Estimation Technique of Frequency using FIR Filter in the Power System

Frequency is an important operating parameter of a power system. Electric power systems sustain transient frequency swings whenever the balance between generation and load does not no longer hold. To cope with this constraints, it requires an accurate and high speedy frequency deviation estimation technique and suitable adjustment to obtain the Power system energy balance. This paper describes a digital signal processing technique for measuring the operating frequency of a power system. The fundamental frequency component of 3-phase signal is first extracted by using an algorithm based on FIR filter. The rate change of the phase angle is used for estimation. To confirm the validity of the proposed algorithm, the simulation studies carried out on a typical 154KV double T/L system by using EMTP software. Some test results are presented in the paper.
Brushless DC Motor Control for Photovoltaic Water-Pumping System

In this paper, we adapted BLDC motor to PV water pumping systems to maintain high efficiency in the wide speed area. Also, to design confidence we adapted the vector control that drive the maximum torque at each speed limit. We designed optimal gain value of current, speed and pressure PI controller. Inverter gate pulse used Space Vector PWM to reduce torque pulsation of BLDC motor. According to, it was improve general matters of high water storage tank method by direct water supply pumping method.
Development of Controller for MPB BLDC Motor

The aim of this paper is to develop a controller of multi-phase bipolar brushless DC (MPB BLDC) motors for an electric bicycle. A MPB BLDC motor has a Permanent magnet rotor in which the magnetic arrangement is radial to the shaft and integral to the rotor laminations. This technique concentrates flux, giving a higher flux density than a surface-mounted PM motor and increases reluctance torque. The stator of MPB BLBC motor has parallel winding, allowing multi-phase separate independent controllability. It gets much more high power than wye-connection at same low voltage. The conventional techniques of exited with modulation(EWM), bidirection control, and partial square wale control are Proposed with one H-bridge and two photo sensors per phase. The Proposed controller is satisfied for the limited speed control and designed for system stability Experimental results show the performance of the proposed controller of MPB BLDC motors for an electric bicycle.
Trial Manufacture of Ozone Generator Using Silent Discharge Type and Improvement Properties of the Water Quality in the Lake

ln this paper, a ozone generator using superimposition of silent discharge has been designed and manufactured. This type ozone generator is equipped with three electrodes and two gaps. Ozone is generated by superimposition of silent discharge, which is respectively come from two gaps. The maximum values of ozone concentration, ozone generation flow and ozone energy field were obtained 4,750[ppm], 2.37[g/h], 102.3[g/kWh]. Also, the result of reaction of 1,8921ppm] ozone and the sampling water from the lake, the water quality was improved from IV grade to In grade, and obtained 100[%] sterilization rate of Escherichia coli within 5.0(min).
An Implementation and Design of Active Noise Control System in the Complex Frequency

In this paper, we propose a new Active Noise Filter Control System which operate as a control performance when a adaptive filter fault. In this system, half-fixed filter which is new filter, connected to parallel with adaptive filter. An adaptive filler use to continuous parameter estimating, but adaptive filter is fault, half-fixed filter update newly data which is continuous estimating date each during sampling period. We simulate and apply the proposed active noise filter system to in the cylinder type duct. Experimental results show that proposed Active Noise Filter Control System has better control performance than existing filter which Eriksson's or Parallel Filter System in term of noise reduction.
