DOI : 10.14400/JDC.2014.12.12.13
The right to be forgotten is a world-wide issue after the decision of the European Court of Justice which accepted that right. This essay discusses about the guide lines for protecting the right to delete, a category of the right to be forgotten. I classified those guide lines as follows : (1) sensitiveness of the personal information, (2) offensiveness to reasonable and ordinary people, (3) intention of writing the article, (4) value of historical record, (5) importance of privacy comparing with right to know with time flow, (6) public figure, (7) article based on fact or opinion. To effectively protect right to be forgotten and delete, we have to consider Privacy Impact Assessment, using blind system, unification of multiple institutions, and reforming press arbitration system.

DOI : 10.14400/JDC.2014.12.12.23
This paper analyzes the effects of national culture on an individual`s ethical decision-making in the context of the Internet. An ethical decision-making model which posits that five moral philosophy variables-justice, relativism, egoism, utilitarianism, and deontology-affect ethical judgment; ethical judgment, in turn, affects behavioral intention was proposed and Hofstede`s five cultural dimensions of power distance, individualism, masculinity, uncertainty avoidance, and long-term orientation were used to analyze the effects of national culture on the model. The results showed that power distance, individualism, and masculinity had significant effects on the relationship between the deontology variable and ethical judgment, individualism, masculinity, and uncertainty avoidance had significant effects on the relationship between the justice variable and ethical judgment, and individualism and long-term orientation had significant effects on the relationship between ethical judgment and behavioral intention in the Internet context.

Journal of Digital Convergence, volume 12, issue 12, 2014, Pages 37~47
DOI : 10.14400/JDC.2014.12.12.37
The characteristics of the spectrum, which are necessary for mobile telecommunication services, may determine the advantage of operators` competition for mobile services. We have a focus on the possibility that there would be the core spectrum within the frequencies. We define the core spectrum of frequencies in terms of 4 criteria (global source/roaming, cost-effectiveness, the experience of utilization and the possibility of use). They are based on the aspects of applicative and economic effectiveness by not technological and but market conditions. We have explored the current core spectrum by using the stepwise selection from these criteria. Our result indicates that the core spectrum may be movable with the development of technology and the flow of time. The results of this paper could be practically used as the reasonable justifications of the policies for not only the competition management but also the alignment about the frequencies for mobile telecommunication.

This paper introduces a new algorithms for reconstructing the suffix tree of character string, when a substring id deleted from the string or a string is inserted into the string as a substring. The algorithem has two main functions, delete-structure and insert-structure. The main objective of this algorithm is to save the time for constructing the suffix tree of an edited string, when the suffix tree of the original string is available. We tested the performance of this algorithm with some DNA sequences. This test shows that delete-reconstructing can save time when the length of the subsequence deleted is less than 30% of the original sequence, and the insert-reconstructing takes less time with regard to the length of inserted sequence.

Park, In-Kyoo ;
Journal of Digital Convergence, volume 12, issue 12, 2014, Pages 293~301
DOI : 10.14400/JDC.2014.12.12.293
In this paper, we propose a new measure based on the confidence of Bayesian posterior probability so as to reduce unimportant information in the clustering process. Because the performance of clustering is up to selecting the important degree of attributes within the databases, the concept of information entropy is added to posterior probability for attributes discernibility. Hence, The same value of attributes in the confidence of the proposed measure is considerably much less due to the natural logarithm. Therefore posterior probability-based clustering algorithm selects the minimum of attribute reducts and improves the efficiency of clustering. Analysis of the validation of the proposed algorithms compared with others shows their discernibility as well as ability of clustering to handle uncertainty with ACME categorical data.

In this paper, to improve the performance of PB/MC-CDMA system, we have researched about the decision feedback channel estimation method using the pilot symbol with data symbol. The PB/MC-CDMA system is able to obtain the improved BER by frequency diversity gain and frequency domain equalizer in the frequency selective fading channel. However, when it is not the estimating of channel exactly, it is degrading the performance of BER in the system for occurred the interference among users. To improve the performane system in the multi-user environment the proposed system is using the decision feedback to estimate channel using the channel estimated value of the first stage and second stage. The proposed system is evaluated by computer simulation. The proposed system is not only able to improve the performance of BER by decreasing the interference to each user, but also the proposed system is possible to reduce number of pilot symbol to estimate the channel. Therefore, it confirmed the proposed system improves the performance than the conventional system.

