We study the Fourier transformation on the Gelfand-Bruhat space of type S and characterize this space by means of Fourier transform on a locally compact abelian group G. Also, we extend Bochner-Schwartz theorem to the dual space of the Gelfand-Bruhat space and the space of Fourier hyperfunctions on G. respectively.

Using the generalized field of values argument, we analyzed eigenvalues of the matrix preconditioned by the matrix corresponding to a finite difference operator with zero boundary condition.

ADAPTIVE STABILIZATION OF NON NECESSARILY INVERSELY STABLE CONTINUOUS-TIME SYSTEMS BY USING ESTIMATION MODIFICATION WITHOUT USING HYSTERESIS FUNCTION

Abstract
This note presents a an indirect adaptive control scheme for first-order continuous-time systems. The estimated plant model is controllable and then the adaptive scheme is free from singularities. The singularities are avoided through a modification of the estimated plant parameter vector so that its associated Sylvester matrix is guaranteed to be nonsingular. That properties is achieved by ensuring that the absolute value of its determinant does not lie below a positive threshold. A modification scheme based on the achievement of a modified diagonally dominant Sylvester matrix of the parameter estimates is also given as an alternative method. This diagonal dominance is achieved through estimates modification as a way to guarantee the controllability of the modified estimated model when a controllability measure of the ‘a priori’ estimated model fails. In both schemes, the use of a hysteresis switching function for the modification of the estimates is not required to ensure the nonsingularity of the Sylvester matrix of the estimates.

Abstract
In this paper, we initiate the study of some annihilator conditions on polynomials which were used by Kaplansky [4] to abstract algebras of bounded linear operators on a Hilbert spaces with Baer condition. On the other hand, p.p. rings were introduced by A. Hattori [3] to study the torsion theory. The purpose of this paper is to introduce near-rings with Baer condition and near-rings with p.p. condition which are somewhat different from the ring case, and to extend a results of Armendarz [1] to polynomial near-rings with Baer condition in somewhat different way of Birkenmeier and Huang [2].

Abstract
In this paper, we initiate the investigation of ring in which all the additive endomorphisms are generated by ring endomorphisms (AGE-rings). This study was motivated by the work on the Sullivan’s Research Problem [11]: Characterize those rings in which every additive endomorphism is a ring endomorphism (AE-rings). The purpose of this paper is to obtain a certain characterization of AGE-rings, and investigate some relations between AGE and LSD-generated rings.
