Have been analyzed over a range of the reduced electric field strength between 0.1 and 350[Td] by the two-term approximation of the Boltzmann equation (BEq.) method and the Monte Carlo simulation (MCS). The results of the Boltzmann equation and the Monte Carlo simulation have been compared with the data presented by several workers. Commercialization of Integrated DCU for the Platform Screen Door

Platform Screen Door, PSD, is a device that seeks to prevent accidents with regards to falling off the platform and getting trapped between the trains, achieve improvements on the cleanliness of the air, address the accessibility issue of the disabled and the elderly and provide fresher environment on the platform in general. This is achieved by preventing health hazards and accidents from occurring through installation of fixed and moving doors between rail, tram and subway platforms and the railway. Domestic firms have achieved domestic production to a large degree in various Control Units including the Overall Control Unit and RF devices through investments in technology. Despite this, full domestic production of the core of the PSD system, Door Control Unit, DCU, is not yet achieved, having to install PSDs in a relatively short period of time. Currently, controllers with DC motors are developed for installation or one is faced with having to import foreign produced controllers. In this research, the control unit prototype using the BLDC motor was domestically produced. The performance of the control unit was rigorously tested through installation on Eun-Ha Rail on Wol-Mi Island.
A Study on the Reliability of Failure Diagnosis Methods of Oil Filled Transformer using Actual Dissolved Gas Concentration

Large Power transformer is a complex and critical component of power plant and consists of cellulosic paper, insulation oil, core, coil etc. Insulation materials of transformer and related equipment break down to liberate dissolved gas due to corona, partial discharge, pyrolysis or thermal decomposition. The dissolved gas kinds can be related to the type of electrical faults, and the rate of gas generation can indicate the severity of the fault. The identities of gases being generated are using very useful to decide the condition of transformation status. Therefore dissolved gas analysis is one of the best condition monitoring methods for power transformer. Also, on-line multi-gas analyzer has been developed and installed to monitor the condition of critical transformers. Rogers method, IEC method, key gas method and Duval Triangle method are used to failure diagnosis typically, and those methods are using the ratio or kinds of dissolved gas to evaluate the condition of transformer. This paper analyzes the reliability of transformer diagnostic methods considering actual dissolved gas concentration. Fault diagnosis is performed based on the dissolved gas of five transformers which experienced various fault respectively in the field, and the diagnosis result is compared with the actual off-line fault analysis. In this comparison result, Diagnostic methods using dissolved gas ratio like Rogers method, IEC method are sometimes fall outside the ratio code and no diagnosis but Duval triangle method and Key gas method is correct comparatively.
Mesh Grounding Grid Design of Dangerous Voltage Review

When we design the grounding grid, dangerous voltage ANSI/IEEE Std. 80 method has been commonly used in the domestic area. However, the suitability of the ground rules for the design environment available. However, the suitability of the ground rules for the design environment available. In this paper, sticks according to the electrode conductor in combination with the mesh in order to design the ground by the IEEE Std.80 was designed. So in this paper, we examined of IEEE Std. 80 touch voltage method marginal utility and we induced for those problems by comparison between IEEE Std. 80 touch voltage value and simulation experimentation value. Furthermore, this paper presents a new design grounding system method that complements the IEEE Std. 80 method.
A Design of LDO(Low Dropout Regulator) with Enhanced Settling Time and Regulation Property

A conventional LDO(Low Dropout Regulator) uses one OPAMP and one signal path. This means that OPAMP's DC Gain and Bandwidth can't optimize simultaneously within usable power. This also appears that regulation property and settling time of LDO can't improve at the same time. Based on this idea, a proposed LDO uses two OPAMP and has two signal path. To improve regulation property, OPAMP where is used in the path which qualities DC gain on a large scale, bandwidth designed narrowly. To improve settling time, OPAMP where is used in the path which qualities DC gain small, bandwidth designed widely. A designed LDO used 0.5um 1P2M process and provided 200mA of output current. A line regulation and load regulation is 12.6mV/V, 0.25mV/mA, respectively. And measured settling time is 1.5us in 5V supply voltage.

The loop power distribution system have many advantages such as low power loss, low voltage drop, and increase of connection of renewable energy. In this paper, the algorithm for minimization of interrupted section of power distribution system is proposed through communication between circuit breaker and recloser in loop power distribution system. The proposed algorithm is proved through case studies about reliability evaluation
A Controller Design for Speed Control of the Switched Reluctance Motor in the Train Propulsion System

Electric locomotive is adapted to high speed driving and mass transportation due to obtaining high traction force. The electric locomotive is operated by motor blocks and traction motors. Train speed is controlled by suppling power from motor blocks to traction motors according to reference speed. Speed control of the electric locomotive is efficient by spending energy between motor blocks and traction motors. Currently, switched reluctance motors have been studied because the efficient is higher than induction motors. In this paper, model of the switched reluctance motor is presented and the PID controller is applied to the model for the speed control by using Simulink. Asymmetry converter is used for real-time control and system performance is demonstrated by simulating the speed of switched reluctance motor including PID controller.

Currently, switched reluctance motors are studied to increase energy efficient. The switched reluctance motor is possible to control higher speed and torque than the induction motors and composition is simple. Current and rotor speed are considered to install the switched reluctance motor. In this paper, Simulink model of the switched reluctance motor is suggested and the adaptive controller is applied to the model for the speed control. Asymmetry converter including the IGBT is concerned with real-time control and the speed of switched reluctance motor is controlled by installing adaptive controller.
The Design of a Link Aggregation Equipment Based on Packet Processing with Network Security Capability

The technology to build high speed network using low cost DSL in the areas where the cost to build high speed network is high and the network environment is not very accommodating is important in providing the high speed network that meets the user demand and utilizing the network resources in an efficient way. This study presents development of the link aggregation equipment that performs the access control and firewall functions for packet processing based LAN users. The equipments developed support up to 5 line link aggregation as opposed to current 2 line link aggregation. The equipments also allow the use of high speed network in the areas where the network environment is not very accommodating. Also, the fail-over function is added to each line to provide reliability and the self-security function is enhanced to protect the network from unauthorized use and prevents waste of network resources by authorized users.
An Implementation of the Network Module Supporting u-QoS on Home Network and USN Signal Processing

IPTV functions not only as media player that does play the broadcasting industry's contents, also as the gateway is guaranteed of QoS(Quality of Service). This is for free contents-sharing that device stores contents using home network circumstance, and is for watching with seamless network service. Also this have required next QoS model that can handle stably as it may contain more data of the small computing device in next generation home system. We need ubiquitous-oriented QoS's design and development project that focuses on internal and external media service, not the existing QoS nor one-sided QoS of media sevice industry. This paper focuses on network module development. This supports IPTV in media industry and two-way capability of QoS highlighting multimedia service in network industry. In additional, this can handle stably the multiplex signal of USN/RFID as the representative ubiquitous and home network that services high-speed wire and wireless interface, and support the seamless u-QoS.
The Study on the Distortion Estimate of Video Quality at the Real Time HD Level Video Multicasting Transmission

In this paper, for analysing the major factors giving the effect to the quality of HD level video on the multicasting service, we tried this test experiment on the College school network similar to the real service network environment. We measure the video quality distortion on the multicasting HD level video according to generating and increasing the broadcasting traffic on the situation that apply the QoS technique to the test network and not apply the QoS technique and then find out the threshold value of network factors giving the effect to the video quality distortion on the multicasting HD level video service. This paper can be used for guaranteeing the constant video quality and reducing the video quality distortion on the multicasting HD level video service.