There have been many efforts to find a new way to combine software reuse and agile software development methods. This paper studies the integration of software reuse techniques in agile methods, such as Scrum. Agile methods have the advantage of accepting frequent requirement changes, while software reuse reduces development time. Despite the rapid acceptance of the Scrum method in industry, not much emphasis has been placed on active reuse in the Scrum method, and most studies have focused on introducing agile practices into software product line engineering. However, the iterative development and backlog refinement activities of the Scrum method present the advantage of facilitating software reuse. In this paper, we identify sprint characteristics and components for reuse and suggest extended backlog refinement steps. Based on the results of this research, we integrate a backlog factoring technique into backlog refinement to support reuse in agile methods. In addition, we apply the proposed technique and demonstrate a prototype of product backlog reuse in backlog refinement for an Internet shopping mall application.

According to the necessity of smart working with various mobile devices, and the increasing services based on the converged infrastructures such as Cloud, Wearable Computing, Next Generation Wired/Wireless Mobile Networks, the network reliability has been one of the most important things. However, the research related to the network reliability is still insufficient. To solve these problems, we propose the ISNTC (Intelligent Safe Network Technology based on Cloud), which uses the safe network technique based on SDN, to be adopted to the smart working environments. The proposed ISNTC guarantees secure data forwarding through the synchronized transmission path and timing. We have verified the throughput which outperformed the existing techniques through the computer simulations using OPnet.

The existing system consumes a considerable amount time and cost for extracting the patterns from whole sequences or misaligned sequences. In this paper, We propose the classification system, which creates the partition sequence sections using multiple sequence alignment method and extracts the sequential patterns from these section. These extracted patterns are accumulated motif candidate sets and then used the training sets of SVM classifier. This proposed system predicts a HPV-type(high/low) using the learned knowledges from known/unknown protein sequences and shows more improved precision, recall than previous system in 30% minimum support.

DOI : 10.14400/JDC.2014.12.12.521
In this paper, we propose the method of converting 2D image to 3D image using linear curves in HTML5. We use only one image without any other information about depth map for creating 3D images. So we filter the original image to extract RGB colors for left and right eyes. After selecting the ready-made control point of linear curves to set up depth values, users can set up the depth values and modify them. Based on the depth values that the end users select, we reflect them. Anaglyph 3D is automatically made with the whole and partial depth information. As all of this work has been designed and implemented in Web environment using HTML5, it is very easy and convenient and end users can create any 3D image that they want to make.

Yi, Jae Il ;
Journal of Digital Convergence, volume 12, issue 12, 2014, Pages 529~535
DOI : 10.14400/JDC.2014.12.12.529
This study is to establish the consistency of Subject-Verb agreement in quantifier phrase. Absence of consistency in English grammar is critical to the grammaticality. We focused on the grammar part, specifically, S-V agreement rule in quantifier phrase. We believe the existence of exceptional rules in quantifier S-V structure is not necessary as the basic grammar rule on S-V agreement is sufficient enough and adding exceptional rules just make it more difficult and confusing. We argue specific features indwelt in each quantifier are linked when quantifiers are used pronominally and the
feature plays an important role in quantifier S-V agreement structure. This study shows the solution to eliminate the ungrammaticality in typical English text books by simplifying quantifier S-V agreement to make it solid and systematic.

DOI : 10.14400/JDC.2014.12.12.537
The film has far-reaching power than any other media. For this reason, a censorship has existed in some way but censorship is like a double-edged sword. If KMRB stood in front of a desire to preserve the morals of society and youth protection, creativity of artists must be shaken. On the contrary if free will is emphasized, social chaos will be increase. Thus most countries made various censorship systems in order to overcome this contradiction. In recent years, mainly on the issue of censorship and the rating is a tendency to transfer to the voluntary deliberation agency. However, this issue is still dealing with this problem at KMRB in Korea. Then KMRB mistakes itself as the guardian of situation ethics and morality. Recently various problems appeared in the film rating system. KMRB should be devolved on the voluntary deliberation agency in order to solve the problem. therefore this study The study will be to review the need for voluntary veliberation agency.

