Interleaving for Viterbi Decoding in the Rayleigh Fading Channel

Burst errors is a major cause of the performance degradation of digital mobile radio communication over the Rayleigh fading channel. Convoluational codes with block interleaving can be employed to reduce the degredation. This paper has studied the randomness of errors and applied the interleaving to the Viterbi decoders of convolutional codes, Good interleavers for the r=3/4, L=7 convolution code has been searched through computer simulation.

A Study on Public Key Distribution System

Thos paper summarized previously proposed several public key distribution systems and proposes a new public key distribution system to generate an common secret conference key for public key distribution systems three or more user. The now system is based on discrete exponentiation, that is all operations involve reduction modulo p for large prime p and we study some novel characteristics for computins multiplicative inverse in GF(p). We use one-way communication to distribute work keys, while the other uses two-way communication. The security of the new system is based on the difficulty of determining logarithms in a finite field GF(p) and stronger than Diffie-Hellman public key distribution system.
A Signal Space Analysis on Multidimensional Trellis Coding with Modem

This paper compared and analyzed trellis coding with modem, discussed the basic concepts of it's structure and design. Logical observation was made on estimation method of coding gain and effect of error coefficient for trellis coding with modem. A signal space was analyzed on multidimensional coding in voiceband modem and differentially trellis coding with modem. As a result, we has obtained that 16 points constellation is more efficient than 2 dimensional.
A Study on the Stereo Vision System Design for the Displacement Estimation of Three-Dimensional Moving Object

This paper described design and implementation of stereo vision system, and also, proposed method for displacement estimation of 3-D moving object using this system. The extraction of moving object is obtained by difference image algorithm. Geometrical position of 3-D moving object is calculated form the mapping of center area of two's 2-D object. 3-D coordinate position produced space depth, moving velociity, distance, moving track and proved displacement estimation of 3-D moving object.

We live in so called information society. The more the technology develops the move the impersonalization deepens and the privacy diminishes. Information society has many privercy, if dehumanization and information inequality. Most receuty, according to the development of varies technology and increase of the use of Computers the more information about private life of individual is stoked and filed by each authority and public services, and if information is leaked by neglignace of these institation the privacy is fallen into the great dange, the law for the positive protection of privacy must be prepared as soon as possible. Therefore the establishment of the comcept of privacy right is established. The legal base of constitutional guarantee, the Relief out of the intringement of ligialative must be explained. These thesis is defined, legal foeks is established.
A Sequencial Adaptive Kalman Filtering for Video Codec Image Enhancement

A sequential recursive Kalman filtering algorithm, using causal image model, which is designed to operate in real time in the scanning mode is developed to enhance quality of 64Kbps videocodec images via function of suppression of various noises and optimum restoration. In order to improve its performance, adapted an averaging of pixel values between processing lines and adaptive filtering strategy based on the local spatial variance. Effecttiveness of the Kalman filtering algorithm proposed has been proved in the processed test kalman filtering algorithm proposed has been proved in the processed test images and the NMSE, LOGMSE measured, therefore, it may proposes possibility of the usage in videocodec for pre- and post- processing.
A Study on the Baseband Data Recovery and its Realization via the 2-Dimensional Transformantion of Estimation Parameters

We have investigated the digital bit synchronization problem in baseband communication receiver systems using the Gauss-Markov estimation technique which is equivalent to the weighted least square method. The realized bit synchronizer, including the data detector, processes the input signal two dimensionally into the transition phase and data level under the white Gaussian noise environment. We have confrmed the realiation of the bit synchronizer via computer simulation. In addition, we have compared and evaluated the estimation error performance of the proposed method with that of the conventional DTTL method and of the minimum likelihood method.
