An Application-based Forwarding Model of MPLS ATM Switching System for Differential Services

A number or MPLS ATM switching system have been proposed to increase the access speed or current routers, but they cannot satisfy the Internet users who use diverse applications. So they are required to support the so-called differential service, which discriminates service behaviors according to the service class. In this paper, to support this differential service we suggest an LSP control method, which uses the extended LDP message and establishes several different LSPs for each FEC according to the service class. Also, we propose an marking algorithm using the cell loss priority field or ATM cells in order to process the differential service according to application categories. In addition, we present a forwarding procedure based on the LSP control method and the marking algorithm. A forwarding model applied this forwarding procedure can be easily implemented with a minimum modification of existing MPLS ATM switching systems. Therefore, we can save cost and time needed to implement the proposed model. Finally, we estimate the performance behaviors of the proposed application-based forwarding model by the AweSim simulation package.
The Authentication Mechanism Using Public-Key infrastructure in Mobile IP Registration Protocol

Mobile IP(RFC2002) is representative protocols that support mobility to host. In this paper, we propose a mobile IP registration protocol using public-key based certificates and CA(certification authority). Our proposed protocol authenticates the registration message of mobile node and prevents replay attack and minimal use of public key cryptography, Also, Our proposed protocol directly authenticates between agents and mobile nodes using certificates. Though the computer simulation, we prove that our proposal has better performance than the previous public-key based Mobile IP registration protocol.
Public-Key Based Registration/Session-Key Distribution Protocol in AAA for Mobile IP

Mobile IP aims to support mobility within the Internet. This paper concerned with the security aspect of Mobile IP. We show that current registration protocol has a possible replay attack despite the use of authenticated registration message and replay protection. We propose a public-key based registration protocol that also distributes a session-key distribution protocol in AAA. Proposed protocol provides authentication of mobile node and session-key distribution simultaneously. It also provides non-repudiation of service request.
Implementation and Performance Analysis of Web Robot for URL Analysis

This paper proposes the web robot based on Multi-Agent which the mutual dependency should be minimized each other with dividing the function each to collect Webpage. In result it is written to make a foundation for producing the effective statistics to analyze the domestic webpages and text, multimedia file composition ratio through performance analysis of the implemented system. It is easy that Web robot of the sequential processing method to collect Webpage on the same resource environment produces the limit of collecting performance. So to speak Webpages have "Dead-links" URL which is produced by the temporary host down and instability of network resource. If there are much "Dead-links" URL in the webpages, it takes a lot of time for web robot to collect HTML. The propose of this paper to be proposed, makes the maximum improvement to extract the webpages to process "Dead-links" URL on the Inactive URL scanner Agent.
Design and Fabrication of a HBT Power Amplifier for Quasi Millimeter-wave Broadband Wireless Local Loop Applications

A power amplifier with AlGaAs/InGaAs/GaAs HBT's has been developed for customer premise equipments of the quasi millimeter-wave frequency-band broadband wireless local loop(BWLL) system. Parameters of the linear and nonlinear equivalent circuits for a common base HBT have been extracted by a fitting method. The amplifier has been designed through the linear and nonlinear circuit simulations and fabricated on a ceramic substrate for a hybrid IC. The amplifier has produced a 25.5-dBm output power with 35% power-added efficiency(PAE) at 24.4 GHz and achieved a 7.5-dB linear power gain at 24.8 GHz. In 24.25 ∼24.75 GHz band, the amplifier has exhibited a saturated output over larger than 22 dBm and PAE higher than 25%.
Design of a 10 GHz Phased-Array Antenna Using CFG True Time-Delays

In this paper, we proposed a continuously variable true time-delay for transmit linear phased-array antenna sing chirped fiber gratings(CFGs) and a tunable laser source. Average group delay-slope of the CFG was treasured to be 177 ps/nm at L-, S-, and X-band. Simulation results show that the maximum gain of the transmit linear phased-array antenna with the beam steering angle of 180
is 11.6 dB at 10 GHz.
Design, fabrication, and evaluation of RF module in compliance with the IEEE 802.11a standard for 5GHz-band Wireless-LAN applications

An RF module in compliance with the IEEE 802.11a standard has been designed and its performance has been measured. Conventional heterodyne architecture with 580MHz intermediate frequency has been realized. Measurement results show that the receiver has a low Noise Figure of 5dB, the maximum gain of 70dB, and dynamic range as wide as 61dB. Also, the SAW filter used for channel selection in the IF section allowed minimum inter-channel interference. in addition to satisfying the RF output power requirement, the transmitter features its output P1dB as high as 34dBm so that the high peak-to-average ratio of the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) modulation scheme can be handled with minimum nonlinear distortion. The output P1dB of 34dBm of the transmitter corresponds to back-off powers of 18dB and 11dB with respect to the output power for the low and the middle frequency bands, respectively.
High Speed Modular Multiplication Algorithm for RSA Cryptosystem

This paper presents a novel radix-4 modular multiplication algorithm based on the sign estimation technique (3). The sign estimation technique detects the sign of a number represented in the form of a carry-sum pair. It can be implemented with 5-bit carry look-ahead adder. The hardware speed of the cryptosystem is dependent on the performance modular multiplication of large numbers. Our algorithm requires only (n/2+3) clock cycle for n bit modulus in performing modular multiplication. Our algorithm out-performs existing algorithm in terms of required clock cycles by a half, It is efficient for modular exponentiation with large modulus used in RSA cryptosystem. Also, we use high-speed adder (7) instead of CPA (Carry Propagation Adder) for modular multiplication hardware performance in fecal stage of CSA (Carry Save Adder) output. We apply RL (Right-and-Left) binary method for modular exponentiation because the number of clock cycles required to complete the modular exponentiation takes n cycles. Thus, One 1024-bit RSA operation can be done after n(n/2+3) clock cycles.
An Economic Analysis for Local Loop Unbundling under Contract Theories

This paper focuses on the economic effects of local loop unbundling under some contract theories. Local loop unbundling is considered as a means of achieving competition in telecommunications industry. Although there are potentially significant economic benefits to be gained from competitive local loop provision, some arguments against the implementation of local loop unbundling are coincident. we propose that both optimal contracts between contract partners in local loop unbundling market exit and strategic commitment be important in evaluating the economic effects of local loop unbundling.