They were drawn blood for 3 time such as before 30 minutes, after finish, and after 30 minutes later. Data processing was repeated of the measuring, two way repeated ANOVA, according to guarana ingestion, water ingestion, and treatment time. The result of this study identifies that guarana ingestion is more positive effect with glucose, Free fatty acid, and lactic acid than water. Hence, guarana ingestion is including function of EA to increase reserving energy on the body for rising kinetic ability.

This kind of goal orientation in Art Nouveau has provided nature-friendly designs to modern people living in a post-industrial society. For these people who want to have their own style in a natural and comfortable space and take a break from daily hectic daily routines for a moment, hair-by-night styles were created by adding the images of Greek goddesses to the nature-friendly features of Art Nouveau patterns known as `flower pattern`, `wave pattern`, and `vine pattern`. In terms of the scope of this paper, four designs (Eos, Hestia, Artemis and Demeter) were created by using Art Nouveau patterns which are connected with flowers in an organic manner based on Rene Lalique and Emile Galle patterns.

DOI : 10.14400/JDC.2014.12.12.611
This research analyzed the operation efficiency and influence factors of housing facilities for the severely disabled in Jeolla region by using the DEA model. First, the analysis of efficiency for 2012 was carried out using the CCR model. As a result, 12 DMUs were proved to be efficient, and the average efficiency of CCR was 0.85, confirming that the efficiency of all DMUs were satisfactory. Second, regression analysis was carried out to analyze the factors affecting the efficiency of the DEA model by using the Tobit model. In this case, the inputs and calculated variables were set as independent variables whereas the efficiency as the dependent variable. As a result, the detailed variables had a low significance; the overall input variables showed a negative influence while the calculated variables tended to be a positive influence. In terms of operation efficiency, there was no meaningful result in input variables besides the number of workers. Instead of expanding the input variables, the following should be made for housing facilities of the severely disabled; more efforts should be put in to improve welfare service delivery system and operating environment and structure, and the program must be supplemented as well.

DOI : 10.14400/JDC.2014.12.12.621
The purpose of this study was to examine influencing factors on plastic surgery addiction tendency. The participants, 223 undergraduate women, completed the ACSS, SATAQ, and MBSRQ. Data were collected from May, 2014 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-square test, ANOVA, logistic regression analysis. Each of variables related to plastic surgery were analyzed between positive expectation group, addiction risk group, or addiction group compared to stable group. The prevalences of stable, positive expectation, addiction risk, and addiction group were 21.1%, 35.0%, 32.7%, and 11.2%, respectively. 45.7% had at least one personal plastic surgery. Personal experience of plastic surgery, high levels of ACSS (Consider), high levels of SATAQ (Internalization), and high levels of MBSRQ (Appearance Evaluation) were all associated with plastic surgery addiction tendency. The results of this study suggest that prevention of early plastic surgery, sociocultural influence and body image disturbances as well as safe guidance for plastic surgery are important in preventing the plastic surgery addiction.

The purpose of this study is to research the effect of walking exercise with acaiberry ingestion for 8 weeks on inflammatory markers of middle age women. The participators were aging from 40 to 50 aging healthy women. The first group is classified to ingest acaiberry(AB), the second group is classified to walking exercise with acaiberry ingestion(WE+AB), and third group is classified to just walking exercise(WE). The program was doing walking exercise 3 times per week for 8 weeks. Acaiberry ingestion is after walking exercise for 8 weeks. The amount of the acaiberry is 5g acaiberry dilutes with 100mg water to inhale before breakfast and dinner to monitor CRP of each group before ingest acaiberry and 8 weeks later how to change CRP and cardiovascular disease. Consequently, all of three groups such as: acaiberry ingestion group, walking exercise with acaiberry ingestion group, and just walking exercise group, has positive effect with WBC(white blood cell), Albumin, ESR(erythrocyte sedimentation rate), CRP(C-reactive protein), but Albumin increases very small amount of gaze. Therefore, this study has no longer period time for research, and in the future there should be more concrete and various studies, such as adding more exercise of method, intensity, and measure of ingestion for supporting this study.
