The problem of the cases of Soribada and Winny is their duplexity that they could be used legally and illegally. The issue called 'The crime of aiding through the neutral behavior' is about whether the program developer who shared the file sharing program letting unspecified public infringe the copyright could be punished or not. Many theories about limiting the traditional scope of punishment of aider have been maintained. However, it is questionable whether it is possible to limit the scope of punishment following the former cases and theories even for the action that is causal and facilitates the principal's criminal conduct, like the aid through the neutral action which is hard to perceive as illegal aid because of its characteristics. Therefore, using the case of Soribada in Korea and the case of Winny in Japan as the examples of illegal aid through neutral behavior case, this paper examines the characteristics and problems of aid through existing theories and cases, and suggests new scope of punishment limitation standard through the elaboration of the action of aid and judgment of degree.

This study has a purpose that improves efficiency of energy management and adaptation followed by movement of node better than the various early studied routing techniques. The purpose of this paper is the technique that uses RSSI value and location of sensor that is received by each sensor node to routing. This sduty does not save node information of 1-hop distance. And it solves energy-inefficient traffic problem that happens during data exchange process for middle node selection in close range multi hop transmission technique. The routing protocol technique that is proposed in this study selects a node relevant to the range of transmission which is set for RSSI value that is received by each node and selects the closest node as a middle node followed by location data. Therefore, it is for not exhaustion of node's energy by managing energy efficiently and cutting data transmission consuming until the destination node.

DOI : 10.14400/JDPM.2014.12.1.359
In this paper, we propose a method for extracting a road area by using the mean-shift method and connected-component method. Mean-shift method is very effective to divide the color image by the method of non-parametric statistics to find the center mode. Generally, the feature points of road are extracted by using the information located in the middle and bottom of the road image. And it is possible to extract a road region by using this feature-point and the partitioned color image. However, if a road region is extracted with only the color information and the position information of a road image, it is possible to detect not only noise but also off-road regions. This paper proposes the method to determine the road region by eliminating the noise with the closing / opening operation of the morphology, and by extracting only the portion of the largest area using a connected-components method. The proposed method is simulated and verified by applying the captured road images.

We noted that substituting hard disk with high-performance storage device on SAN did not immediately result in getting high performance. Investigating the reason behind this leaded us to propose optimization schemes for high-performance storage system. We first got rid of the latency in the I/O process which is unsuitable for the high-performance storage device, added parallelism on the storage server, and applied temporal merge to Superhigh speed network protocol for improving the performance with small random I/O. The proposed scheme was implemented on the SAN with high-performance storage device and we verified that there were about 30% reduction on the I/O delay latency and 200% improvement on the storage bandwidth.

DOI : 10.14400/JDPM.2014.12.1.389
In a biometric signature scheme, a user's biometric key is used to sign the document. It also requires the user be authenticated with biometric recognition method, prior to signing the document. Because the biometric recognition is launched every time the signature session started, it is not suitable for electronic commerce applications such as shopping malls where large number of documents to sign are required. Therefore, to commercialize biometric based signature schemes, the new proxy signature scheme is needed to ease the burden of the signer. In the proxy signature scheme, the signer can delegate signing activities to trustful third parties. In this study, the biometric based signature delegation method is proposed. The proposed scheme is suitable for applications where a lot of signing are required. It is consisted of biometric key generation, PKI based mutual authentication, signature generation and verification protocols.

This is planned for the students to enhance their English achievement in comprehending the subject contents which they would learn in the near future. In order to determine whether the course helped the students enhance their English achievement or not, a pre and post test were taken, one at the beginning of the semester and the other at the end of semester. The result of the test shows that this program benefits relevant students, especially lower level students. In accordance with a general accepted view, the English for Specific Purposes(ESP) program is generally targeted for students who expect to learn the basic knowledge of English through mediated courses. Since students already have specific purpose of studying for their major courses, their motivation and interest in the course are higher than the students who don't have any specific purpose. Therefore, this study shows that the students who took English for Specific Purposes(ESP) had higher motivation and interest to study English related to their major courses as the test results were higher than before they had taken the English for Specific Purposes (ESP) program.
Implementation of NPC Artificial Intelligence Using Agonistic Behavior of Animals
Lee, MyounJae ;
Journal of Digital Convergence, volume 12, issue 1, 2014, Pages 555~561
DOI : 10.14400/JDPM.2014.12.1.555
Artificial intelligence in the game is mainly used to determine patterns of behavior of NPC (Non Player Character) and the enemy, path finding. These artificial intelligence is implemented by FSM (Finite State Machine) or Flocking method. The number of NPC behavior in FSM method is limited by the number of FSM states. If the number of states is too small, then NPC player can know the behavior patterns easily. On the other hand, too many implementation cases make it complicated. The NPC behaviors in Flocking method are determined by the leader's decision. Therefore, players can know easily direction of movement patterns or attack pattern of NPCs. To overcome these problem, this paper proposes agonistic behaviors(attacks, threats, showing courtesy, avoidance, submission)in animals to apply for the NPC, and implements agonistic behaviors using Unity3D engine. This paper can help developing a real sense of the NPC artificial intelligence.

To solve the labor shortage of skilled workers, the ship building industry needs the automation and mechanization. Especially, compared with other process, handrail manufacturing process of ship building falls behind the automation. In this paper, we designed and implemented a flat-iron automation system using computer convergence technology that can be used in the production of handrails in shipbuilding. The system's machine part was designed by considering the efficiency, productivity, and stability of the cutting process, and checked the stability of the structure using CATIA and ANSYS. The system's control part was used the PCNC controller to provide openness and scalability. And the part was made for system control and monitoring the system through screen manipulation with touch-screen form. A flat-iron automatic system was developed by converging the mechanics, electronics and computer technology and it will contribute to improve the productivity of the industrial system.
