for student's achievements in general, this study examined it to confirm with the architecture students. The study revealed statistically significant relationship between students' self-efficacy and their academic achievement of design studios. Also, the study showed that students with more participation at design competition get better achievement in studio. The students with career goal to work in design firms also showed better results in studio. Therefore, the study suggests that it is important to further encourage students to improve self-efficacy during design studio classes. Also, encouraging students to pursue a profession in design firms and sponsoring participation for competitions will also assist achievement in design studios.
A Study on the Methods and the Characteristics of Modernized Representation of Traditional Features Adopted in Guest Rooms of Modern Hotels - Focus on a Comparative Field Study of Five-star Hotels in Metropolitan Cities in Korea, China and Japan -
Kim, Bo-Ram ; Choi, Sang-Hun ;
Journal of the architectural institute of Korea planning & design, volume 30, issue 8, 2014, Pages 125~131
DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.125
Seoul is entering an era of 20 million tourists, which has been driven by the widespread adoption of five-day workweek and the ever-increasing foreign tourists seeking for personal experience of Korean culture. This is the right time in this sense to bring some changes into the modern hotel rooms, since they are the very front lines that the Korean traditions can be disseminated along. This study attempts to extract traditional expressive factors residing in guest rooms and to suggest the modernization methods applicable to Seoul five-star hotel rooms through an in-depth study on how the traditional factors can be expressed effectively in modern fashion. This study unfolds its attempt as follows: The factors that can express traditional aspects in guest rooms are extracted first, and the standard analytic tools are set up using the modernization method of traditional factors, such as reproduction, alteration and reinterpretation of original forms. Adopting those standard tools from the modernization method of traditional factors the guest rooms of hotels in Korea, China, and Japan are examined comparatively, and the patterns in expressing the traditional factors are analyzed for all sample hotels. Finally, based upon these we propose some guidelines and data necessary for the effective modernized representation of traditional factors, which can be applicable to domestic hotels.
Study on the Change of Column-leaning and the Comparison with the Method in Heungchunsa Geungnakbojeon - Focused on comparison of survey report in 1988 and 3D scan survey in 2011 -
An, Dai-Whan ;
Journal of the architectural institute of Korea planning & design, volume 30, issue 8, 2014, Pages 133~142
DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.133
The one of main characteristics of Korean traditional wooden architecture is the change of wooden structure through the flow of time. So the survey report deals with the change of wooden structure importantly. The purpose of this study was to find the change of wooden structure in same architectural heritage through the flow of time. Recently, the 3D scanner is widely used for survey way of architectural heritage unlike the conventional method. And it is rare to survey same architectural heritage again. So there is no data of same method in same architectural heritage with the time interval. And the survey equipment and method will change more rapidly to get the more acurate and efficient data. To find the change of wooden structure through the flow of time, it need to understand the characteristics of survey methods through the comparison and analysis. This study was to compare with the survey report in 1988 and 3D scan survey in 2011 about the change of the column-leaning in Heungchunsa Geungnakbojeon. 3D scan survey is more accurate than the conventional method as for the column-leaning. The cloumn-leaning of Heungchunsa Geungnakbojeon already had the tendency of leanning toward the front of the building. But the leaning of colunms toward the front of the building is not tend to progress from 1988 to 2011. And the tendency of column-leaning shows the various directions. So, it need to regular survey for the change of wooden structure in architectural heritage and need to study on the comparision with the surveying ways.
A Study on the Influences of a Tradition in the Formation of the Japanese Metabolism Group
Kwon, Je-Joong ;
Journal of the architectural institute of Korea planning & design, volume 30, issue 8, 2014, Pages 143~152
DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.143
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influences of a tradition in the formation of japanese 'Metabolism' group. Until now in the world architectural circle, the Metabolism group rated simply as a group of contemporary avant-garde architects who have used biological analogy. But, to define the Metabolism group and its architecture simply as a avant-garde architectural group is insufficient to understand its architectural characteristics and aim. Therefore, in this study, I focused on Metabolism's architectural purpose rather than its experimental architectural images or theories as a result. By tracing about the formation of group, I analyzed of how the new architectural attempts of Metabolism which have combined japanese tradition with Modern architecture established in the World architectural trend. Although korean architectural circumstances are different with japanese Metabolism's, to succeed the culture and tradition is also our urgent problem and we need to have such a critical mind. Therefore, this study would be expected to help the awareness of these issues.
Temporal Characteristics Shown in Zaha Hadid's Early Architectures - Focusing on the Effect of Malevich Paintings -
Moon, Jung-Pil ;
Journal of the architectural institute of Korea planning & design, volume 30, issue 8, 2014, Pages 153~162
DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.153
