The comparative algorithm of the design data in the photomask inspection machine with high resolution

Three categories such as the design of a machine, control and software are necessary in the development of the photomask inspection machine with high resolution. Among them, the design of a software detects inferiority through the comparison of CAD data and real data read by camera from photomask. The block matching algorithm is used since the domain is large and the comparison of data by pixel is accomplished. To correct the error arising from the assembly of a machine, calibration algorithm is used and prefocusing algorithm is suggested to correct the surface of the photomask.

The construction of a surface from derivative data

The method to construct a surface from point data are widely known. But the way to make a surface from derivative data is not usually used since derivative data in engineering appears very often. In this paper, if more than one types of data among three possible data such as point data, first derivative data, second derivative data are given, we can construct a surface. If only first derivative data are given, we add a function value at the one point. If only second derivative data are given, we add a linear function.
3-D Solder Paste Inspection Based on B-spline Surface Approximation

Recently advanced device and sophisticated manufacture process by high-density, high-integration require critical inspection criteria in SMT(surface mounting technologies). Especially for solder paste which come out over 60% of inferior goods of all product, 3-dimensional inspection replaces 2-D inspection as a effectiveness substitute of this trend. Therefore this paper proposes a fast 3-D inspection system and measurement algorithm automatically inspecting 3-D solder paste of PCB in SMT assembly line. The proposed method generates 3-D surface of data using B-spline algorithm and then extracts to inspect the pad.
Defect Detection of Flat Panel Display Using Wavelet Transform

Due to the uneven illumination of FPD panel surface, it is difficult to detect the defects. The paper proposes a method to find the uneven illumination compensation using wavelets, which are done based on multi-resolution structure. The first step is to decompose the image into multi-resolution levels. Second, elimination of lowest smooth sub-image with highest frequency band removes the high frequency noise and low varying illumination. In particular, the main algorithm was implemented by lifting scheme for realtime inline process.
A Study on Authentication Management Technique Used of SSO

SSO (Single Sign On), which allows users to have an access to a various systems through a single authentication, has been receiving much attention from many enterprises due to the user convience through a single authentication and the recent security features based on PKI. An emerging authentication management system called EAM has further enhanced the efficiency and stability of the enterprise IT infrastructrure systems. In this article, the basic concept and characteristics of the existing SSO systems are analyzed and a new SSO model, based on PKI where authentication load is balanced via multiple circulators, is presented.
A SOAP Architecture based on Components

SOAP presents a protocol to realize efficient call of each components. It is based on XML and HTTP communications and existed on the network system. In this paper, An example of the system is given through XML web service and components which are consist of .net structure. We built a Knowledge Management System which shows various uses of components. A pattern is proposed to create objects though reuse of existing components.
Rule-based network fault self-recovery system

This paper introduces rule-based reasoning (RBR) based self-recovery system for network fault in ubiquitous computing. This system is fault management system for fault recovery of rule-based for self-recovery in ubiquitous computing environment. We proposed rules of network fault recovery applied the system as a distinguished reason of network fault. And, in this paper, the network fault self-recovery system proved the rules that applied each situatpion through the simulation.
An Efficient Algorithm for Restriction on Duplication Caching between Buffer and Disk Caches

The speed of hard disk which is based on mechanical operation is more slow than processor. The growth of processor speed is rapid by semiconductor technology, but the growth of disk speed which is based on mechanical operation is not enough. Buffer cache in main memory and disk cache in disk controller have been used in computer system to solve the speed gap between processor and I/O subsystem. In this paper, an efficient buffer cache and disk cache management scheme was proposed to restrict duplicated disk block between buffer cache and disk cache. The performance of the proposed algorithm was evaluated by simulation.
An Efficient Data Mining Algorithm based on the Database Characteristics

Recently with developments of an internet and web techniques, the amount of data that are stored in database is increasing rapidly. So the range of adaption in database has been expanded and a research of Data Mining techniques finding useful skills from the huge database has been progressed. Many original algorithms have been developed by cutting down the item set and the size of database isn't required in the entire course of creating frequent item sets. Although those skills could save time in some course, it requires too much time for adapting those techniques in other courses. In this paper, an algorithm is proposed. In an Transaction Database that the length of it's transactions are short or the number of items are relatively small, this algorithm scans a database once by using a Hashing Technique and at the same time, stores all parts of the set, can be appeared at each transaction, in an Hash-table. So without an influence of n minimum percentage of support, it can discover a set of frequent items in more shorter time than the time what is used by an original algorithm.
