The growth in computer use has ushered increased concerns of information security throughout the world. Historically, researchers interested in the security of information systems have long investigated extensively themselves with building technological countermeasures in order to prevent several information security problems. However, due to infusion of more procedures and logical or physical devices within the information environment, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, keeping IT environment safe demands a more comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon, which requires broadening information security far beyond the technical aspects. This study is aimed at proposing a information security framework from holistic view.
The Analysis of S&T Policy Changes and Investment Direction of National R&D

This study makes an attempt to understand the changes in the National R&D policy by the comparative analysis in terms of R&D policy regime. We characterize the related issues on the National R&D policy, and analyze the direction of science and technology(S&T) policy using the method of scientometrics. The result shows that the policy regime can be categorized into three groups with respect to the R&D efficiency and the keywords; Regime 1: National S&T Innovation 5-year Plan(1999-2002) and National S&T Master plan of the previous adminstration(2003-2007), Regime 2: National S&T Master Plan(2002-2006) and National S&T Master Plan of the previous administration(2003-2007), Regime 3: National S&T Master Plan of the current administration (2008-present).
Typology for Cooperative Relationship between Large and SMEs and Implication for Government Policy in Korea : Focused on technology and marketing Cooperation

Over the last few years, despite the government's ongoing efforts for cooperative relationship between large firms and small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs), their effectiveness is limited. In addition, the academic researches for addressing practical policy alternatives are also insufficient. This study aims to suggest the practical policies for cooperative relationship between large firms and SMEs. To this end, we suggest typology to know how collaboration process between large firms and SMEs for technology commercialization project with the utilization of dimensions of technology and marketing cooperaton is, and analyse the characteristics of each type, and examine the present situation of collaboration between large firms and SMEs in Korea and then finally, derive government policy guidelines. Through this research, we suggest theoretical framework to reinforce national industry competitiveness under growing global competition through suggesting how SMEs take survival basis, and also how large firms collaborate with SMEs.

In the 21st century, administration is changing rapidly. The process of reconstruction based on ubiquitous environment in the enhanced information society reflects the paradigm shift to the information and knowledge society. Attempts to improve administrative services are also continuing through restructuring of administrative organization and organization reengineering in public sector. Thus, this study reviews the process of development in the e-government and tries a preliminary approach for diagnosis and performance measurement. It is needed to examine in order to maintain continuity of the future e-government. Henceforth, clear and diverse performance management and evaluation on the e-government should be made.
A Study on Creative Industry Development Vision based on Digital Contents

Economic crisis, efforts to overcome the digital content industry development at home and abroad have been racing in the country's future lies in the digital content industry. Therefore, the digital content industry through vision, model identification knowledge-based global digital content market-based deployment is required. For research purposes the digital content industry to derive an alternative to national industrial development that will lay the groundwork. The deployment order for the first digital content industry, SWOT analysis performed to derive the Korean-specific model. As a result, measures based on the advancement of digital content industry as a long-term vision and specific goals are presented as staged. The age of convergence of the u-media content markets in government, corporations, consumers, and these form the structure of a virtuous cycle distribution systems for energy by being active, synergistic effects are obtained. Above all, based on the content industry to secure internal and external growth is key. Vision of the digital content, the growth momentum of the national social development policies to be used as a role model by changing the way a series of courses is required.
Mechanism Method for Smart Work and the Creation of IT Job

This space is for the abstract of your study in English. Recently, we began to face a significant change in our daily lives due to the expansion of the use of smartphones. In this regard, this study aims at examining the mechanism of Smart Work, necessary for the creation of job, led by the use of smart devices, and ways of its development. Accordingly, this study defined concepts of Smart Work clearly and analyzed the convergence of information through IT, the exploitation of new markets, derived from information industry, along with foreign cases of job creation through ICT. Furthermore, change in people's cultural recognition is required for the place of smart Work. For example, cluster development based on the public-private cooperation will promote the creation of job. In addition, the cooperation of the academic world and the service industry will play a leading role in developing local economy. To attain this end, the policy support of government for Smart Work and the public-private cooperation are needed.
Dynamic Efficiency Analysis of Korean HRD Programs using Data Envelopment Analysis