The study brought temporality that examined Malevich's pictoriality to the expression of Hadid's architecture design, aiming to examine deconstructive tendency through temporal feature that achieved interpretation of architectural form and space. The following tendencies were drawn as a spatiotemporal feature represented in Hadid's architectural design with Malevich's pictoriality in the background. First, it was found that the fragmented iconography in Hadid's illustrations was influenced by Malevich paintings, and the underlying cubist and futurist temporality was added to three-dimensional space, which was expressed as explosiveness. Second, the icons in Hadid's illustrations showed liveliness that grows in the existing architecture in order to bring images out of dynamic and connotative space, and temporality with playfulness as its medium in order to awaken space routines present in a phenomenon. Third, Hadid's illustrations made multiple simultaneous arrangements for vanishing points of multi-point and one point perspectives and combined the building site with surroundings by overlapping individual projections of plane, elevation and cross-section to represent infinity of time. Therefore, the characteristic of Hadid's architectural illustration is understood as a deconstructive text that reveals space and time to perceptual systems to embrace complex and diverse thinking that modern architecture requires.
Site Layout Design of Buddhist Temples of Single Pagoda-image Hall Pattern of Paekje Viewed through the Influential Relationship with China and Koguryo
Kim, Sung-Woo ;
Journal of the architectural institute of Korea planning & design, volume 30, issue 8, 2014, Pages 163~172
DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.163
Early development of East Asian Buddhist temples can be interpreted mainly through the analysis of the process of change of site design. The development of Korean ancient Buddhist temples during the period of Three Kingdoms had to be discussed as domestic development since no Chinese cases of archeological excavation were reported. Recently 5 temples sites of northern China were excavated and therefore, this paper attempt to compare the development of Chinese and Korean site design of temples. Particularly, this research focus on the identification of Paekje temples of single pagoda-image hall pattern in Puyo area based on the influential comparison between the cases of China and Koguryo. The development of Paekjy temples were influenced by both China and Koguryo, but during the
century, Koguryo seem to have influenced more strongly, and later on during the
century, Chinese temples influenced more than Koguryo. These can be proved mainly by the arrangement of corridor and connected buildings, as well as the way pagoda and image hall were placed within the rectangular corridor.
A Study on the Comparison of Freud's Dynamic Model and Frederick J. Kiesler's Architectural Thoughts
Lee, Jae-In ;
Journal of the architectural institute of Korea planning & design, volume 30, issue 8, 2014, Pages 173~180
DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.173
This study compared Frederick J. Kiesler's endless and correalism with Freud's dynamic model of psychoanalysis and, based on the comparison results, analyzed Kiesler's works, inferring new architectural concepts from a psychoanalytical viewpoint. In addition, the study found the interface between psychoanalysis and modern architecture based on the architectural concept drawn here, establishing the basis of combining the two fields. The results of the study are as follows. First, the comparison of dynamic model as an agency and correalism found that human environment can be comparable to a conscious ego, and natural environment and artificial environment to unconscious id and super-ego. The space which serves as a medium connecting the three environments can be seen as an agency that connects psychological factors of dynamic model. When the space concept of endless is compared here, the three environments can be understood as spaces that circulate without stopping like agencies of psychological factors in dynamic model. Second, in Kiesler's early works, his concept of endless was tilted towards morphological sides as continuous tension of shell structures. However, as he created several works, he developed the concept of section, and visual continuity evolved into spatial continuity. In this process, segment serves as a subject of spatial medium as an agency of each space. Third, in the final version of Kiesler's Endless House, segment developed as a symbolic space of seclusion. The space finalizes the concept of endless by completing a whole spatial flow through expanding the concept of section. This can be comparable to Freud's theoretical development that shows the psychological factors of ego, super-ego, and id have conscious and unconscious flows as agencies by completing dynamic model through the instruction of super-ego in Constructivist model.
A Study on the Relationship between Pedestrian-Vehicle Collisions and the Physical Environment Surrounding Schools for Safe Routes to School
Park, Seung-Hoon ;
Journal of the architectural institute of Korea planning & design, volume 30, issue 8, 2014, Pages 181~189
DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.181
The purpose of this study is to explore environmental correlates of pedestrian-vehicle collisions within walkable distance from neighborhood schools in order to promote safe walking environment around schools. For this research, the total number of pedestrian-vehicle collisions occurred around each neighborhood school for 2000 through 2004 is measured as an indicator of the safety level of walking environment around schools. A negative binomial regression model is employed for spatial quantitative analysis. The result of spatial analysis indicates that sidewalk density, traffic signal density, cul-de-sac density, the number of fast-food restaurants, the number of parking lots, and the number of residential units are positively associated with pedestrian-vehicle collisions. However, it is found that the number of play grounds, the percentage of single-family housing areas, the percentage of mixed use areas, and average property value have negative association with pedestrian-vehicle collisions. These key findings of this research contribute to better understanding of the gaps in the current knowledge, for safe routes to school, regarding safe walking environment around neighborhood schools by providing new substantive knowledge regarding the significant effects of the physical environment on pedestrian-vehicle collisions.

