A Study on the National System of the Professional Qualification -for Terecommunication Profession-

Including the Qualfication of Staffer required for Commuinication, the National Law of Professional qualification is a basic law for supply with manpower of high growth industry, and it is aiming at perfect the national Policy Concerned improvement for education and training of staff, carrying out of state examination for qualification and getting an occupation or application for special qualification. This law has established a management committee for qualification system in The Ministry of Science and Technique ROK, and authorized competence Minister according to kind of special qualification aiming at getting employment, practical use and courteous treatment in society and economy for national qualification, and also regulated their each official duty. A qualification of staffer required for communication is an administrative measure giving as occupational certificate after some examination for knowledge, technique and faculty in vocational ability to adapt to intrinsic of telecommunication. This certificate has the cause of an attribution of over the sphere of telecommunication, and so it has been originated in international situation, and then some of them is forced by international law, otherwise it be in common use between the nations. The Characteristic and orthodox of communication certificate has been succeded continually in company with development of telecommunication and the appliable field of them is specified, but the sovereign power of nation is approved by ITU that she can extent the applicable position for communication certificate and coordinate the utility of qualification for telecommunication value. Korean telecommunication law excepted the application of communication certificate in public communication field. It is unreasonable and even disobeyed against the theory of communication science and intrinsic of telecommuncation. Therefore it should be corrected immediately and then communication certificate have to accept in the public communication field at all, if so, the application field of communication certificate can have more than useful extenxion such as administration measure should be achieved by the management committee for qualification system in Ministry of Science and Technique and competemce Minister appointed according to special kind of certificate and the administration have to manage by the method and proccess caused by communication science or cooperative system between administration, industry, education and science. And, then, every acquisitor of qualification also has to try to perfect his vocational duty sincerely and to promote each self-realization.
A Study on Design of Active Filters Using Switched Capacitors

All the resitors in the active RC filter networks can be relplaced by the switched capacitors. Therefore, An SC filter circuit can be fully integrated using MOS technology. A switched capacitor is much better than a resistor in temperature and linearity characteristics, and the former can be fabricated on the much smaller area then the latter. In this paper, It is given the generalized disign method of the active SC filter from the active RC filter using Bilinear Z-transformation. By SC filtering Techniques using Bilinear Z-transform, It enalbes us to realize the FDNR and Gyrator filters, which could not be realized in the exsisting designs, and it permits the processing of signals at much higher frequenies that many previous designs do. Experiments show that the response of the SC active filter is similiar to that of its prototype active RC filter.
A Study on the Radio Interference due to the Corona Noise of 345 KV Transmission Line

The corona noise level at the place 10m and the frequency 1MHz from the new 345KV transmission line is 72dB in the maximum rain-fall and 63dB due to the wet conductors. The synthesized corona noise level of all 3 phases dominantly depends on the phase which has maximum corona level among them. The measured characteristic of the variation with distance from the line coincided well with the theoretically calculated value in this paper. The corona noise level was the highest level in rainy weather or snow-fall. It takes a few hours, for the corona noise to be stable after a rain-fall or snow-fall. The measured value of the corona noise level corresponds quite well with the formula for the corona noise level revision. It was necessary to quantize S/N ratio into radio reception quality for the radio interference due to the transmission line. Some regulations for radio reception quality were defined through long term experiments and ratings by ITU, IEEE comittee, NHK in Japan and others. Fixing our own regulation about radio reception quality should be required.
A Study on ESS System Using Microprocessor

This paper reports that a DDD system controlled by Stored Program Control(SPC) method was constructed and performance testresults were presented using a microprocessor instead of using conventional Wired Program Control(WPC) method. It is shown that the system was designed using a STD O/G unit which has only Point to Point(PTP) access function due to selector driving method as a O/G repeater of this system without any modification. When the system is adopted to a toll exchange system for medium and / or small city, it is expected that the system can be made with small size, high reliability and no use of conventional selector switches. It is also predicted that variation of communication route can be easily realized by simple program modification.
A Study of AM Broadcasting Antenna's Lightnning and Ground System

The lightning which is occurred in different regions Contains 80% of whole between June and September. There were the lightning accidents at the peak of mountains. As a result, the antenna tower of AM broadcasting Systems build up clyish plain where has a low earth characteristics resistivity. The following have been observed as a Counter lightning Systems such as high frequency choke, sphere gap(75, 000 V/inch) and reflective power detection relay.
A research on the Education of Telecommunication department of Junior College in JAPAN.