This paper investigates efficiency analysis to IT HRD programs in the dynamic perspective. First, empirical result shows that government fund of IT research center is significantly associated with SCI thesis and the more trial goods and SW development is connected with the more patent and technology transfer. Second, ITRC program has been operated efficiently since 2000. Finally, dynamic efficiency analysis implicates that ITRC program is more efficient than other IT SoC program and foreign student support program. The reason why ITRC program is more efficient is generated not from the effect of imitation by catch-up strategy to developed HRD programs, but new operation system introducing and utilizing HRD performance system.
A Study on the Effects of Financial Structure on Management Performance in Small and Medium sized Enterprises for Financial Consulting

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of financial structure on management performance for financial consulting through 562 small and medium sized enterprises in GyeongIn area. Meanwhile, the independent variables are non current assets ratio, total assets turnover ratio and debt ratio, the dependent variables are operating profit on sale and net profit on equity. Generally speaking, the financial structure have a positive effects on management performance.
A Study on the Influence of Consultant Proactive Personality and Benevolence on Trust & Innovative Performance

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the consultant proactive personality and benevolence influence on the trust and innovative performance. The results show that first, consultant proactive personality affects cognitive trust and consultant benevolence have an effect on emotional trust. Second, perceptual trusts for the consultant behavior have a relationship with innovative performance and we confirmed mediation effect of trust. This study have important meaning that we analysis plus effect on the emotion factor when we determine the trust formation factor in the consulting performed process.

A study on operational risk management of Low Cost Carriers in Korea

This study, for the reinvigoration domestic LCCs (Low Cost Carriers) in Asian air market which is in developing stage now, aims to analyze the management risk through the operation cases of domestic and foreign areas and then to derive a risk management plan to reinforce the competency of domestic LCCs. As for the major potential risk factors for LCCs in Asia-pacific market, the first is the absence of growth strategy. Then, the second is the problems in airline route, the typical problem of subsidiary companies of major air lines. The third is the lack of specialists and professional manpowers. In order to cope with such risk factors, rapid growth should be controlled and competition with parent company by entering to parent company's airline route should also be avoided. At the same time, there should be a comprehensive supporting system to foster specialists and professionals in this industry.
A Study on Factors Influencing Attachment of Gamers to MMORPG On-line Games

MMORPG online game business has emerged as the most lucrative entertainment industry, with over 10 million gamers in South Korea. It appears that in this extremely attractive and growing services segment, academics, as well as practitioners, would benefit from investigating the relationships among the players' attachment or affection, game contents-related and social interaction-related construct. We assume that game contents-related construct consists of storytelling, game-play method, contents-diversity and the sense of identification, and that social interaction-related construct includes information-sharing, gamers' empowerment and the word-of-mouth. Based on data collected from online questionnaire survey, the validity of the research model has been tested. The results show that contents-related construct influences the players' attachment, and that social interaction-related construct has no direct impact on the attachment. But social interaction-related construct has been shown to influence contents-related construct, implying the indirect impact on the players' attachment.

The Moderating Effect of Corporate Governance between Management of Ethics and Firm Performance

This research has logically investigated and practically analyzed whether a firm's management ethics affect the firm's performance. The proxy measure of management of ethics is the KEJI Index score, the companies assessed with the KEJI, which is published over 6 years from 2004 to 2009 by the Economic Justice Institutein Korea. According to the analysis results, firstly, management of ethics has a positive effect on the ROA firm performance, which supports the existing research results on that the firms that better manage ethics have a better economic performance. Secondly, we found interaction effects of corporate governance on the relationship between management of ethics and firm's performance. One can say that these results bring a new theoretic perspective academically on the reputation effect through management of ethics, and how it affects the firm's performance. Also in practice, the results show not only how the management of ethics is done just for a social flow in enforcing the management of ethics, but also that it is important to make amendments according to the management of ethics by recognizing it's importance and influence on increasing the firm's performance.
RFID-based Authentication Protocol for Implantable Medical Device