Journal of the architectural institute of Korea planning & design, volume 30, issue 8, 2014, Pages 191~200
DOI : 10.5659/JAIK_PD.2014.30.8.191
Recently, in the real estate market, supply has been continuously exceeding demand, and it has been forecasted that the sale of real estate will no longer give rise to capital gains. In the circumstances where supply exceeds demand and housing inventories continue to increase, the future real estate market would have to place more emphasis on the value of use rather than the sales value, and on satisfying the desires of customers. This study was meaningful in that it confirmed that the visitors of Heyri Art Village experience differentiated characters or placeness, and such experiences are expressed as intent to live in or to select Heyri as their residential area, and identified the potentials or demands for new housing market. This study also gave rise to meaningful conclusion in that in developing future residential areas, there would be needs for development of differentiated residential area or formation of place that reflect the demands and sensitivity of the future place consumers.

The main thrust of this paper is to estimate the energy savings and CO2 reduction potentials acquired by hybrid photovoltaic/thermal(PV/T) system in to the established liquid desiccant-assisted evaporative cooling system. The PV/T system provides the electric power and hot water simultaneously, which are required to operate the liquid desiccant unit in the established system. The required capacity of the PV/T system can be determined for the peak electric load or peak thermal load of the liquid desiccant-assisted evaporative cooling system. Consequently, energy simulations were performed for the two different PV/T integrated system alternatives; eletric load-follow and thermal load-follow operation. The result shows that the PV/T system sized for the electric load may provide more than 20% of primary energy savings and CO2 emissions reductions compared with the PV/T system sized for the peak thermal load. Also it has economical, energetic and environmental benefits in payback time.

Validate energy saving performance and consumption rate for residential sector, the energy consumption units is very useful to provide different ranking criteria. From this reason, energy consumption units is derived from the statistics survey data that reflected by occupant's life style and the corresponding residential appliances. Additionally, time use survey data that sequence of activities in household members are collected with time diaries providing a multi faceted material and considered to calculate for energy consumption. The overall energy consumption units found in simulation data is well described by the statistic document and the difference of electricity use was showed between 1.3% and 5.9% associated with house members. Moreover, the heating energy consumption units is reached about 88% for statistic data and literature.

As construction of low-energy buildings becomes a rising issue, small-size energy systems can deal with loads in heating, domestic hot water(DHW) supplying, ventilation, and so on. A single apparatus containing all the system components is recently developed particularly in Europe. Since a single heat pump inside the apparatus must meet different energy needs, dynamic analyses are important for such a system. In this work, a simulation model of a selected multi-functional apparatus is developed in TRNSYS, one of the well-known dynamic simulation tool. Each energy component is defined using experimental results, and a final combined TRNSYS module is validated with experimentation carried out for the entire system. Results show that error is under 10% for all the testing cases. Transient simulations are run with the developed model to analyze the thermal behaviour of the apparatus. As the heat pump is operated in a way that the control priority is on DHW, auxiliary heaters are frequently operated when DHW signals are active and particularly for a not-well insulated building and when outdoor temperatures are low. Analysis results also show potential of connecting a solar thermal collector to the apparatus as proposed in an option by the manufacturer.

As energy conservation in buildings has become an important issue today, a variety of regulations are being implemented in Korea and other countries. G-SEED which is the representative environmental performance assessment in Korea designates '2.1.1 Energy Performance' item as the prerequisite assessment item. Besides, this item has the highest points of all of the items. Energy Performance Index(EPI) which consists of 39 factors for non-residential buildings is one of the assessment methods of 2.1.1 item. The scoring system of EPI has to get over 65 points out of 119 points by selecting factors of EPI. This selection of EPI is done freely except three factors which are mandatory. However this scoring system of EPI may cause some problems that easily applicable factors are more preferred over important factors for energy performance in buildings. This study analyzes selected factors of EPI in the non-residential buildings certified G-SEED. Also, the important factors of EPI for energy performance surveyed through Delphi survey method. The purpose of this study is to suggest the improved scoring system of EPI in G-SEED based on the analyzed results to assess reasonably for improvement of energy performance.
