In this paper, we propose an efficient detph map creation method using Graph Cut and Discrete Wavelet Transform. First, we have segmented the original image by using Graph Cut to process with its each areas. After that, the information which describes segmented areas of original image have been created by proposed labeling method for segmented areas. And then, we have created four subbands which contain the original image's frequency information. Finally, the depth map have been created by frequency map which made with HH, HL subbands and depth information calculation along the each segmented areas. The proposed method can perform efficient depth map creation process because of dynamic allocation using depth information. We also have tested the proposed method using PSNR(Peak Signal to Noise Ratio) method to evaluate ours.

Today, one of the important factors that determine the university rating is the employment rate. The jobseekers are using online or offline recruiting services in order to get the desired job information. There are lots of employment supporting systems as like web-based employment agencies and University's job centers, but they are focusing more on providing job information rather than on managing the employment support. In addition, those are insufficient to support business process associated with MOU companies, industry field training, mentoring processors, etc., and to continue to manage and to update the information (resume, personal statement, etc.) about the students which the companies want, and the information about the companies which jobseekers want. Therefore, it is required that the employment supporting system which not only storages the initial data (student and corporate information), but also assist the career placement. In this paper, we considered the specific employment rights management features of the existing employment support system, it could receive real-time job information in the smart phone, we presented the design and construction of the system linked to the Bachelor Information System.

Journal of Digital Convergence, volume 12, issue 11, 2014, Pages 357~364
DOI : 10.14400/JDC.2014.12.11.357
AR contents, if markers to be tracked move fast, show flickering while updating images captured from cameras. Conventional methods employing image based markers and SLAM algorithms for tracking objects have the problem that they do not allow more than 2 objects to be tracked simultaneously and interacted with each other in the same camera scene. In this paper, an improved SLAM type algorithm for tracking dynamic objects is proposed and investigated to solve the problem described above. To this end, method using 2 virtual cameras for one physical camera is adopted, which makes the tracked 2 objects interacted with each other. This becomes possible because 2 objects are perceived separately by single physical camera. Mobile robots used as dynamic objects are synchronized with virtual robots in the well-designed contents, proving usefulness of applying the result of individual tracking for multiple moving objects to augmented visualization of objects.

In this paper, We implement a power-saving and efficient measures in buildings using the smart-meter. In order to save electric power energy, We propose an improved automatic power-factor controller(APFC) and demand control measures. This is achieved by controlling directly circuit breakers and the capacitor bank feeders in real time via a two-way smart-meter's ICT skills. Improved APFC is minimizing installation costs by series-parallel connecting heterologous capacitors to form a more diverse capacitor banking and controlling using the smart-meter. In order to suppress the demand power, We have designed a smart-meter with communication functions using Atmel's AVR465 and tested an operated lodging building for 24-hours. As a result, We made sure to always retained more than 95% power factor and did not occur over compensation.

DOI : 10.14400/JDC.2014.12.11.373
The technology of direction finding is very important to make high position fixing accuracy. TDOA(time difference of arrival) direction finding technology is a high accuracy technology and is used in RF system from 1990. The principle of TDOA is to receive an emitter signal with two antennas, measure the time difference of received signal and then convert the time differences to azimuth angle. For high DF(direction finding) accuracy long basis line and high SNR at receiving system are needed. The DF accuracy and position fixing accuracy are simulated with different SNRs and antenna base lines. We obtain the DF accuracy of
incident azimuth angle in case of 50m base line and 40dB SNR.

This study tends to grasp the physical activity on its influences and effect s to the mental health of middle school students and we tried to look for a specific plan that will help to improve middle school students' mental health. We analyzed 36,530 students in middle school using a basic data "9th (2013) health behavior of juvenile on the online". The study is analyzed by complex sample data analysis method. The degree of euphoria recognition showed the low feeling of happiness when students exercise directly below two times rather than three times a week in the Physical Education class at school. On the other hand, the possibility of stress perception degree and suicide attempt is lowered. If the number of sports team participating is below one team, euphoria would be lowered and the limit of stress perception is high. However, the participation of one or two teams make the possibility of suicide lessens rather than students taking part in more 4 teams. In order to help middle school students reduce their stress and improve their happiness, they need to participate in sports as a regular team and join intramural games more than three times a week. In this case of the lower grade, it is considered that it is necessary for them to combine the educational program for the emotional support to control their extreme behavior.

Nowadays, the importance of presentations is emphasized more and more. But the university presentation education has not met the today's needs. So this study is focused on showing effective practice methods and finding development directions of the university presentation education, by having a correct understanding of presentation as a process of convergence communication. To accomplish purpose of study, I analyzed and criticized the case of Writing and Communication classes at Seoul National University of Science and Technology which has carried out practical presentation education based on former learners presentation outcomes. As a result, I suggested actually helpful presentation education method by dividing and explaining presentation process into two stages which were 'contents planning' and 'expression&communication'. To properly actualize the university presentation education, It will have to operate as convergence program and activate more learner interactions, the communications between Instructor and learners.