U-healthcare, which grafted advanced IT technology onto medical technology, is in the limelight because it can provide medical services at anytime and anywhere. U-healthcare system applied RFID technology for Implantable Medical Device (IMD), but patient's biometric information can be easily exposed to third parties. In this article, RFID-based U-healthcare authentication protocol is proposed to prevent illegal usage for personal biometric information exposed to the third patty. The proposed protocol guarantees patients' biometric information integrity as compounding random numbers between administrators and hospital/clinic managers, and uses continuous number SEQ and time stamp T to synchronize IMD/administrators and administrators/hospital managers. Also, to protect user's privacy from the third party, patients' biometric information can be safely guarded by managing patients' security identifiers by administrators.

u-Healthcare Service Authentication Protocol based on RFID Technology

Now a days, U-healthcare comes into the spotlight as a new business model which combines RFID technology with medical service in the well-being era and IT popularization. U-healthcare service needs a method that can deals with hand-writing, overlap data, forgery and falsification of data, difference between information version that happen in medical process because of graft between RFID technology and u-healthcare. This paper proposes RFID based user certification protocol to protect user's privacy who gets medical service through U-healthcare. In the protocol, secret information of patient does the XOR with the secret key that is created in the hospital to reconsider the stability of security system of U-healthcare and user's data forgery and falsification and privacy and then saves it in the secret key field of patient in DB table. Also, it informs the case of illegal access to certification server and make it approved the access of u-healthcare service by differentiating whether u-healthcare is illegal or not.
The Mobile Voting Scheme Providing Voting Fairness Assured by Candidates

It requires a lot of costs and manpower to manage the election system. The electronic voting scheme is needed to make the election system to be economic and fair. Especially, wide spread use of smart phones and wireless networks makes the mobile voting is of major concern. In mobile voting scheme, a smart phone user can vote regardless of the places. In this paper, the mobile voting scheme is proposed where candidates can guarantee fairness of the election system. We analyze mobile voting requirements and create the mobile ID which has legal binding forces and PKI based digital signature keys. In the proposed scheme, a voter's ballot is signed by all candidates using undeniable multi-signature scheme. During the counting stage, the multi-signature on the ballot is not verified without help of all candidates.

Therefore, we develop dynamic user usability analysis system of applications to solve the problem. User usability analysis method is surveyed users and masters at present and then occurs high cost. In this paper, we develop dynamic user usability analysis system for real users. If usage of mobile applications upgrading, benefit of developers increased and serviced target contents to users.
A Study on Mobile OTP Generation Model

This study proposes dual certification model using both what users know and what users own. In detail, this mobile OTP generation model is made up of mobile OTP generation and extraction algorithm satisfying the conditions for reviewing mobile OTP implementation. In order to improve the security of the existing OTP-based systems, the suggested method utilizes user's ID and random number at the mobile OTP generation stage.
A Study on Reliable Electronic Medical Record Systems

The existing EMR method placing computer servers in hospitals could expose patients' personal information to hospital officers and people for wrong purposes. In addition, if medical malpractice occurs, the possibility of distorting medical records might be higher because patients' medical records are stored in hospitals. This study provides an electronic medical record with a security system to solve patients' information disclosure. The electronic medical record system could be utilized as an important information when medical malpractice occurs. This system can provide higher security services certifying patients safely and efficiently as well as protecting patients' personal information.
A Study on the Development to the Digital Golf Score Card

In the research, we develope and use the digital score card to prevent disqualifying with error as inputting wrong score card and to protect the player in this paper. Also, it will lead the world wide market as IT and golf strong country. Therefore, we checked the mutual relationship through the analysis and verification with research of contents and collection of questionnaire regarding the research. In the result of analysis, S/W need output function and data management to play golf and H/W need the simple design and durability for user easy access and multi function excluding score card. Therefore, the development of digital golf score card will contribute athletic performance through removing the inconvenience of current score card. And we confirmed that developed digital golf card model and system is very important to open world market.
Context Driven Real-Time Laser Pointer Detection and Tracking

