Recently, Carlsson, Full
r and Majlender  presented the concept of possibilitic correlation representing an average degree of interaction between marginal distribution of a joint possibility distribution as compared to their respective dispersions. They also formulated the weak and strong forms of the possibilistic Cauchy-Schwarz inequality. In this paper, we define a new probability measure. Then the weak and strong forms of the Cauchy-Schwarz inequality are immediate consequence of probabilistic Cauchy-Schwarz inequality with respect to the new probability measure.

Fuzzy entropy is designed for non convex fuzzy membership function using well known Hamming distance measure. Design procedure of convex fuzzy membership function is represented through distance measure, furthermore characteristic analysis for non convex function are also illustrated. Proof of proposed fuzzy entropy is discussed, and entropy computation is illustrated.

With the development of techniques, robots are getting smaller, and the number of robots needed for application is greater and greater. How to coordinate large number of autonomous robots through local interactions has becoming an important research issue in robot community. Swarm Robot Systems (SRS) is a system that independent autonomous robots in the restricted environments infer their status from pre-assigned conditions and operate their jobs through the cooperation with each other. In the SRS, a robot contains sensor part to percept the situation around them, communication part to exchange information, and actuator part to do a work. Especially, in order to cooperate with other robots, communicating with other robots is one of the essential elements. Because Bluetooth has many advantages such as low power consumption, small size module package, and various standard protocols, it is rated as one of the efficient communicating technologies which can apply to small-sized robot system. In this paper, we will develop Bluetooth communicating system for autonomous robots. And we will discuss how to construct and what kind of procedure to develop the communicating system for group behavior of the SRS under intelligent space.

In this paper, by using the definition of fuzzy equivalence relations introduced by Dib and Youssef, we obtain fuzzy analogues of many results concerning ordinary equivalence relations. Moreover, we investigate fuzzy analogues of many results concerning relationships between ordinary equivalence relations and ordinary functions. In particular, we obtain the fuzzy-canonical decomposition of a fuzzy function.

Improvement of SOM using Stratification

Self organizing map(SOM) is one of the unsupervised methods based on the competitive learning. Many clustering works have been performed using SOM. It has offered the data visualization according to its result. The visualized result has been used for decision process of descriptive data mining as exploratory data analysis. In this paper we propose improvement of SOM using stratified sampling of statistics. The stratification leads to improve the performance of SOM. To verify improvement of our study, we make comparative experiments using the data sets form UCI machine learning repository and simulation data.
Interval Valued Solution of Multiobjective Problem with Interval Cost, Source and Destination Parameters

Das et al. [EJOR 117(1999) 100-112] discussed the real valued solution procedure of the multiobjective transportation problem(MOTP) where the cost coefficients of the objective functions, and the source and destination parameters have been expressed as interval values by the decision maker. In this note, we consider the interval valued solution procedure of the same problem. This problem has been transformed into a classical multiobjective transportation problem where the constraints with interval source and destination parameters have been converted into deterministic ones. Numerical examples have been provided to illustrate the solution procedure for this case.

We unite the two con concepts - normality We unite the two con concepts - normality and congruence - in an intuitionistic fuzzy subgroup setting. In particular, we prove that every intuitionistic fuzzy congruence determines an intuitionistic fuzzy subgroup. Conversely, given an intuitionistic fuzzy normal subgroup, we can associate an intuitionistic fuzzy congruence. The association between intuitionistic fuzzy normal sbgroups and intuitionistic fuzzy congruences is bijective and unigue. This leads to a new concept of cosets and a corresponding concept of guotient.

In this paper, we study the relations between L-fuzzy topologies and L-filters on a strictly two-sided, commutative quantale lattice L. We define an L-fuzzy neighborhood filter and introduce the notion of L-filter convergence in L-fuzzy topological spaces.
