The authors first derive some global existence and blow-up criteria. Privacy preserving multiset union (PPMU) protocol allows a set of parties, each with a multiset, to collaboratively compute a multiset union secretly, meaning that any information other than union is not revealed. We propose efficient PPMU protocols, using multiplicative homomorphic cryptosystem. The novelty of our protocol is to directly encrypt a polynomial by representing it by an element of an extension field. The resulting protocols consist of constant rounds and improve communication cost. We also prove the security of our protocol against malicious adversaries, in the random oracle model.

This paper is concerned with the positive steady states of a diffusive Holling type II predator-prey system, in which two predators and one prey are involved. Under homogeneous Neumann boundary conditions, the local and global asymptotic stability of the spatially homogeneous positive steady state are discussed. Moreover, the large diffusion of predator is considered by proving the nonexistence of non-constant positive steady states, which gives some descriptions of the effect of diffusion on the pattern formation.

The main concern of this paper is to study the dynamics of an n-dimensional ratio-dependent predator-prey system with diffusion. We study the dissipativeness, persistence of the system and it is shown that the unique positive constant steady state is globally asymptotically stable under some assumptions.

We continue the study of McCoy condition to analyze zero-dividing polynomials for the constant annihilators in the ideals generated by the coefficients. In the process we introduce the concept of ideal-
-McCoy rings, extending known results related to McCoy condition. It is shown that the class of ideal-
-McCoy rings contains both strongly McCoy rings whose non-regular polynomials are nilpotent and 2-primal rings. We also investigate relations between the ideal-

The aim of this article is to lay a foundation for providing a soft algebraic tool in considering many problems that contain uncertainties. In order to provide these soft algebraic structures, the notion of union-soft sets is introduced, and its application to BCK/BCI-algebras is considered. The notions of union-soft algebras, union-soft (commutative) ideals and closed union-soft ideals are introduced, and related properties and relations are investigated. Conditions for a union-soft ideal to be closed are provided. Conditions for a union-soft ideal to be a union-soft commutative ideal are also provided. Characterizations of (closed) union-soft ideals and union-soft commutative ideals are established. Extension property for a union-soft commutative ideal is established.

The reflexive property for ideals was introduced by Mason and has important roles in noncommutative ring theory. In this note we study the structure of idempotents satisfying the reflexive property and introduce reflexive-idempotents-property (simply, RIP) as a generalization. It is proved that the RIP can go up to polynomial rings, power series rings, and Dorroh extensions. The structure of non-Abelian RIP rings of minimal order (with or without identity) is completely investigated.

The main purpose of this paper is to give the Wintner theorem in unital complete random normed algebras which is a random generalization of the classical Wintner theorem in Banach algebras. As an application of the Wintner theorem in unital complete random normed algebras, we also obtain that the identity operator on a complete random normed module is not a commutator.

COMPARISON OF NUMERICAL SCHEMES ON MULTI-DIMENSIONAL BLACK-SCHOLES EQUATIONS

In this paper, we study numerical schemes for solving multi-dimensional option pricing problem. We compare the direct solving method and the Operator Splitting Method(OSM) by using finite difference approximations. By varying parameters of the Black-Scholes equations for the maximum on the call option problem, we observed that there is no significant difference between the two methods on the convergence criterion except a huge difference in computation cost. Therefore, the two methods are compatible in practice and one can improve the time efficiency by combining the OSM with parallel computation technique. We show numerical examples including the Equity-Linked Security(ELS) pricing based on either two assets or three assets by using the OSM with the Monte-Carlo Simulation as the benchmark.

In this paper, a boundary version of the Schwarz lemma is investigated. We obtain more general results at the boundary. Also, new inequalities of the Schwarz lemma at boundary is obtained and the sharpness of these inequalities is proved.

Archimedes knew that the area between a parabola and any chord AB on the parabola is four thirds of the area of triangle
where P is the point on the parabola at which the tangent is parallel to AB. We consider whether this property (and similar ones) characterizes parabolas. We present five conditions which are necessary and sufficient for a strictly convex curve in the plane to be a parabola.