There are two kinks of processes could detect the laser pointer. One is the process which detects the location of the pointer. the other one is a possibility of dividing with the process which converts the coordinate of the laser pointer which is input in coordinate of the monitor. The previous Mean-Shift algorithm is not appropriately for real-time video image to calculate many quantity. In this paper, we proposed the context driven real-time laser pointer detection and tracking. The proposed method is a possibility of getting the result which is fixed from the situation which the background and the background which are complicated dynamically move. In the actual environment, we can get to give constant results when the object come in, when going out at forecast boundary. Ultimately, this paper suggests empirical application to verify the adequacy and the validity with the proposed method. Accordingly, the accuracy and the quality of image recognition will be improved the surveillance system.
The Authentication Framework Application Plan for the Security Improvement in Network Robot Environment

By using the network, the robot can provide the anytime and anywhere various services. There is the advantage that it can provide the real time service by using the network description but the network robot has the network security vulnerability. Therefore, in the network robot environment, the authentication framework which can be satisfied the security function has to be established. In this paper, the security vulnerability which it can be generated in the network robot environment is analyze and the plan for reaction is prepared. And the authentication framework controlling the network robot safely was proposed.
Optimization of Fuel Processing Unit of Fuel Cell System using Six-Sigma Technique

A reformer for a small fuel cell system is an apparatus which converts hydrocarbon fuel into hydrogen-rich gas. Among many indices of a reformer, the most crucial index of a reformer is CO concentration in the off-gas out of reformer which must be controled under 5ppm for the efficiency and performance of a system. This paper suggests the criteria of a reformer operation for the stability of a reformer in a fuel cell system by deducing crucial indices and improving processes. The six-sigma technique was applied to verify the optimum control and operation of a reformer of a fuel cell combined heat and power system. The result of temperature control of each parts of a reformer system is the concentration of CO which is the most important factor for the operation of a fuel cell system. The temperature of the parts of a reformer, MTS, LTS and Prox, were controled so that the concentration of CO.

Wild Ginseng Searching Application through SNS

This paper proposed image matching technique that find out the truth of the wild ginseng through smart phone when the common person discovered a plant like a wild ginseng. Also sharing a location and information by SNS, we can improve the probability of wild ginseng discovery. Image matching technique using OpenCV porting in android finds out the truth of the wild ginseng with comparing existing it. Thus we are able to compare and analysis them in our application program. For more verification, we added marking function of wild ginseng position for information sharing between users.
The Effect of Metallic Dental Implant on Positron Emission Tomography Computed Tomography Image

Beam hardening artifact happens in the CT image. when a PET/CT is conducted while there is a metallic dental implant. The artifact appears in the CT image can affect the PET image. When the patient with head and neck cancer has a metallic dental implant, Beam hardening artifact which was taken in th CT image can change the PET image and SUV value. Therefore, by Quantitative measure of the SUV according to the change in HU by the metallic dental implant, the appropriacy in the clinical application was assessed. The records of 47 patients with PET/CT August 2011. For the analysis, 2 region of interest were defined in area where CT and PET image. As a result of the experiment, if there in an implant, the HU and the SUV increased and there existed a statistically significant difference(p<0.01). Although this level of increase was not large compared with that in the patient who have no metallic dental implant, when a person has head and neck cancer, it is even more likely to be overestimated when diagnosing the cancer. When conducting PET/CT for the patient who have head and neck cancer, the physical biological parts should be considered in order not to make an error in decoding.
The evaluation of the radiation dose and the image quality during MDCT using Glass Rod Detector

Assessing the exposure dose and the obtained image during the abdominal radiography with 128-slice MDCT scanner and 4-slice MDCT scanner which are recently being used in clinics using the body tissue-equivalent phantom and the glass dosimeter, the results were as follows. During the CT test for the abdomen, the absorbed dose was
in 4-MDCT, and
in 128-MDCT, which indicated that the radiation dose necessary to obtain the image meaningful to diagnosis was required less by 128-MDCT(P<0.05). As a result of analyzing the image obtained from the abdominal test using MDCT with a 5-point Likert scale, 4-MDCT showed the result of 3.52 points, and 128-MDCT showed the result of 4.01 points, that is, the image quality of 128-MDCT was evaluated high, and there was a statistically significant difference. In the results above, it is considered that 128 slice MDCT scanner will be much used later as it can reduce the radiation exposure, and make us obtain the high quality of image.
A Study on Health Information and Medical Consulting via Internet Focusing on the Age Group of 20s

