The Design of Rectangular Microstrip Patch Antenna Using The Ring Feed Line

The three rectangular microstrip patch antenna of Resonant length,
/2 or , between two slot is designed by using the ring feed line, and the radiation pattern characteristic is showen. In case of the antenna of resonant length
/2 the radation pattern is shown at each antenna element, in the antenna of resonant length it is shown among patch antenna element.
A Study on the design of two's complement bit-serial FIR filter with systolic array architecture

This Paper describes the impleentation of two's complement bit-serial FIR filter with systolic architectur. The filter coefficients are represented as sign and magnitude form and the input data is represented as two's complement form. We use systolic array to obtain high operation speed so this FIR filter sucessfully operates in real-time environment.
Approximated Analysis of Mean Waiting Time in Packet Based Priority Token Ring LAN

Mean waiting time for each priority packet of each node in packet based priority token ring local area networks(LAN) was approximately analyzed using Bux's token ring LAN results which have not considered priority and Cohbam's head of line(HOL) priority results. In this paper, priority reservation method suggested in the IEEE 802.5 standard was not used. Relative error between numerical results which was presented in this paper and simulation results was identified by +-5%. For traffic intenity, number of node, packet length, transmission speed, line length, token latency, number of priority class and traffic percentage to some heavy trafficd node, mean waiting time of each priority was analyzed.
A Study of Local Adaptive Gradient Median Filter

Two-dimensional median filters were affectively supprssing the noise in image processing with the adge smearing decreased. However, if the window were large as necessary in noise then the filter had tendency to cut off corners. An estimate of gradient was used to decide how the ouputs of the filters were calculated. For parallel to the gradient direction we used edge preserving median operation and orthogonal to that averaging subfilters over which medians were then chosen. Four different algorithms were introduced.
An Analysis of the SYNC Timing Fluctuations in Mobile Visual Communication Urder Urban Multipath Propagation Environments

This paper represents the occurrence structure of the timing variation of TV horizontal synchronizing pulse(H-sync pulse) in mobile TV reception. Fluttering ghost is caused by timing varations of the H-sync pulse and is due to frequency elective fading in a multipath propagation envoronment. H-sync timing fluctuations, and hence, fluttering ghost are directly correlated with the multipath parameters, i.e., H-sync timing fluctuations reflect well the severity of the multipath environment. The occurrence structure of H-sync timtng fluctuation is analysed theoretically in relation to the multipath environnment. The occurrence structure of H-sync timing fluctuation is analysed theoretically in relation to the multipath parameters, assuming the two-ray propagation model. The H-sync timing fluctuation occurs with the variation in relative phase and /or D/U variation of long-delayed multipath waves.
Trajectory Control of Robot Manipulators Based on the Preview Algorithms

This paper proposes two types of the preview algorithms to predict the velocities and joint positions, and deals with a control approach using the preview algorithms for the precise trajectory control. Specifically, a predictor as the form of discrete time state equations is proposed based on the robot dynamics model linearized by the computed toque method. And another state predictor is proposed by the best line fitting in the least square sense, where present joint velocities and positions and several past positions are employed. Then computer simulations are performed for the SCARA robot with two d.o.f to show the validities of the proposed algorithms.
A Construction Theory of Combinational Multiple Valued Circuits by Modular Decomposition

This paper represents a method which construct Combinational Mutiple Valued Logic circuits. First, it constructs Combinational Multiple Valued Logic Cell as the input variable, Then, it can be applied to the general case by expanding ti, thus these series of process is simple and regular. The construction theory of Combinational Multiple Valued Logic circuits, representes here has regularity, simplicity and modularity, especially, in case imput variables are incresed this theory also has characteristics of expansion.
Performance Evaluation of Asynchronous Concurrent System Using Timed Petri Nets

This is a new system of information transmission having fuction being able to handle een though the former information transmission can not be possible. That Intelligent link is to say that function of each segment by working software can be anailable at general purposed pipeline processing system, general purpose pipeline have a different working time in function of segmant, work asynchronizing pipeline. in the papers, graphic design is easy to understand the sense of sight model by Petri Net that is simple regulation. it can translate into working of asynchronzing pipeline by working of calculator of simulation.
Visual communications Over Broadband Packet Network

Broadband ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) networking techniques based on lightwave technology and high speed integrated circuits appear to be the choice of transport technology for broadband ISDN. Among other problems, the issue of video transport over broadband packet(ATM) networks still requries further investigation. In this paper, the problems of transporting video signals over a broaband packet network are investigated together with possible solutions. In particular, clock recovery packet loss compensation and transport technique based on hierarchical video coding scheme are described in detail. This would allow efficient bandwidth sharing and minimum degradation in video quality.
A Study on the Antenna Processor for the Suppression of Interference Signal on VHF Communication

To protect VHF FM radio receiver from the strong interference signal, the study of antenna processor causes a strong interference signal(CW, AM, FM) to be suppressed a level below a weaker desired signal by pointing a spatial null(effective attenuation = 35dB) in the direction of the interference against a stational jamming signal.
The Design of Microstrip Array Antenna using Chebyscheff Polynomial

Rectangular microstrip antenna array using Chebyscheff polynomial is designed. The required relative currents in the rectangular microstrip array antenna are 1:2:2:1. The input admittance and returen loss of array antenna are calculated from transmission line model circuit include feed line. The calculated resonant frequency valused are in good agreement with measured values. Also, the sharp beam scanning characteristic of perfect electronic method is presented.
A Study on the Initial Weight Value in Broad-Band Adaptive Arrays

In this paper, the method of determining the initial weighting vlaues fuctioning as a filter under the Directional Constrained Minimization of Power(DCMP) algorithm is presented. By analyzing the sideband beamformer with the Finite Impulse Response (FIR) filter concepts, the constraints of any desired directions are obtained and the initial weighing values with fast adaptation time are formulated from those constraints. By applying this proposed initial weighting values to the DCMP and the spatial averaging processor, the interference of a desired direction and the coherent noises are eliminated at the same time. The improvement of this method compared with the existing algorithm is confirmed by computer simulation.
Optical Implementation of Associative Memory Based on the Hopfield Model

In this paper, we describe the theoretical analysis and optical implementation of real-time associative memory based on the modified Hopfield neural network model by using a commerical LCTV connected to computer graphic as the real-time memory mask and adding one mask line to the momory mask in order to optically obtain the time-varing thresholding values of the modified Hopfield model.
A Study on the characteristics of the Double Refractive Index Fiber in the 1.55

In this paper, the double-refractive index profile, which is generalized a trapezoidal index profile, is proposed to study the characteristics of a optical fiber in the wave length 1.55um. Being compared with a triangle profile, it has many advantages over an optimum core radius, the minimum refractive index difference and the change of chromati dispersion characteristics with wavelength. Though the value of a varies from 2 to infinite, the same results are approximately obtained. Therefore, in fabrication of a fiber, the step part of trapezoidal index profile can replace the profile of a-power refractive index. Because the refractive index presented in this paper varies with a, it can be applied to multiple cladding fiber or segmented core fiber. And it is expected that the characteristics of the fiber are obtained.