High Internet usage and the public's keen interest on health have influenced the health care system, and a potential value of the online health information and medical consultation market is immense. This study reveals results from data collected from Seoul residents in the age group of 20s in 2011. Out of 499 respondents, 75.2% answered that they used online health information; however, only 7.2% answered that they have used online medical consultation services. Findings on the purposes of using online medical consultation included treatments of symptoms(33.6%) and self-disciplines of one's health(19.5%). Mostly used Websites for health information search included search engines and blogs, but respondents preferred to use government sites and hospital sites in the future. When choosing a medical consultation, respondents preferred a certain website for different reasons including creditability of the consultant(23.7%), creditability of the organization(23.7%), rapid responses(21.2%), and more. Overall, although health information search via web is being highly utilized among people in their 20s, utilization of online medical consulting is not. In this research, the factor having an effect on the cancer check inspection through the cancer check service and process, of desiring against the cancer check examinee living in the illustration and rural area environment, and analysis about the result tries to be sought for. This research performed the frequency analysis, cross analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis and came to the conclusion. The examination reservation procedure, medical team professionalism, examination contents of notice, result of medical examination explanation, examination notification date, and examination duration of subscription was analyzed as the significance factor as the factor reached to the urban district inspection. And the examination contents of notice, total examination time, result of medical examination explanation, medical team professionalism, examination duration of subscription, and process of the medical examination explanation as to rural area, was analyzed as the significance factor. The cancer check was inspected according to the illustration and farming village and there was no big difference in the significance factor having an effect on the inspection. However, the Profiling about the examination procedure and service has to be continuously performed. And the differentiation strategy and policy considering the illustration and fairness between rural areas are required.

Game contents are the driving force of the digital media era. As the gaming industry grows bigger, contents technologies are also rapidly developing in both their quality and quantity, while the story sources of the contents are depleting. Accordingly, digging out new stories that can support development of the cultural contents industry is emerging as an urgent issue. Since games took roots as a form of contents in our society, negative images have outweighed positive aspects. This study aims at finding cures for the side effects from storytelling. Important factors here are how to converge the technical nature of engineering imagination and the epic nature of humanities imagination. Recently, The excavations of the story is very important. This article demonstrates cases where the oral literature, an archetypical cultural genre, provides the sources of game storytelling.
Personalized Service Based on Context Awareness through User Emotional Perception in Mobile Environment

In this paper, user personalized services through the emotion perception required to support location-based sensing data preprocessing techniques and emotion data preprocessing techniques is studied for user's emotion data building and preprocessing in V-A emotion model. For this purpose the granular context tree and string matching based emotion pattern matching techniques are used. In addition, context-aware and personalized recommendation services technique using probabilistic reasoning is studied for personalized services based on context awareness.
A Model to Infer Users' Behavior Patterns for Personalized Recommendation Service based Context-Awareness

In order to provide with personalized recommendation service in context-awareness environment, the collected context data should be analyzed fast and the objective of user should be able to inferred effectively. But, the context collected from the mobile devices is not suitable for applying the existing inference algorithms as they are due to the omission or uncertainty of information and the efficient algorithms are required for mobile environment. In this paper, the behavior pattern was classified using naive bayes classification for minimize the loss caused by the omission or error of information. And pattern matching was used to effectively learn of the users inclination and infer the behavior purpose. The accuracy of the suggested inference model was evaluated by applying to the application recommendation service in the smart phones.

This study tries to find the possibility of differentiation strategy and looks into N+ advertising campaign of NAMSEOUL University that has been doing since 2011. N+ advertising campaign contains the meaning of educating leaders based on the foundation concept of NAMSEOUL University and develops consistent creativities through medium such as radio advertising, print advertising, on-line advertising and outdoor advertising. On the first of stage, the campaign develops the start and the meaning of N+ and organizes to get sympathy from target customers on the second stage.
